- Wellness / fitness centre, spa, sauna closed but they don't mention it in their description. - Air conditioner not working and we had 26.3 degrees in our room (outside was 10 degrees). It was too hot to sleep and we needed to leave the window open. It was loud from the busy street outside. - They gave us confusing advises to fix the temperature issue. Told us to open the window for 10 minutes and close it again, so the system would reset. That didn’t work and it just got hotter. - We called again and they said they can adjust the temperature downstairs but the temperature still didn't improve. I believe, they were lying to us and didn’t want to confirm that the air conditioner isn’t working properly. - Tried calling again around 11pm and no-one answered the phone. - Next day I requested to speak to the manager several times, but he tried avoiding me and sent a technician instead. I went to reception to see him but he left and wasn’t available. - Booked the Executive room but the room was small and looked like the normal rooms. It didn’t have a coffee machine. - Contact your booking agency for compensation, it worked for us! Overall very disappointing experience and not acceptable that the manager is avoiding customers and ignoring their complaints. I heard a lot of people talking about the temperature problem in the hotel. I recommend contacting your booking agency for compensation, as it worked for us! There was street parking available outside the hotel and it only costs 40 CZK during holiday period. Weekends are free. It normally costs 60 CZK per hour during the week (expensive)!

Pros: - really nice breakfast (big variety of foods and there are enough tables even when it’s crowded) - comfortable beds - rooms cleaned every day - friendly staff - close to the city center (8-10 minutes with the tram or a 25-30 minutes walk) Cons: - the gym is really small for a hotel this size (2 tread mills, 2 bikes and 1 muscle machine). They could at least add some dumbbells. - the spa only has 2 small saunas and it can get pretty crowded 4.5 stars

Nice hotel a few tram stops from the city center. Really good breakfast buffet. Also opportunity for massage and there is a good sauna. A small minus for some overly eager staff: our room was cleaned and we got new towels despite we put ‘Please do not disturb’ sign on door. Some good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Worst hotel I ever stayedl. We booked this hotel for their facilities but then found out the sauna/ wellness area is under construction, and they didn’t disclose this information anywhere. We booked the executive room which is the biggest room type and IT IS TINY, I can’t imagine how small the other rooms are!! And the worst part is the aircon is not working, apparently they only have heater and no aircon, we had above 26 degrees in the room which feels like a sauna, and it’s not just our room, we heard many other hotel guests complaining about the heat in the room too. You just simply can’t sleep in that temperature. We complained to the reception staff and they told us to sleep with the windows open, the hotel is next to a busy street, so if you open the window there is a lot of noise. We tried many times to reach the manager, but he refused to talk and will only send the technician to “have a look” but can’t fix anything. Really bad customer service!!! Because the hotel is not helping with the situation, we complained to the booking agency (we submitted some photos as evidence ie control panel showing 36 degree in the room), and we got financial compensation at the end. If you are in similar situation I suggest you do the same. And if you haven’t booked the hotel, STAY AWAY!

The hotel is located near the metro station; really easy to get to any place in the city. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was rich in a wide variety of produce and delicious. The hotel offers paid underground parking with reservation in advance, which was a huge comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Schönes Hotel. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit der Tram und/oder U-Bahn zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist richtig gut hier und der Service schnell, flink und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist vielleicht ein bisschen zu klein aber das ist ja immer Geschmacksache. Badezimmer und Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir waren die 3 Nächte sehr zufrieden. Können dieses Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Lage und Hotel TOP!! Danke 😊

Conveniently located right next to the B metro station, this hotel is 10 minutes ride away from the old town center while i the other hand right in the middle of the sprawling new central business neighborhood. The location is good, the rooms are clean and the staff is great. There's no minibar and the breakfast was so crowded during weekdays that more than a few people had to wait standing between tables with no queue being organized.

For 4-stars hotel the service could be better but overall a well-located hotel for decent price. I appreciate the cleanliness, however, there was a spy net in my room. Otherwise, the room was spot on. My only downturn were loud guests that woke me up in the middle of the night but this is not the fault of the hotel. The facilities could be better as well as the coffee offered during the breakfast. After the broken sleep I would really use some nice cup of coffee 😊 Luckily, the hotel is close to some of the best coffee shops in Prague so can easily fix your taste.

Great hotel for this price range. As many wrote before the breakfast is really busy but they’ve extended the room so everyone finds their space to eat. Very fast service, extras like soy milk no problem. Very nice rooms, supermarket 1 Minute away, tram also, metro 1.5 minutes. Highly recommended!

Overpriced and not very clean. Rooms are loud because of the huge road Infront of the hotel with neverending traffic. The 20€/night garage has a car elevator and it takes forever until you're guided in and out. Staff was friendly at check-in and checkout, but every additional requests was denied in a rude way (asking for a sewing kit, additional towels)

Very nice hotel, room was really nice but asked for 2 single beds but got one big bed and 1 blanket. Very clean and room service everyday. Easy to take the tram down town but was about 40 minutes walk from there. I would go there again

GREAT HOTEL, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! • check in was at 2 pm, we had to pay additional fees in cash which we expected (the exchange rate was a bit lower than we expected but not big of a deal). • we got a "superior room" and as a clean freak I approve the cleanliness of the room, bathroom included. • cleaning services were also done properly: our hand soap was refiled and all belongings were put back in their respective place. • breakfast buffet was very much appreciated and the quality of the food was an 8/10. • over-all staff attentiveness and service was great. • the Position couldn't be any better: it's just a couple mins away from the city centre and the area is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants.

A great compact hotel close to the city centre in an upscale area of the town. Great breakfast and also great for families. Small rooms but nice decor and clean. I would certainly go back! Excellent service.

Super hotel in every way for a family of three; two adults, and a baby! Excellent service, food, transport to Airport. Beautiful bathroom and great selection of food too! Not too far from the city either, with loads of surrounding shops/food - highly recommended.

Rooms were clean, with good bathrooms. Breakfast seemed to have a good variety of options, with plenty of space for guests. Staff were helpful and the hotel is very accessible from the old town a metro and tram line very near. It's about 35-40 minute walk from the old town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Room, location and staff were all great. The hotel is definitely deserving of its name and offers great value for money. The location is excellent, there is frequent tram service to the city center right outside the hotel and the subway line B stop is located just a few meters further. The staff is courteous and speaks English. The Check-in/-out process was simple and efficient. Our room had a good size. In the bathroom there was a rainfall shower, two sinks and plenty of space to hang towels. I particularly like the LED-lined mirror! Regarding the room itself: The bed was comfortable, there is a flatscreen TV (which could have been more responsive) and a couch as well as a desk space for work and relaxation. The closet could have a bit more shelf space, but is spacious otherwise. The window can be opened completely and the air conditioning/heating worked fine during our stay in May. The window blocks the sound from the street very well. As far as amenities are concerned: There is a coffee/tea station and a water kettle, a safe and hygiene products. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we opted out. All in all, I would book this hotel again for a stay in Prague because of the kind and accommodating staff, the spacious and comfortable rooms and the excellent location in a lively neighborhood and close proximity to the city center.

Convenient location close to metro station. In general nice hotel but nothing special either. For example the breakfast was tasty but the options limited. The room was nice and clean but there were no blakout curtains and they did not refresh the shampoos every day. I would recommend it but only for under 100 euros a night.

Made for a really relaxing stay. The beds are so comfortable and the room and bathroom are spacious and lovely. There is Aircon, WiFi, TV and a kettle, which is great. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Location wise it is also pretty great, with a metro station and team stop right around the corner. Room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and light rooms. The breakfast room was a bit crowded one day, as a full bus tourist group had breakfast the same time. But overall it is recommended.

No star should be given and not recommended. My suitcase locker number was found be changed at night on 9/5/2023, and the most incredible thing was my passport, 2 credit cards and money lost in the safety box in this hotel on 9/6/2023. Watch out the security of this hotel. Besides, my SIM card used in Taiwan was also lost at the same time.

Clean rooms. Only breakfast is served. No restuarant for any other meal. Staff at the reception are a bit too stiff and unhelpful. For a visitor who needed help with local currency to pay off a taxi drivet who neither had a card machine nor could accept Euros, they refused to either swipe our card for money or change our Euros. Not great if you need help.

When I checked in at 19:30,nobody at the frontdesk,waited for several minutes ,On 12-Nov,after raining,the A/C in my room doesn’t work. Very cold .I got up about 10times during the whole night to try different AC mode,set up 27,but doesn’t work. Then I got up early ,very warm in the corridor.

We would like to try massage here, but you need to book it with some weeks in advance. The sauna was very nice and also the bedroom. I totally recommend this hotel.

Welcoming staff, helpful and polite. Clean room and adequate sized. Air conditioning seems to stay on at 22 degrees, tried setting to 19 but always jumped back up. Fridge was decent and handy. Bathroom was very spacious, however minor improvements would make it perfect such as an adjustable shower head at head height, trying to wash long hair was challenging. Cant fault pressure or shower quality though! More shelves for toiletries would be good along with a toilet roll holder and not just a shelf behind the toilet. I'm not sure if it was only me but the toilet was very high set. My legs were dangling! I'm an average 5'8" and it was rather uncomfortable. Strange experience I've never had till now. Close enough to public transport. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice but cakes etc weren't to my liking at all. A minor pet hate while travelling Europe is their double bed arrangement, normally just 2 singles put together! Nothing more annoying than falling through the gap in the middle of the night 🤣 not hotel specific just seems to be the norm. Bed was comfortable with equally nice pillows. I probably would stay here again.

Good location near a subway stop. Good breakfast and modern rooms. The beds were super comfortable and rooms were outfitted with a safe. The shower had good water pressure and the spa attendants were very nice. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel equipped with parking (mind the elevator bringing the cars up and down though, and the platform they use it might be particularly troublesome to new drivers). We particularly enjoyed the politeness of the staff with some minor bad luck car issue we faced, and the bathroom which is very well decorated and spacious with 2 separate sinks, and very aromatic body products.

Cozy hotel in a very good location. 30min walk to the old town of Prague but it’s a pleasure walking on those streets. Tram and Metro stations are available at maximum 50m for those who want to use public transport. The building is new and they have a nice lounge area at the reception and a bar open during the day. I also liked the service and the atmosphere, it looks that they have great team and they are serving you with pleasure trying to solve any requests. Another thing I liked are the windows and fact that you can’t hear the noise from the outside but I think that the downside is that it’s hard to keep them open and refresh the air in rooms (I felt I need to open the window every time I entered the room). Overall a very good stay!

Very nice and clean hotel. I loved the iterior of the rooms. Breakfast is excellent. Very modern gym and sauna. It is located near a Metro and Tram Station. In 3 minutes you can reach the moldova on foot. I will come again!

Great hotel, there is nothing negative to be said about it. One star off the location but it's only 3.5km walk to the Karluv Most along the Vltava river bank. Metro/Subway is just around the corner. Karlin suburb is safe and lovely area. Rooms clean, tidy, aircon, pretty much standard. Breakfast buffet of average size with standard options, though the plates are a bit smaller but hey, watch your waist!

Nice calm hotel with good rooms and better staff. Cleanliness and maintenance should be improved. Bathroom was too narrow and with an important leak on the shower glass. I would give them 3 stars for the hotel, the extra star is because of the staff.

This hotel was a great experience. POSITIVE points: (1) less than one minute to reach Křižíkova metro station from where you get where you like; (2) rooms are clean, silent, 100% functional, and also beautiful. Fabulous bathrooms, great beds! (3) personnel is highly professional, as you would expect from an upper-level hotel; (3) the continental breakfast is terrific in terms of quality, quantity, and variety. NEGATIVE points: I don't have a single one.

Really clean hotel. Good location. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies who worked in the kitchen where very professional - always smiling. Sad that they don't have pool or jacuzzi in spa but the steam sauna + tropical shower was perfect. Recommend!

Room was clean, big enough, lot of furniture. Nice, big and clean bathroom. Location is really great, one minute from Subway. Hotel gym is small and there is very little machines, no dumbbell no barbell. Great hotel overall.

Great hotel, everything was perfect! The room was spaceous, well equipped and the bathroom was incredible, especially the shower. I loved each and every small element that make this hotel so special: the smell of wellness on the floors as well as in the rooms, the nice conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom... Breakfast was quite crowded as it's a really large hotel, but the quality of the food was really good. Even the bread and baguettes were amazing. We were able to check out an hour later than normal which was also a plus. Tram station just around the corner as well as some late Shops to buy some drinks and Restaurants in walking distance. All in all a clear recommendation:)

Das Hotel ist wirklich super! Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und vor allem der Zimmerservice war schnell und gründlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Mit der Straßenbahn kann man in 15-20 Minuten in die Innenstadt fahren. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Jedoch war der Frühstücksraum extrem voll. Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Geruch in den Zimmern. Immer wenn wir das Zimmer betraten mussten wir ein paar Minuten lüften um frische Luft zu bekommen. Dennoch würden wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Modernes Hotel mit netten Personal. Kleine Mängel. Bei uns im Zimmer hat der Abfluss am einen Waschbecken nicht funktioniert. Außerdem wurde der Nachtschrank nicht sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Säfte allerdings katastrophal. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal und grundsätzlich für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen.

Wir haben erzählt,dass es in unserem Raum ein schlechtes Geruch gab. Da sie kein freies Zimmer hatten,konnten sie uns nichts anbieten. Aber am nächsten Tag haben sie uns ein anderes sauberes Zimmer angeboten. Zudem ist das Frühstück wirklich gut und ausreichend. Ich kann nur empfehlen.

Very good hotel to stay in Prague. The room was super comfy and quiet. The absolute highlight of this place is the breakfast, offering plenty of options and very tasty food. The staff was also very friendly throughout our stay there, the installations are beautiful and is easy to reach by public transport.
