La Ballerina hotel is no longer operating as a hotel. Expedia is confused.

Horrible business practice! Beware ! We had a stay planned for June 2020. Due to the world wide pandemic our trip was canceled. Hotel has a no refund policy and offered a 12 month coupon. We have this in an email. When we called to see if we could extend the coupon we were told that there was never a coupon issued. So in a situation beyond our control they just took our money . La Ballerina robbed us of $930.00.

A five star hotel, close to the city center and just beside of most public transport. All the room are massive and cozy. Some of the room you have a such good view of the river. The staff is really helpful and efficient. Is not an expansive 5 star hotel. The hotel has a spa as well but is located in another venue.

We spent one night at the La Ballerina hotel Prague, we came to the hotel based on that it is a 5 star hotel with an excellent rating. Unfortunately this is not accurate based on our expectation most an average 4 star hotel or less. The check in time was at 2 pm, so we ended up waiting, they don't have a proper lobby few not very comfortable chairs in the corridor and few on a "landing" (an area between the flight of stairs between the ground floor and first floor, only accessible by stairs), eventually we got one room after 40 min and unfortunately it smelled of mildew, the second room after an hr at 2 pm. The staff during the day were only 2 but polite helpful, and gave us solid information about Prague, the helped us with reservations to a concert and when I tried to pay for the tickets I was told only cash and to go to the ATM 5 min away. At night there was only one employee I asked about if the room had complementary water bottles, he recommended to drink from the tap or use the mini bar. The Italian restaurant was good. The wifi worked well. The hotel is a small hotel an average of 20-30 min walk to the old city depending which side of the river. It has "simple" gold and white vinyl furniture; it is over rated if I'm going to be generous a below average 4 star hotel at most, but marketed as a 5.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire European vacation in 2017. The room was so clean and comfortable and the staff was so nice. Thank you for a great memory!

Very nice rooms, large and quiet and beautiful. The breakfast not compatible with a 5 star hotel. But recommended.

This hotel is perfect! First of all the location of it is extremely close to the old town and just a five to ten minute walk along the river. The rooms are extremely spacious and cleaned perfectly. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very attentive and nice! Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Prague!

Brilliantly placed hotel, close to trams, buses, metro. Lovely decor and amazing staff. Breakfast was so so and limited with inconsistently cooked eggs. No bar or pool but that's fine as we knew that just a bit odd for a 5 star hotel. Room very clean and spacious.

absolutely wonderful hotel. Rooms are wonderfully decorated, very big and immaculate. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had an issue with the airport transfer service but Management went to large extent to make it up for us. The continental breakfast is great and offers all you need to start the day. The area around the hotel is really nice, residential area. Metro and Tram are at a 2 min walk, nearby there's a shopping mall and supermarket. A few good food and drink options nearby. You may save a bit by booking directly from the hotel's website.

This is just an overall great place to stay. The Location is close to the metro(yellow) and 3 Tram stops. Even by foot you can reach the most interesting sites in 15 minutes max. The staff was always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfy. We felt right at home and were able to relax easily after a long day. Thank you for making our short trip even better.

Excellent location and wonderful interior. Staff look immaculate and are friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with a small balcony and everything was spotless. Breakfast was a buffet with everything you could want but you can also ask for special dishes cooked to order...that will be my omelette tomorrow then. Ballerinas everywhere!!

Incredible experience here. The rooms were beautiful and were constantly kept clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and willing to assist in whatever was needed or give advice on things to do in the area.

We have stayed at the hotel for 3 days. I can absolutely say that this is the one of the best hotel in town in terms of value for money - building and service. Quite central, easy to reach. The breakfast wasn't as we thought it would have been with a little variarity of food. We used the SPA, it was not in the building but in another hotel in collaboration however it was quite small but very nice! Most of the services were Available. We would like to thanks Philip as Night Receptionist as he was very professional and helpful ( Big kiss from Adriana ) We recommend it.

Total scam, this place doesn't exist anymore, but they keep selling it in hotel pages as Expedia. This is not a hotel, much less a 5 star one. It is now called Numa Flow, but for some reason they keep advertising La Ballerina. During our stay there were 3 false fire alarms, one at about 7 Am you could see whole families in the lower floor, kids stressed because of it and no one came after about 1 hour when we decided to go out and came back late at night. After one of these events, the hot water and heating stopped working for at least one day, on the phone they promised to give some kind of refund but they did not want to do it after our checkout, they pretended that it never happened. Al in all a terrible experience.
