THIS IS NO 5-STAR HOTEL 😂😂😂 So for the deception I give 2 stars. However, still a nice place to stay. Price worth it?..You decide. Inside, you get the feeling that it must have once been an amazing hotel and still has amazing and unique interior design. Breakfast is ok, but that’s about it. Rooms have stains on the floor, cracks in the walls and a bit of a smell to it but clean and very (!) comfortable beds! Service and staff was poor, sometimes even grumpy but there were some very nice staff too! Pool was broken and upon inquiry, staff seemed to not really want you to use the fitness.

I was ordering a room for one night and I paid extra for personal SPA as a gift for holidays for my partner. I thought since I'm paying extra for SPA, I'd be able to use it or at least get a refund for having paid extra for a service that I'm not being provided. Upon arrival to the reception I was told that there's no free spot for SPA for tonight and totally no alternatives were offered. So you're telling me that even though I made my reservation weeks prior and I had received an email mentioning that everything is settled and I shouldn't contact the hotel any further, that was actually not true. I'd understand that if they gave me refund for the extra that I paid for SPA but totally nothing was offered. There was another couple at the check-in that had very same situation. Obviously people aren't fully aware of whatever the requirements for SPA are, yet the hotel doesn't do anything about it they just take your extra money and don't give you anything. Since I was booking this hotel solely for the purpose of personal SPA, my trip was really ruined. Also the elevator didn't work at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend, I've stayed less prominent hotels that had much better service.

This hotel overcharges. They charged me $190 for a regular load of laundry. I wish that was a joke. They refused to reduce it. Also, in the evenings there was usually nobody at the front desk. This is not a five star hotel at all.

It’s a nice but boring hotel. I asked if the restaurant was open at 17:30 and it was closed. The bathtub and bathroom were nice but quite old and the faucet cover kept falling. The gym was really good and bigger than in other hotels. Also the staff is helpful. I would recommend this hotel to ..my parents maybe or older groups. In conclusion it’s a decent stay but that’s all I can say. I’m not sure that it’s worth the money.

Perfect hotel, nice roms, good service, breakfest, cleaning, and the personal was smiling and was so serviceminded. 5 stars. Rikardo and Vegardo

Good hotel and comfortable. Only downside is breakfast wasn’t great quality, the orange juice was so weak and watered down unfortunately

It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed staying here, rooms were cozy and Spa was amazing. We loved the breakfast spread. Only thing that I dint like was the food buffet that we took for Christmas eve, rest everything was perfect here. Its not near the old town but easy to reach to old town from here. I would recommend this place for people who want to relax and go for nice Spa.

Great staff and very friendly. Reception team saved us from missing our train home! Hotel is in a calm part of town and a nice walk to the center. Would stay here again

Hotel is really beautiful, staff is very friendly and very nice especially the lady in the breakfast restaurant and barman on sylvester night! Food is nice, rooms are a bit outdated but big plus for the coffee and tea machine!

Canceled my reservation without any justification, just an email mentioning that my reservation is successfully cancelled. This was a reservation including the night of New Year celebration provoking a big frustration to myself and my partner.

Nice room and staff. There was some trouble with the aircondition in our room, but the staff upgraded us to a nicer room, which was perfect. One improvement: There was No desinfictant gel at the breakfast budget which was a bit unhygenic.

Nice hotel but expensive. High standard but reception should be improved. Very gentle staff looking to help and serve. Nice rooms, recently refurbished. Nice location but a bit far from the center without public transportation. Tram and bus stops nearby though.

Poor breakfast offered, silly round table preventing easy access and just causing people to collide, staff very good at taking plates away RAPIDLY but never asking anything, bread poor, food selection very limited nothing special for a so called luxury hotel. Top tip for reception staff = if a customer happens to be waiting in a queue for check-in for 20 mins then the FIRST thing you say to them is "I'm sorry you've been waiting so long". Or maybe if its a hot day ask them if they want some water or take a seat etc. Basic customer service skills missing in the "5 star luxury hotel " hmm. **extra info post hotel response. 1) i didn't query or mention anything about the room I'd booked 2) I arrived after 15;00 you were checking people in, and that's why I stood for 20 mins 3) I didn't make any request to the breakfast team

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in Prague and stayed in this gorgeous hotel. The room was very neat and spacious. Floor heating gave extra comfort when we stepped into the bathroom and entrance area of our room. Staff were very friendly and provided great service too. Nice breakfast in the restaurant with a good view of the outdoors. We could visit many places in the center because the tram is also just a few minutes walking distance. An awesome wedding anniversary experiences!

We had a situation at the breakfast as we went outside to the terrace to see the view and take some pictures however there was a big guy who was very rude and shouted at us to leave as they want to clean which is something very unprofessional and unacceptable at 5stars hotel. However nice hotel and very quite. I loved the room but the twin bed is very small.

Really small rooms, no water bottle in room (only tap water in bathroom), no iron, thin blankets, it was so cold during the night. The Wi-Fi is working poorly and in bathroom is not working at all. We asked for another room, but the receptionists were really rude and sent us away saying they are fully booked. The location is also hard to access, far from metro, which does not even go to the famous sights, you’ll have to change lines. Not worth the money at all! First of all they have to train the receptionists how to talk to guests. The breakfast was good, this is the only part we enjoyed at this overpriced hotel. Will never visit it again, neither recommend it to anyone.

It was a very recommendable hotel :) Unfortunately, Bitcoin was not accepted there as a means of payment, so one star deduction.

The hotel and services are really nice. But they ask for security deposit and don’t give it back. So, you better say bye to that deposit.

Stunning building in a nice part of town away from the bustle. Kind of a high class place but the room we had could do with a bit of a refresh. Clean though, and the bathroom was nicely appointed. Price was very reasonable as well.

I have a business card on my fridge, to remember me of that day. Miroslav Hudek, Restaurant Manager, Le Palais. It was 2018. Very nice man.

This is actually our second visit to Le Palais Art Hotel Pragu. The Le Palais Art Hotel is a fantastic hotel in an amazing city. The rooms are clean and well kept. I highly recommend a room with a southern view if possible. The wait staff led by Muhammad are the heart and soul of the Le Palais Art Hotel. The morning breakfast overlooking the city is a special treat. The wait staff is second to none. There's a secure parking garage. There are many great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and a trolly stop just 3 minutes away. This is a hard to beat Hotel, staff, and location! We will be back for many future getaways!

Elegant hotel just outside the City Center, less than 2 km from National Museum. Comfortable, luxurious, good service, good breakfast.

The hotels architecture and interior was great. My room had high ceilings and a window on the roof, which has an amazing view of the city. The location was ideal, away from the crowds and next to a residential area full of historical buildings and some great restaurants.

The hotels architecture and interior was everything I was hoping for. Beautiful ceilings, a library, chandeliers. I felt I was in Czech and not some hotel that looks the same the world over. My room had high ceilings and solid furniture. I love the fact it looked a little tired, it added to the feel of my stay. The bed was huge, the bathroom was perfect with a solid bath. The view across Prague from my bedroom window added to my stay. For 100 euros a night with a wonderful breakfast I’m not sure how anyone can complain. Eating on the terrace or inside in the breakfast room were both a joy. The location was ideal for me but maybe too far if you aren’t a big walker. The hotel is away from the crowds which I loved and next to a residential area full of traditional buildings with some great restaurants.

The hotel was great the room was great. The main issue I had was in the restaurant. I went down and had breakfast with my husband was asleep. he was a little tired from all the walking around we had done the night before. I ate my breakfast it was delicious finish that. About 30 minutes later I husband came for breakfast and they refused him breakfast. Went and spoke to the person at the front desk they said they would handle it but he still didn’t get breakfast he said he would have a resolution in two hours because the restaurant was closed never called back never heard anything. To me a large part of customer service is pulling up this just shows me if you have an issue they wouldn’t take care of it. And they did not they didn’t take care of I pay for him a breakfast he didn’t get it and they still charged me. So if you go there make sure you go to breakfast together
