We just finished a 3 night stay in Prague and stayed at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable huge ceilings and great big windows. Tastefully decorated. All the staff were exceptional, courteous and polite. Attention to detail rings through this hotel. We ate brunch in their amazing ballroom and we met a true professional hotel staff member (Ludmila). Her professionalism towards guests was 100% genuine. Ludmila was the host of the Brunch but also the manager of the breakfast dining room. Nothing was too much trouble. The food at the brunch was way beyond what we expected as to was the dazzling array of options for breakfast. As I said all the staff were so polite but Ludmila is a real asset to the hotel. This hotel is old world style in the old town minutes from metro and tram stops. 3 minute walk to old town square. Thank you again.

The Staff was great and they spoke English. The hotel is located in the middle of everything. Walk out the front and the mall is a block away on your right and the square is two (2) blocks on your left. The buffet breakfast was really good and you can order from the menu. The Queen bed were two twins side by side. Overall not bad at all. My Spouse and I are planning our return trip.

You could not ask for a better hotel. The hotel is in Old Square and you can walk to many of the attractions. As you walk into hotel the appearance is welcoming, clean and you are greeted as if you were family. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are roomy. The amenities in the bathroom are top notch. I didn’t see face cloths even though they were there and by the time I got to the room they were dropping them off. One day we put the wrong card on the door and they didn’t clean the room. When we returned to the hotel they knocked on the door and asked if we wanted the room clean. They literally are there for you. The entire experience was a flash back to an experience of old world charm and values. We ate in the dining room and the food was excellent. Be sure to try their white wine. We were full but we knew if we took a short walk right around the corner is a fine place to get some exceptional goodies.

I had reservations for 5 nights. Everything was perfect besides the bartender at their bar. When I went he was nowhere to be found and was in fact in the breakfast/restaurant room in the dark on his cellphone. When I asked him if they would play the World Cup on the TV he said no. The TV was on a video of a fireplace and not even on an actual channel.

My daughter and myself stayed here for 5 days. What a stunning hotel! The staff was excellent, room was lovely and the best was the location. I turned 60 during our stay and was surprised by dining room staff singing for me with a glass of sparkling wine. They made my stay truly special. We attended the Mozart dinner and it was really a highlight of our trip. I would really recommend this gem of a hotel.

We spent a considerable amount of time looking up hotels for our weekend visit to Prague Eventually we decided on Grand Hotel Bohemia. We wanted 5 star service with a great location The location of the hotel was superb, just inside the Old Town We booked direct with the hotel as we found that offered the best rate I’d give the room 7/10 Service 10/10 Breakfast 9/10 View from the room 10/10 Location 9/10 Value for money 7/10

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. Had an excellent stay here - staff very friendly and courteous, rooms are slightly on the old-fashioned side but well designed, nice and quiet. We also utilised the Massage service which was excellent.

We really enjoyed our four nights here at the Grand Hotel Bohemia. The location and service were excellent, the room was lovely, and the breakfast was great too. (In addition to a wonderful buffet, they offer a terrific a la carte menu with omelets etc that is included with the breakfast). We will stay here again if we are able to return to this beautiful city of Prague!

This hotel is wonderful one of my favourites! My husband and I are currently staying here for our honeymoon while we visit Prague. I’m blown away by the property, location and care of everyone that works here. They genuinely care about their guests. We’re so thankful we decided to stay at this hotel. Thank you, from two very happy guests.

Fantastic gem in Prague. The hotel staff is amazingly kind and helpful, truly one of the best experiences in quite a while. As it’s in a historical city centres rooms are not very big but have what you need. Good bed, little space to work if needed and good bathroom. Breakfast is fantastic, don’t forget to look at the a la carte options included in the breakfast at no extra cost. You will find tasty omelettes, freshly cooked bacon and eggs, eggs Benedict, pancakes etc. If you miss it the buffet itself may look on the small side but combined it makes it a really high quality breakfast. The little bar on the lobby floor also is very nice. And to note again the very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Will definitely be back.

Went to watch the Mozart concert. Great performance and amazing interior in the grand ballroom. Highly recommended. Costs a fair amount but if you like opera music it’s worth every penny

The hotel is comfortably located at the heart of the old quarter, within walking distance of the main attractions. Rooms were fine, breakfast was OK. For valet service they use the facilities of a nearby hotel, which are Not available 24/7. We had to move our car to a public parking garage in order to be able to leave early enough the following morning, to catch our flight. The hotel has no gym, which really surprises me. Probably the first supposedly five-star hotel I've ever seen, with no gym at all. Which brings me to my main point - this hotel shouldn't be rated "five stars", unless the rating system is somewhat different in Prague. If you think you're going to a Four Seasons style hotel - then think again. As a four-star hotel it would be quite decent choice.

Wonderful stay - comfortable and quiet room, very pleasant and efficient check-in and check-out, very helpful staff, quiet and cozy small bar. They could actually do more to explain the offering on their website - included breakfast & there were opportunities to attend events at the ballroom downstairs that were not posted. Special callout to Ludmila who was masterful at the restaurant in the mornings & perhaps the most warm and accommodating hostess in the world. Also to Klara at front desk who was extra patient with the most difficult of touristy questions and provided helpful information.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location is perfect. You can walk anywhere from the hotel in less than 20 minutes, which was perfect for us because we could go back to leave our things and go out again for more. The rooms were really nice and updated. Everything was perfectly clean. The size was larger than other city hotels in Europe and we really liked that the bathroom amenities were full sized and smelled really good. Also, the towels were oversized, which was a really nice surprise. We had breakfast included and it was a really good choice. There was a variety of food with really good quality. You can get from eggs, to fruits, juices, pastries and everything in between. Plus everyone was really helpful and friendly. I would also recommend to have some drinks at the bar. The drinks were really good and affordable, plus the bar has a really interesting decor. It’s definitely a hotel I would recommend to any of my friends.

An excellent, classic hotel. Unbeatable location, just some steps far from the Old Town square and the astronomic clock. The staff is really professional and helpful. Great breakfast, don’t miss their eggs Benedict!! Everything was super clean. An excellent choice, really good value for the money.

A luxurious hotel in a central location, within walking distance of all the important sites in the city. The rooms are pampering and clean (the hotel and the rooms look better than the pictures!). The breakfast is very tasty, rich and varied. The hotel staff is kind, friendly, helpful and professional. I want to especially thank Andrej who helped and took care of us throughout our stay, starting from the first moment. We will definitely be back!

It’s a great value for money. Location is great where it’s like a spike to connect you to all major attraction in Prague. The room size is good but furniture and lobby seems outdated and needs upgrade. Housekeeping is fine in general. The reception team was very helpful in recommending and booking during our stay. I liked the place 🌹

We had an exceptionally relaxing and welcoming stay at the Grand Hotel Bohemia to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The room reservation clerk was very helpful. Check-in was very quick and we felt welcomed as soon as we entered the main door. The valet service was very convenient and the parking price was right. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast quality and service is very impressive. Service staff and food quality deserve 5 stars. The location of the hotel in the heart of Prague is perfect! All in all. A stay to remember!

This is the hotel to stay in when in Prague. The service was excellent, they were all wonderful. The rooms were great and comfortable. The Mozart Dinner was a once in a lifetime experience and well worth the price. And the LOCATION!! my god, it was even better than I thought it would be. We saw all the major attractions and did all the wonderful shopping on foot even though my mom has mobility limitations. Definitely book your stay here. Thank you, Grand Hotel Bohemia, for a wonderful start to our european journey. Ayah.

Had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. It was our anniversary and they provided a bottle of bubbly in our room when we arrived. Staff could not do enough for you. The Continental breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of food on offer including additional items off the menu. There is everything on your doorstep. Old town supermarket, shopping centre restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. If you like your opera or just want to try something different the hotel have and opera night with a three course meal in their ballroom. A brilliant night.

This hotel is a real find! Perfect location in the heart of the city yet reasonably quiet. Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Decor in the dining room and reception area is perfectly authentic. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever had, perfectly cooked with much to choose from, even champagne! The staff are exceptional, warm, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. They even organised a transfer from the airport for us with very little notice. Special mention to Ludmila who made us feel exceptionally welcome and excited for the day. Don’t hesitate…. Just book.

It is a nice place to stay for few nights. The service is cordial and the rooms are ok. You can have a good breakfast. It is an old hotel, but in very good conditions. The Ballroom is a place you must visit and take a picture. The best is the location. Near all tourist attractions, shopping streets and mall. There is no fitness centre, but you can find some in the region. They have a partnership with a massage house.

We love to stay a local hotels when traveling in Europe , but that is not always possible if you are in a wheelchair. We contacted Grand Hotel Bohemia from the U.S. and they were so helpful and responsive. We arrived and received a wheelchair accessible room exactly as we requested. Most handicap rooms don’t have very nice views and while the room was very nice, the view was pretty limited. The manager of the hotel was very helpful in relocating us to a room that actually worked out great for our needs with a lovely window overlooking the street. We also would like to thank Andrej— he was our bellman and was so friendly that not only did he cheerfully move our luggage from the first room to the new room, but he also recommended a great restaurant for our first meal in Prague, and he actually walked us to where we could see it (because we weren’t sure of our streets yet). The Grand Hotel Bohemia made us love Prague before we even started exploring their beautiful city. Finally, we highly recommend the Mozart dinner. The location is lovely and historic. The food is excellent and even if you’re not a huge opera fan, you are sure to be entertained. It was really a highlight of our stay in Prague.

Stayed there for 4 days 14th to 17th November. Everything was perfect , the buffet, the staff and all. Position is also ideal. Didn't go to the restaurant though so can't comment on that. The only negative part was the reception staff was unfriendly and they tried to charge me the full price even though I had paid for half the price as deposit already....If I hadn't had noticed that I would have paid an extra 500 euros.. All in all good would recommend aside from that little mishap.

AMAZING hotel and exceptional hospitality from all the staff. Lucie at the breakfast was excellent, active, similing, and helpful. Also at the reception, feont desk managers, Andrej and David were very accomodating and welcoming. The location of the hotel is also spot on, close to everythig and has access to transportation, walking distance to the train, the old town squre , luxury shops. Wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it.

The first time we stayed here, it was amazing. However the second time, although we booked a superior double room, we got a single room. Complained that it was not what we booked and they said there were no available rooms. Saying that we cancel the booking, suddenly they had a superior double room!! Really disappointed with the service and attitude!!

There are many things wrong with this hotel. The first one is that it is not a 5 star hotel. 3/4 at most. Second, the facilities are quite poor (doesn’t have a gym, bedsheets broken, lack of details, funny smell all around, etc). Breakfast is of low quality and poor choice. If you are looking for a good experience don’t book this hotel. If what you want it’s an OK hotel in the center, then it may work for you.

This is a wonderful hotel with an excellent staff there to help the guests with any of their needs. The concierge Jan was particularly resourceful. Next time I go to Prague this is the hotel I will stay in again. Also worth mentioning, the breakfast there is pretty good. They will make you eggs to order and have gourmet coffee

We stayed at the hotel back in the winter of 2018. The Castle Suite was beautiful, spacious and offered a wonderful view over the roofs of the Old Town. The breakfast had everything we wanted and on the last day, when we were leaving very early, the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us. Very nice gesture! The location is unbeatable, just a few steps to the Old Town Square and Palladium shopping mall. Definitely recommended and would love to come back!

I loved this Hotel. A great location in the old town of Prague.. the rooms were so clean and comfortable and the staff in the dining room for breakfast under the manager ( ludmila) were so helpful and the breakfast was excellent...The Hotel bar closed at 11pm which I thought was a bit early... overall this Hotel is excellent and I would love to return sometime.

This hotel is just customer unfriendly. Because of the current situation and restrictions we are not able to come to prague on the weekend we booked, but at a later date. Our first request for a refund has been denied - that's absolutely ok and understandable. But they just don't want to offer a single other solution. They even refuse a simple postponement of our stay, although this would not mean any disadvantage for the hotel. Of course it's their right, but in my eyes that stubbornness is bad customer service.

Superb hotel located in the heart of the Old Town. A very comfortable and welcoming property with excellent furnishing and comfort throughout. It is very close to many wonderful shops. The staff are very professional and welcoming. No need for transport if you are staying here. You can walk everywhere very easily
