My
girlfriend
and
me
spend
three
nights
at
the
gallary
Hotel.
Our
booking
was
motivated
by
the
cheap
price,
which,
as
a
first
surprise,
was
not
as
cheap
as
claimed
as
we
still
had
to
pay
the
city
taxes
of
12€.
Before
our
stay
we
called
the
hotel.
Unfortunately,
the
guy
on
the
phone
did
not
understand
English
upon
which
he
hung
up
on
us
without
calling
back.
The
hotel
rooms
and
the
breakfast
were
decent
and
the
staff
on
the
first
two
days
were
nice.
However,
upon
arriving
we
were
told
that
the
tea
in
the
entrance
hall
was
free.
While
waiting
an
hour
for
the
keys
for
our
room
(which
you
had
to
give
to
the
reception
when
leaving
for
a
walk)
we
drank
two
of
the
teas.
On
which
we
were
asked
rudely
by
the
staff
what
we
were
doing
there.
Not
only
were
we
accused
of
stealing,
but
no
interest
was
taken
in
communicating
with
us.
If
it
was
of
shear
lack
of
interest
or
the
limited
English
skills
of
the
staff
present,
is
up
to
interpretation.
When
checking
out
of
the
hotel
and
asking
to
pay
the
two
teas,
which
we
were
told
were
free,
we
were
surprised
to
hear
that
we
allegedly
drank
3
teas,
which
again
was
a
false
accusation
and
from
the
side
of
the
staff
there
was
no
interest
in
resolving
the
misunderstanding.
To
be
clear,
the
few
euros
we
had
to
pay
are
not
the
problem,
but
the
feeling
of
disrespect
and
ignorance
imposed
by
part
of
the
staff.
