I have mixed feelings on this hostel. Negatives- 1. The most prominent downfall/concern of this hostel - I was approached 2 separate times during my 3 day stay, and offered drugs while sitting in the lobby. As a solo female traveler, this was incredibly concerning. I told security and they shrugged, so that was a HUGE red flag. Doesn’t feel safe here. 2. The beds are foam blocks. They aren’t mattresses- literally just a very firm foam block. Not the greatest night sleep. 3. I got violently sick after eating breakfast. 4. Proximity to train isn’t entirely convenient. 5. The bathrooms in the lobby are disgusting (see photo). Other than these complaints, it’s a decent place. It appears otherwise clean, and we had drinks and pizza at the hotel bar and they were tasty. Laundry was clean and easy to use. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, but there were a few things I disliked. The good - place is clean, nice lobby area where you can sit and chill. Nice location and budget friendly. Nice staff, though most of them don't speak Czech What I didn't like - this building has 21 floors, but only 4 elevators??? And one of them is used by room service during lunchtime. It's not uncommon having to wait 5 minutes for an elevator. Room service - I was here for 2 weeks, and not ONCE did the room service change my sheets??? I had to do it myself, take the old sheets to the reception, bring new ones back up... What's the point of a room service then??? The curtains in rooms don't cover the windows completely??? And lastly the prices for breakfast, lunch etc... Are complete ripoff. It's almost funny how overpriced it is. Especially considering there's a supermarket 5 minutes away, where you can get the same thing 3x cheaper. I understand they need to make money but this is just preying on people's lack of knowledge

Staff is super friendly. I loved how he gave us a map and also show the best places to visit. And they have delicious pizza 🍕🍕. They also have a guest kitchen. Rooms are tidy. Located close to both tram as well as bus stop. At night, the hotel lobby get so lively. They have several games which you can rent at cheap prices.

I loved it. I had a single room with private bath averages 50$ a night. Not exactly downtown but tram and buses are within 2-7 minute walk. Shopping for necessities and food is a 1 minute walk. I will stay here again. There were 6 school groups so it got a little noisy but quiet hours were respected. The only small issue were the elevators, as some have mentioned with 21 floors and large groups moving at the same time elevator wait times can be long. I took the stairs from the 9th floor often. Food and drink were excellent and prices really affordable!

I really enjoyed all of my time at this Hotel, the staff was very friendly and professional. Even when it was very crowded and it was a lot of pressure, they still kept calm and friendly. My room was nice, comfy bed and a clean and fresh bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, good quality. The location is a bit of from the center of Prague.. However, its about 7min walk to the closest tram stop, and it takes around 30 min to get to the center. I've learn to love to go with the trams, it's a decent way to get a view of the city. Thanks for and amazing days, next time I visit Prague, I will definitely book a room at this Hotel again. Best Regards Anders

This was the worst experience I've ever had with accommodation in so many years of traveling! I booked and PAID for the room a month in advance. The day before the check in date, I tried to do a self check in, but it didn't work because the self check in couldn't be completed without making payment for the accommodation, even though I had already paid for the room. So I called the phone number on the booking confirmation and explained the situation. The man on the line told me that we did not need self check in as we had already paid for the room. I explained to him that we would not be able to check in at the hotel at the listed time because we're going to our band concert, so we want to make a self check-in, as we will arrive to the hotel late night. The man assured me that it is not a problem because we had already paid for the room and the front desk at the hotel is 24/7 so we would have the room there ready for us no matter what time of night we arrived. However, when we arrived that night, the guy on the front desk told us that they were overbooked and they had given our room to someone else, so they just didn't have any place for us. They can't be serious! A room booked and paid for over a month in advance, a self check-in that forces you to make the payment again, a staff member who assures you that you don't need the self check-in and that the room will be ready for you that night and yet you end up on the street! They were unable to find us any other accommodation, they said all the hotels are full because of the holiday and after more than an hour they were unable to do anything for us, we left the hotel in the middle of the night with a paper about the cancellation of our accommodation. When I called the hotel another day, the man told me that it was our fault, that he could see that colleagues had offered to find alternative accommodation, but that we had decided to cancel it. I told him that it is a lie, that the colleagues couldn't find anything and after more than an hour they didn't have a solution for us, we left with a cancellation paper so that they would at least refund us for the accommodation. He transfer the call to some lady who called the whole thing “a technical error” and she told there is nothing she can do for me. I have never experienced such behavior and I would not believe that something like this could happen! I'm dealing it with my lawyer and I warn everyone against this hotel!

OK, so the place does look very nice on the first glance. The employees are very nice and welcoming, no problems with them at all. There's a kids' corner and working area right on the ground floor in the main hall. The rooms were clean and the pillows were soft as a feather. Since I was living on the second floor, it was faster for me to use stairs rather than waiting for the elevator to come down. That's what I did. Honestly, I should not have done that. Look at the picture I'll post down below. I would understand it if the stairs were a bit messy, since it's a hostel but there's no freaking way I'm coming back there guys...

I am a returning guest to the hostel A&O Prague Rhea. It is my second time here in 2022 and I loved this hostel very much - it has good rooms and furniture - everything is new. Good breakfast and excellent Internet. Spacious lounge zone where people can play, browse online and chill together, also it has spacious patio outside. And the most important is friendly stuff. Being Ukrainian who escaped the war in Ukraine in March my friend and me got to this hostel for the first time and front desk employee Fathi welcomed us and helped with food and accommodation and also expressed his support to Ukraine. That really touched my heart and that is why I am back again. Peoples kindness that is what makes a big difference. To all young travelers you will love this place to stay in Prague.

No air conditioning, comfortable beds, tv in the room, clean bathroom. From the window a nice view of the city, the hotel has a kitchen and laundry. Unfortunately, the kitchen does not encourage you to use it. There are also not enough elevators for twenty-one floors. Good and convenient access to the center. Many, many young people. It can be noisy at the entrance to the building in the evenings.

Unless you hunt for cheap and you love to party all night, avoid. No A/C, the whole building works like a big heat accumulator, so the rooms are hotter than the outside temperature for most of the day. We measured about 35°C in ours. Not so clean, infested by silverfish, so make sure you don't bring some live friends to your home in your luggage. There are 3 main elevators of which only 1 was working at the day of our arrival so there was a 15 minute queue. Noise is also a big problem. The hotel guests were mostly teenagers who like to drink and party all night long inside and outside of the hotel. Our room had a door between two rooms so we could hear the other guests like if they were in our room. During the night someone tossed a roll of toiletpaper on our window. The parking is around the whole hotel, so you will also hear diesel cars idling all night when loading/unloading. Parking is paid but unregulated. We had to wait 2 hours, because someone blocked our car and the staff quite literally pointed out that it's our problem as they don't have overview of who owns the car.

We booked a dorm room with 4 beds and were initially positively surprised. The room was very tidy and clean and comes with a private bathroom including a shower with shampoo. However, the bedding was quite dirty and had a lot of stains on them. Furthermore, the hostel is relatively far away from the city center (30-35min with public transportation). All in all we had a decent stay compared to the price of the room. A recommendation for the hostel operators is to provide earplugs for their guests in case of snoring roommates.

It's really good, nice rooms and great facilities. The view is GREAT! Amazing bed and great bathroom. For the price it's amazing, my only complaint is when I got there some of the walls had damage and the window was uncleaned but otherwise I really like it.

It's pretty comfy in a&o. The rooms are cheap and reliable. The view is great if you're on the 7th floor or above. However, the room came with no AC. It'll be better to stay on the top bed (that's of you booked a room with a bunk bed). Anyway, the hotel is great. The reception is also quite good. I'd recommend visiting it👍

Rooms and hostel was miserably hot. You can lease a fan but they only have a few for lease and quickly ran out. There should be 1-2 fans provided in each room due to there being no airflow at all. Our room was easily 90 degrees. We ended up renting a room at a completely different place just to not be completely miserable. They only have 2 washers and dryers for the entire place. Staff was nice but besides that I would not recommend if you want to be comfy and enjoy your stay in Prague. Update!! Our USB ports located in the beds exploded and started smoking and the staff did absolutely nothing about this. Not safe at all.

Overcrowded, tones of people everywhere; The private room for 2 people was very minimalistic - no « night lamps », no night tables, no wardrobe to keep clothes or shelves to keep stuff. Our room had a dirty floor when arrived, like no wet cleaning and proper vacuum cleaning was done. The TV did not work, had to ask the reception to fix it. When I sent them a message via the booking app they did not reply, needed to ask them in person the next day. If you stay one night just to sleep it’s ok, but generally do not expect something extraordinary.

A&O is my go to place to stay when it comes to travel Central Europe. I recently travelled to Prague with my girlfriend and stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is in peaceful location and easy public transport accessibility to city center. You could literally see the hotel from Tram Station (3 min walking distance) modern clean room, large common space at the lobby, easy check in process, local restaurant and even a gym in walking distance. Staffs were very polite and answered all my questions about city patiently…. I have only good words about this hotel. Highly satisfied and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have budget friendly nice place to stay!!

This was my first trip to Prague and I can’t be more satisfied with my place of stay. The A&O is a very good place to stay as it has good connectivity through the buses and tram. Lidl supermarket is just 200m it which gives you a lot of options to buy food and drinks. The room in which I stayed had occupancy of four people and was really clean and well maintained. They also offer breakfast and lunch facility but it is little bit expensive. I would recommend everyone to stay at A&O and I’m sure you will like the place.

The hotel is good, the room is clean and the service is fine, I had two issues there! The location is too far from the city center, and it’s too crowded, the guests were shouting and screaming, also there were high-school kids playing football in our floor hallway, we informed them twice but they didn’t listen to us so I informed the manager of the hotel, but nothing changed. So disappointed.

I just loved the stay :) Especially the staff member Yasmeen was so supportive and handled all my queries really quick. She gave me and my friends the choice of beds and fans as it was really hot. I would definitely recommend this place for the stay as it is super friendly and affordable!!

So the location is great, and the lobby is beautiful, but have you ever seen the rest? So in our room (8 people), there was mold on the ceiling in the shower and also in some other places inside the bathroom. Something very fascinating was that the curtain had some mold. After we told the hostel that we had mold in our room, the only thing that happened was that someone came and sprayed chlorine cleaner at the points with no mold and then immediately swiped it away. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work either. All in all, if you like getting diseases for a small price in such a nice and moldy condition, I can clearly say: THIS IS YOUR PLACE TO GO

  • 3/5 Donnie I. 8 months ago on Google
Before I get into all the issues, here are some good things. The breakfast for 229 CZK is probably the best I have seen, they have meats, cheeses, eggs, bread, salad, pancakes, coffee, tea, espresso, etc. It ends at 11 but they stopped serving eggs around 10:15-10:30. The area around the hostel is convenient enough with a Lidl around the corner, another grocery store in the south and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Atmosphere is lively with a diverse crowd as with most a&o hostels. Body wash was provided as with most hostels. The price was great, I paid like 22 euros per night. Aside from that, I only stayed 2 days and encountered a lot of issues; The location is quite far from the centre, about 30 minutes with the trams. The tram is around 4 minutes aways. The elevators are dumb elevators, the two buttons are not connected so it is probably they were probably most inefficient elevators I have seen in a while. For example, I had to wait for more than around 7-8 elevators before getting a free one at times. There was no ventilation in the washrooms so it smelt damp and at night, there were plenty of bugs such as silverfish who crawled around. I saw around at least 4 running around. The service could be better. I asked to change beds from the top bunk to a bottom bunk since the ceiling was quite low and I ended up hitting my head a few times climbing up. They said it was full, even though I was the first to arrive. In the 2 days I stayed, the bed below was completely empty and free. There is a large smoking area right out in front of the entrance, I personally don't like smoking so this was just slightly off putting for me. The walls are not sound proof so you can hear the halls or the room beside you.

  • 5/5 István D. 5 months ago on Google
For the price the room and the breakfast was perfect. Some storage place for the clothes in the room and also some glasses (to drink water) would have been good in the room, but anyway we had good time there.

My stay at the A&O Hostel Rhea in Prague was unfortunately disappointing. The rooms left much to be desired as they were affected by mold, which is not only unpleasant but also a health concern. The staircase was also in an unhygienic condition and emitted an unpleasant odor, further diminishing the overall impression of the hostel. The only positive aspect was undoubtedly the hostel's location. Its central location allowed us to conveniently visit many attractions and explore the city center of Prague. Nevertheless, due to hygiene concerns and the overall unpleasant experience, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend A&O Hostel Rhea. I hope that the management can address these issues and improve the quality to provide future guests with a more enjoyable stay.

  • 1/5 Hiromi K. 7 months ago on Google
The internet is really bad, there is almost no connection. The rooms are very dirty, walls smeared. Hair from other people lying around everywhere, and even crumbles of food that were not cleaned up. If you do not take the elevator, but walk the stairs, everything smells really sweaty and sticky. There was absolutely no room service, so everything was still a mess when we came back. During nightime, you can hear every little sound because the walls are absolutely not soundproof; doors clashing, people talking in the hallway, literally the sound of steps that people take. The location is fine, but the area could not be considered beautiful; still, it is easy to reach the center of the city. The food is actually quite nice, and there are some good restaurants nearby.

The staff are there24/7 and are very friendly so that's a plus. I liked that it's so easy with the public transportation 😊. The music at reception was amazing foe me. If you don't speak the language then you're lucky coz the staff is diverse. The rooms are a little too small to my liking especially the aharimg rooms. The bathroom is also small and you can literally hear what is happening when someone is on there. The roomand beds aren't made so you have to do everything yourself. You don't get a towel unless you ask for one so of you don't have this information then it's sorry for you.

Fantastic accommodation with extremely friendly staff. Everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are well equipped, the view is beautiful. As for the leisure area in the lobby, it is comfortable, warm and suitable for working on the computer. Fast and strong internet. All recommendations.

The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were crisp and fresh. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including a flat-screen TV, a spacious work desk, and a modern en-suite bathroom. The room was cozy and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city.

A friendly, family-oriented place, the staff is kind and helpful. Clean rooms, continental buffet breakfast. The city center can be reached in half an hour by public transport, even at night. The hotel's check-in application is not very flexible and parking is not clear either.

Great experience overall, from the rooms being bigger than what I would have expected from the pictures and the attentive service. Assyltas, one of the men manning the bar at night, is helpful, funny, and overall a great guy. Had a great stay, the metro is somewhat near — and whenever I feel lazy an Uber or a Bolt (even an official taxi) are a cheap tap away

This is definitely one of the best comedy nights I've been to, they're not half as funny in New Zealand they definitely need to step up their stuff! I was going to have a quiet night in (yeah right) but decided to stick around and watch, 2 minutes later I've got a beer and I'm staying to watch the end of the show!

Great views from rooms but most of the charging sockets don't work. Good guest kitchen arrangement. Sufficient lifts to ultimately walk down 14 floors.

If you're planning to visit Prague, you should stay at the A&O Hostel. A&O is not only one of the best hostels in Prague, but the staff are incredibly friendly towards customers. While they didn't have the exact room I initially wanted, one of the workers assisted me in selecting an excellent alternative. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name, it might be Yasan or Yasmeen. Nonetheless, I'm very grateful for her help. Thank you so much.

My stay here at A & O Prague Rhea was an absolute delight. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home from day one. The atmosphere was friendly, the dorms were comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. I can't wait to return for my next adventure!

  • 5/5 Jan J. 6 months ago on Google
The hotel is quite new and well occupied. I would change a little the form how the breakfast is served, but it was exactly the same as in any other A&O hostel I was in, so I guess it's their standard. It is quite far from the city centre, but if you take the metro you will be there in around 20–30 minutes. Otherwise, the price is very cheap, as for the standard I got. Totally would recommend! :)

Unwilling to be flexible on dates like other hotels when the covid numbers in Prague were increasing beyond a safe level. Disappointing. Most other hotels and airbnbs in the area were understanding. @Mircea below, you did not provide any contact info and I can't reply to your reply so your attempt to help isn't very...helpful. Your website provides no contact information either just a denial of the refund through agoda without comment.

+ The receptionists were all very polite and friendly. Check-in was fast and without any problems. The room was clean, there was enough space for all our bags. The view from our window was beautiful, especially at night. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. It was also great that they had options for vegans. The location is fine. Supermarket was just around the corner and the bus stop was also nearby. But it becomes a bit tricky to get to the hotel from the city center, if you don’t have a car and have a luggage with you. - Horrible pillows. I woke up with a massive headache. Pillows were stuffed with some weird material that was all crumpled. One towel was with holes and all towels were washed out. I was very disappointed with a quality of coffee during breakfast. I decided to drink a cappuccino, but it was just water mixed with coffee. Without a single drop of milk :(

Great facility, well placed with lots of useful amenities. No air con made living in the rooms on the sunny side like trying to sleep in a greenhouse in a heatwave. Maybe save money on the cool lobby decorations and spend it on some kind of central cooling? The summers are only going to get hotter... Also no bathrrom ventilation and the floors had bits from the last person on it

Modern furnishings, price and quality match. Clean dining area and good breakfast. Very polite staff.  Especially a young girl Anastacia. She is very positive and pleasant. She helped with all issues and recommended an excellent restaurant. Will definitely return to this hotel, I recommend it to everyone!!!

  • 4/5 Ian H. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent service at the reception, very kind and helpful staff. Good price, comfy beds, nice shower and easy transfer to center of Prague. To get to 5 stars, breakfast (especially the coffee) needs improvement, and the rooms get really damp without aircon (and only the possibility to open the window a tiny bit, ((obviously due to safety)) and to get to 6 stars a tiny fridge would be awesome!

No air conditioning but it was cold at night, we could open the windows, then we could create shades with heavy curtains during the day. Youngish and good quality hotel, recommended! Not many families but there were some children, too.

Great hotel, clean and comfort rooms 😊 good services and very polite staff! Especially receptionists Chopa and Bema, they’re always ready to help with my questions about my staying here 👌 would recommend A&O and for sure will stay in this hotel in the future! But only one thing it’s a bit far from the city centre 🙂

Very cheap option to stay overnight but still clean and modern interior. My go to location for a weekend in Prague.

The front desk staff name Inna & the thin asian girl are the most rude & disrespectful hotel staff I have ever met in my life. If they have something personal against you, good luck to you. I will not even stay at A&O prague rhea for free because of them.

  • 5/5 Arslan G. 1 year ago on Google
The best A&O hotel of all! I’ve stayed in several A&O in Germany, and this one just on a different level of service! We got lucky to be checked in by the hotel manager, who left a great impression about the place. The foyer is full of spots to study, work, have fun and spend time with your peers. The location is slightly far from the center, but the tram and bus stops are in the walking distance with transport coming regularly. Also, there are stores, pubs and restaurants with local food and beer in 2 minutes from the hotel, so you don’t need to go far. Definitely recommend!!!

  • 5/5 Mahmoud A. 1 year ago on Google
Clean and modern, 24/7 service, even the bar was available all night when shops and other services are closed outside. Public transportation in a few minutes walk away from the hostel, with direct connections to the city center including all night time. Prices are modest comparable to other hostel with such available services. Nice breakfast for around 9 EUR only with open buffet. Very friendly and social atmosphere in the common area, with sports matches being streamed. It's nice to have the option to stay either in a hostel/shared room for lower prices or even in a private room.

The A&O Hostel is quite far away from the city center. Be prepared for longer commutes (around 20 minutes). The area around the hotel is alright. Nothing too scary. The hotel itself is very big and looks modern. Sadly we had a room in the lower floors and no view. However it was relatively clean. The staircase had a very bad smell and was the dirties staircase I have ever seen in a hotel. The elevators are very dirty too but better than the staircase. The breakfast buffet was decent. However it was very dirty. They didn’t clean the tables so if you were there at 8am, you couldn’t find a clean table. But it is a hostel so of course there will be some disadvantages. Overall it was a decent stay but next time I would get a hotel that’s a bit closer to the city center.

  • 4/5 Péter K. 2 years ago on Google
Good hostel style place to stay. Huge building, pretty busy. For breakfast they do not offer many options but it was good quality. Negative experience was the crazy elevators for which you usually need to wait and they will stop randomly on many levels instead of taking you directly to the chosen level. Also, the stairs should be cleaned up more frequently as they were really dirty.

Fairly good for the price. Check in was slow and the parking is not free. However it is nice, the room was quite clean. Breakfast is good, though there is no scrambled eggs and sausages. But yeah it is a hostel so its a pleasant experience.

Loved the rooms, but windows could be open. Location is a little bit far from the city Center, but you can take a bus, tram and metro near so, you can travel with those day and night. We had our good night sleep without any interruptions.

I am currently still here and I wanted to specifically thank one kind young lady , Aggie from Mongolia . A&O is a massive hotel / hostel , so much going on , therefore time and particular adjustments to bookings is prioritised accordingly. People like Aggie make hotel chains like A&O warm and worthy of personal ratings for “service”. I spent 10 years in the service industry in Australia and London, big busy cities - I spot value from a mile. Thank you Aggie for sorting my booking and making my stay in Prague pleasant. I am not on holiday , I am here to make bigger life decisions in a short period of time. Truly grateful for your amazing attentive eye to human service. All the best Fran

This hotel is very interesting and strange. At any moment there were the most different types of people in it. It surprised me but in a positive way. No one bothered anyone and it was a good atmosphere. The complaint is that the maids did not change the towels.

Hotel in a good location with easy access to the centre. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very friendly! We even managed to get ice for free:). The rooms were up to expectations and included everything that was on offer on their website. Me and my companions are satisfied and would recommend the accommodation to anyone with a very high standard for such a good price!

Nice hostel 4 min near a Street Train Station. You are in the centee of Prague in about 20 Minutes. The rooms on higher levels have amazing views over Prague. You can rent fans if its too hot in your room. Light damages o our shower interior.

  • 5/5 Alina J. 11 months ago on Google
Breakfast was excellent. Lot of options, worth the money. Me and my friend stayed in an 8 bed female dormitory. Cleanliness was ok. We couldn't sleep well because of some noise from outside and also other roommates who kept coming late.. Yeah, but it's a shared dormitory, what else to expect.. nothing else to complaining. Also worth the price you pay for a bed in the dormitory. Very friendly atmosphere.. you'll meet lots of young people travelling. Very open and and wide reception. You can rent some boardgames if needed.. Cool places to relax and to play some games on the ground floor.

I have stayed one day at this place. Rooms are quiet and clean. Employees also were very pleasant. Especially, front desk agent - Yernur and F&B manager Artur. They are professionals and know how to treat guests. I would stay again when I visit Prague. Uzbekistan, Shoyadbek

Staying at this A&O felt more like a hotel than a hostel. We had a private room with private bathroom, the room was small but it was okay as we were out all day anyway. The sheets, towels and the bathroom were clean and fresh. The location is a bit far away from the center which is up to your preference whether good or bad. Didn't have much interaction with the staff. I'd still recommend this place considering the price.

I like the lobby of the hostel, it's really full of life and unique. the room wasn't as good as the reception, the pillow was really dirty. the stuff were friendly, one of them gave me the wrong room and the card didn’t open the door so I went back to the reception, there was a guy called Karim he helped me with this issue. the location is great and the area is quite.

This is the perfect ratio of price and quality. I had no complaints. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and you get a towel and their shampoo is free to use. The staff was kinda hot ngl

I had a great stay, the best part was the service. At the reception we meet Yasmeen, and honestly all my doubts were taken care of and she was great. The other staff members were also very welcoming. Had a lovely time.

Very clean and tidy rooms. They have an great open space for hangout an make new friends. Only bummer is they have like 20-21 floors and only 2 elevators and you may have to wait for your turn to get in. Rest all good

Shower roses broken or leaking. Lifts take forever. Extreme amounts of orange and black mould in all three rooms bathrooms we stayed in evidence of not being cleaned regularly, merely wiped over. Roof leaking water from floor above. Room service staff don't knock before entering rooms. Impossible to get new towels from room servicing. Noisy metal beds. Quite different to top quality Berlin A & O stay. Staff at reception however were fantastic.

Lovely hostel. One of the best I've ever stayed in. Location was great for us as we didn't want to be too central. Nicolas at front desk was fabulous!! Couldn't help us enough and was happy to chat and give recommendations. Amazing value for money. Felt very safe.

The rooms were good and clean, defintely worth the money I paid. The service at reception was good and to point. Felt like group kitchen can be cleaned once during the day too and not just in the mornings. I felt the location was a bit far from city/airport. Overall I had a nice/pleasant experience.
