We
spent
one
night
at
the
La
Ballerina
hotel
Prague,
we
came
to
the
hotel
based
on
that
it
is
a
5
star
hotel
with
an
excellent
rating.
Unfortunately
this
is
not
accurate
based
on
our
expectation
most
an
average
4
star
hotel
or
less.
The
check
in
time
was
at
2
pm,
so
we
ended
up
waiting,
they
don't
have
a
proper
lobby
few
not
very
comfortable
chairs
in
the
corridor
and
few
on
a
"landing"
(an
area
between
the
flight
of
stairs
between
the
ground
floor
and
first
floor,
only
accessible
by
stairs),
eventually
we
got
one
room
after
40
min
and
unfortunately
it
smelled
of
mildew,
the
second
room
after
an
hr
at
2
pm.
The
staff
during
the
day
were
only
2
but
polite
helpful,
and
gave
us
solid
information
about
Prague,
the
helped
us
with
reservations
to
a
concert
and
when
I
tried
to
pay
for
the
tickets
I
was
told
only
cash
and
to
go
to
the
ATM
5
min
away.
At
night
there
was
only
one
employee
I
asked
about
if
the
room
had
complementary
water
bottles,
he
recommended
to
drink
from
the
tap
or
use
the
mini
bar.
The
Italian
restaurant
was
good.
The
wifi
worked
well.
The
hotel
is
a
small
hotel
an
average
of
20-30
min
walk
to
the
old
city
depending
which
side
of
the
river.
It
has
"simple"
gold
and
white
vinyl
furniture;
it
is
over
rated
if
I'm
going
to
be
generous
a
below
average
4
star
hotel
at
most,
but
marketed
as
a
5.
