This
was
the
worst
experience
I've
ever
had
with
accommodation
in
so
many
years
of
traveling!
I
booked
and
PAID
for
the
room
a
month
in
advance.
The
day
before
the
check
in
date,
I
tried
to
do
a
self
check
in,
but
it
didn't
work
because
the
self
check
in
couldn't
be
completed
without
making
payment
for
the
accommodation,
even
though
I
had
already
paid
for
the
room.
So
I
called
the
phone
number
on
the
booking
confirmation
and
explained
the
situation.
The
man
on
the
line
told
me
that
we
did
not
need
self
check
in
as
we
had
already
paid
for
the
room.
I
explained
to
him
that
we
would
not
be
able
to
check
in
at
the
hotel
at
the
listed
time
because
we're
going
to
our
band
concert,
so
we
want
to
make
a
self
check-in,
as
we
will
arrive
to
the
hotel
late
night.
The
man
assured
me
that
it
is
not
a
problem
because
we
had
already
paid
for
the
room
and
the
front
desk
at
the
hotel
is
24/7
so
we
would
have
the
room
there
ready
for
us
no
matter
what
time
of
night
we
arrived.
However,
when
we
arrived
that
night,
the
guy
on
the
front
desk
told
us
that
they
were
overbooked
and
they
had
given
our
room
to
someone
else,
so
they
just
didn't
have
any
place
for
us.
They
can't
be
serious!
A
room
booked
and
paid
for
over
a
month
in
advance,
a
self
check-in
that
forces
you
to
make
the
payment
again,
a
staff
member
who
assures
you
that
you
don't
need
the
self
check-in
and
that
the
room
will
be
ready
for
you
that
night
and
yet
you
end
up
on
the
street!
They
were
unable
to
find
us
any
other
accommodation,
they
said
all
the
hotels
are
full
because
of
the
holiday
and
after
more
than
an
hour
they
were
unable
to
do
anything
for
us,
we
left
the
hotel
in
the
middle
of
the
night
with
a
paper
about
the
cancellation
of
our
accommodation.
When
I
called
the
hotel
another
day,
the
man
told
me
that
it
was
our
fault,
that
he
could
see
that
colleagues
had
offered
to
find
alternative
accommodation,
but
that
we
had
decided
to
cancel
it.
I
told
him
that
it
is
a
lie,
that
the
colleagues
couldn't
find
anything
and
after
more
than
an
hour
they
didn't
have
a
solution
for
us,
we
left
with
a
cancellation
paper
so
that
they
would
at
least
refund
us
for
the
accommodation.
He
transfer
the
call
to
some
lady
who
called
the
whole
thing
“a
technical
error”
and
she
told
there
is
nothing
she
can
do
for
me.
I
have
never
experienced
such
behavior
and
I
would
not
believe
that
something
like
this
could
happen!
I'm
dealing
it
with
my
lawyer
and
I
warn
everyone
against
this
hotel!
