Good location but that is about it. Appalling service , rude reception and night team. I suffer health issues and required an additional pillow and asked three times , to be told by an arrogant night manager that they had “none in stock”. The room has absolutely no amenities or a fridge , and is dirty and run down. I had to clean the entire room with my own travel equipment. Id prefer a hostel for the price. Avoid!!!!

A very nice hotel located at a great location. Metro and Tram station "Florenc" are just five minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a shopping mall very close to the hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff is also very friendly. Breakfast was very basic and could've been better e.g. same breakfast every day, no Croissants, no scrambled eggs etc. Quality of bread was also not good. Parking is available at 15 EUR per day and has to be reserved in advance. However, i didn't park my car at the hotel after reading different reveiews where ppl scratched their cars as the entrance to garage is really narrow. There is a very nice and secure Parking lot near to the hotel "3D Apartments" where you can park your car for about 12 EUR or 300 kč per day.

Nice hotel however very inconsistent lifts (seemed to have a mind of their own), disappointing variety at breakfast and not many PowerPoints but wonderful location and helpful staff

We stayed there as a group of riders for two nights and suffered from bed bugs. This place should be closed and insecticided immediately. Unfortunately, the stuff is much worse. Never expect "hi" or goodmorning". They are so frustrated and sad. For sure this the fault of administration. May be too low salaries or bad working conditions. Anyway I have done with b&b hotels.

Awesome experience. Friendly staff. Ondra at the reception facilitated the fastest check-in. Place is clean, beds are comfortable. Overall a cozy place and is near Old town. Just a 12 mins walk. Outside footpath has some small rocks, making your spinners to move with difficulty. No phone in the room. No Fridge. Fantastic breakfast, although basic. Still looking forward to come over again :)

Rooms were good, breakfast was also very nice. The location is close to bus station that makes easy for you if you have to travel elsewhere. City center is also on a walking distance. I think ideally located hotel for the travellers…..👍

B&B seems like the Rynair of Hotels. Zero Service from this Hotel (the star here is too much). The parking lot was too small for my car, hence I asked to refund the sum I paid for extra parking when I was there. They confirmed to pay back the sum. I am waiting now for more than 10 days for the refund because of problems with the "bank transfer". But apparently they can receive Money for bookings. They still cant tell me when the "problem" will be solved. This does not make any sense to me. I was there arround new years. They are not professional. I would rather go for another place.

Nice and cosy room, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, although same choice every day. Hotel is located near the metro and trams, well connected with city center. Excellent value for money.

Excellent! Beats majority of the 4* hotels in Prague I’ve stayed at over the years! Welcoming receptionists, well insulated, couldn’t really hear the cars outside, bed is comfy, room and bathroom are clean, very decent hair dryer provided- very happy with the service and will be staying again! It’s basic, yet very comfortable. The only thing it needs is a small fridge to put water in.

Good hotel for a short stay. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was tasty and diverse. It would be great if there would be an electric kettle in the room.

Not recommended for those who need wifi for work. The wifi connection of the hotel is super slow and terrible to shutdown for more than 24 hours during my stay, reason being not sure what is happening and the same reason given still fixing and can’t do anything. *The reception guy that work evening shift on Sat, 5 November is rude, irresponsible, and not attentive on customer’s questions by keep looking at the screen during the conversation and simply give excuses to avoid the problems. If the paperwork is important to take all your attention, do consider an office work instead of a receptionist, this is not the acceptable attitude for someone who work in hospitality industry.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I was very satisfied again. Room is not that big, but perfect for a short trip. Hotel staff is friendly but a litte bit retiring. All in all good hotel with a great price!

Very special thanks to the B&B staff. Helped me correct a HUGE mistake that was 100% my fault. They made it right, handled it professionally and had a good attitude about it. Staff is really superb. A+ Great area for this location too, lots of restaurants around, close to bus and metro, and nearby 2 grocery stores. Great for our first time in Prague. The hotel feels new, the room was a good size. The breakfast was good and we didn’t get bored of it after 5 days. The shower head is a bit too close to the wall, maybe an S shaped pipe would help. But the water was hot and pressure was fine, so I can’t complain too much about small things. Cheers to everyone at the hotel!

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Everything simple but clean and comfortable. Stuff is very polite and supportive. Great that they have early breakfast. I was lucky to find this place after hard day. With big pleasure will come again ✨️

Amazing hotel in the heart of the city. The city center is at walking distance, it's close to restaurants if you want to dine out. Everyone at this hotel was so kind and helpful. I woke up and went to the reception at 4 am because i was feeling sick and a little cold, the receptionist gave me herbal tea to help with the sickness, gave me extra tea to keep, offered to give me some pastry, and gave me an extra blanket. he was so nice and helpful! at 4 am!! thank you.

Very cool and quiet hotel... Not so far from the old center town.. you can do everything by foot... The room was clean and the staff was professional... Maybe not a smiling and warm one... But they do their job with professionalism.... The breakfast is nice not too many varieties but come on... coffee, bread, salad, butter and more... For those who complain there is a Hilton hotel not so far...

Great value for money, we stayed one night on a business trip to Prague. Perfect location, nice staff, good breakfast for the price of the room. Very satisfied with our stay.

We have been in plenty of B&B Hotels, and this was, without a doubt, the worst one. Firstly, the staff told us there was no parking space available, even though we booked one, and then checked and when we had the confirmation email from the hotel, a parking spot was available. The whole floor we were on smelled of something bad. Rooms were very cold and the heating was off. We were lucky we had blankets in the car to use in addition to layers we already used that were provided to warm us up. Bed consisted of a mattress on a wooden plank standing on vertical wooden planks, which made lots whenever you moved in your bed. Positive would be the location and the friendly staff.

This hotel is a basic room, with the minimum of fuss or extras, However, for the cost i think it is an excellent choice. It is within 200m of a metro station with interchanges onto two different lines, one of which is the airport line, and also a tram stop which takes you only a few minutes to reach the centre of Prague, or you can walk it in a about 10 minutes. It is also within the same distance of two very good supermarkets, so getting snacks and water etc is extremely easy. The rooms are basic, but I found them clean,. tidy and mostly quiet. As a more basic, cheaper hotel it attracts younger more active customers, and we had a German group partying along the corridor from us a little later than I would have wanted, but we were all young once, and they shut up about 1am. Breakfast is basic but quite acceptable, with breads, cheeses and meats. there was also sweet treats like chocolate spread, cakes and jas etc Multiple fruit juices and pretty good coffee on tap during the breakfast period. They also had boiled eggs and little sausages for the cooked breakfast fans, all self service. It is all on a flat accessible road and has disabled rooms available, so a good choice for wheelchair users. There wasnt many staff I saw, this is a basic hotel after all, but reception was polite, helpful and multi-lingual. I have just stayed in another Prague hotel that cost twice as much, and this one in overall satisfaction was pretty close for half the cost. Having paid in advance, and with no "extras" available, the bill was settled before I arrived, and so on check out you can just walk out with no queuing at reception, which is a real time saver. Finally there are no keys! You are given a pin code when you arrive which lets you into the room, so nothing to lose or carry and nothing to hand back when you leave. This is the first time I have stayed with this chain of hotels, but i will be looking out for them again around Europe when I next travel.

It's a great value for the price. It's near the metro station Florenc and multiple bus stations but you can also walk to get to the main old town square. The rooms could be cleaned better and the pillows could be plumper. The breakfast is good but could use more diversity. It's pretty quiet for a hotel that is near a street and a suspended railway

We stayed at the Hotel from Fridas to sunday. The check-in was easy, fast and the receptionists were very friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately the parking garage hat a maximum hight of 190cm And we had to search for a parking space around the Hotel. But on Weekends the parking around the Hotel is free. The rooms were clean and all right. The breakfast was all right too. But better come early. Otherwise you could stand in the line to the buffet for a long time. To prague old town you walk only 20 minutes. Good place to start your prague city Trip.

Generally good hotel, with normal breakfast, clean rooms. For short stays very much recommended from me.

We were very comfortable. The room was very clean, a 10 for the cleaning girl. The receptionists very kind to us, since we did not know English. a lot of patience with us To say something wrong, the breakfast is very repetitive, the same thing every day. But above all I recommend this hotel. Great.

My and my girlfriend went for a weekend trip. Very nice receptionist that also helped us with where to get a day ticket for the tram. Bathroom and bed were adequate, but we also enjoyed the wlan and casting our phone screen to TV so we could watch a movie.

Clean and very small bedroom and double bed. Clean bathroom. Central air-conditioning with no possibility for self-regulation. The room was very cold for cold summer night. No possibility for additional heating. Kind and polite receptionist.

Room was full of handicapped accessories which was weird. The parking lot was very tight and quite hard to navigate in. Otherwise place was clean, breakfast was ok and the personal was very friendly.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Simple furnished. But there is no refrigerator and kettle. It is close to old town and central train station. Breakfast was good and nice. Receptionist was kind of moody :( There are drink and snack automates in the hobby.

A good place to stay for a few days. Rooms (incl. Breakfast) are worth the money. The rooms are clean and tidy with good heating and ventilation facility. It is very near to Prague Central Station and Old Town Square. Even if you don't want to walk a lot, it is easy to get a bus or tram to go to different locations. Also, there are good restaurants nearby where you can get different cuisine. Only point I found a bit confusing is that, they do not include toothpaste in the toiletries. That was a bit strange for me, personally.

The rooms are up to standard. Bit more water pressure from the shower would have been nice but whatever. The people working there are doing a great job. Location isn't the most pretty in Prague but the distance to old town is 20 minutes walking perhaps and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

B&B hotel chain is nice and trustworthy chain in Central Europe at least. It's cheap and efficient, rooms are always decent with the basics you need. This one is quite central just a corner away from the florenc metro station so very easily accessible by metros and trams. The breakfast is ok, you get your breads and coffees and it's kept fresh through the breakfast time very well. Also the room cleaning is very efficient, my room was cleaned every time when I left for breakfast or shopping at the morning–midday and took the dnd sign off the door within minutes.

Pleasant place to stay for a few nights. Good breakfast, clean rooms but parking is little bit expensive but half price alternative is to park a car on a public car park and pay at the parking meter. It's about 20 minutes to The Old Town by foot.

The one thing missing was a fridge. I dont know how you can stay there in summer witout cold water. Breakfast was something special, basic. Location is very good for tram and metro. Staff some are helpfull some not.

Very good location, decent rooms. Breakfast below average. Since its literally Bed&Breakfast and second was so bad... only 3 stars.

  • 4/5 sara k. 1 year ago on Google
Good hotel close to the city center, underground parking for 15 EUR/day. Breakfasts could be better.

  • 5/5 M J. 1 year ago on Google
Overall great service. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. We got one hour late check out which we appreciate very much. But most importantly about this hotel is location. Very close to all means of transportation. Even walking to the city centre is not a problem. We would definitely visit again.

Was there for conference for whole week, the room is very clean, breakfast was good, though not much variety, but all good quality. The one big pity of this hotel is that the shower swich is too close the the showing water, when showering, you can only get half of your body wet, as it is too close, tour body may turn the switch accidentally and then change the water. Not enjoyable, only can complete its shower function. Great location. Super close to metro, train and bus central. Great value for money.

  • 4/5 Ian A. 1 year ago on Google
Great hotel, location is in a quiet location and a few mins away from the subway and tram in Florenc. Breakfast is OK breads, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, yogarts, fruit, smoked sausage and eggs. Toast machine and a few coffee machines offering fresh coffee take your pick what you want. Breakfast can be very very busy.

  • 4/5 Jakub M. 1 year ago on Google
The shower was an engineering joke - no curtain, meaning that the bathroom had strains on walls from the water. The shower head holder was placed inadequately high and the shower head itself was broken. The light in the bathroom was cool and not warm. Average breakfast. Otherwise ok.

  • 2/5 Dorian G. 1 year ago on Google
Top: - Kind/friendly reception staff - breakfast was fine, even tho I would prefer less plastic - It's possible to reserve a spot in the garage - close to a train station, super market etc. - beds are very comfy - umbrellas / iron for free rent Flop: - the room was very dirty (especially the bathroom wall, but also the bed etc. - when I walked with white socks trough the room/bathroom they were black after 10 minutes!) - bed sheet was broken - no safe box in the room - no key card system, you need to open the room with a code at a TouchPad. Many ways to trick this kind of system, thieves are welcome - the shower temperature changed automatically from ice cold to boiling and back within seconds - AC wasn't working in any of our 4 rooms - no fridge in the room (but therefore a cheap shop down at the reception) Friends slept around the corner in the Botanist Hotel which got similar room rates, but great rooms. Wouldn't recommend B&B Prag (even tho I like many other B&B Hotels)

  • 2/5 Tobias B. 1 year ago on Google
The mattresses are as hard as a rock, the drain and the showerhead were clogged and the breakfast was not good at all. At least the rooms have a working air conditioning and the location is quite good.

Friendly staff, the hotel is really close to the metro which makes exploring the city very easy. The room was also a great size for the price.

The hotel Praque Cite has great location - not far from the citycentre but with the possibility to park the car without stress. The equipment of the hotel is simple, but modern and clean. I am satisfied and will come back.

  • 5/5 Jan N. 2 months ago on Google • 2 reviews New
Negative: - absence of a bathtub in the bathroom - absence of scrambled eggs for breakfast - reservations made at the reception are not visible in the mobile application Positive - in all other ways the hotel is excellent

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, we put the “do not disturb” sign as the beginning of our stay, but the cleaner staff still went inside our room(we found when we back to the hotel in night time). So, we complain this problem with the staff in the reception “name: Ondra” his reaction and the wording was rude to us, no saying« sorry », and also not even willing to help. By the way, we got the a better service mind from the girl who works in the morning tim that said sorry to us instead.
