Terrible experience with hairdresser Maria Kress. I came to do balayage but instead, she did some horrible stuff with my hair (just see photos). When I asked her what is it, she answered - "I don't know how it happened". Moreover, during the whole procedure, she was angry and constantly telling me how bad is the structure of my hair. I left this salon crying... Also, I don't know which dye she put on my hair but today the skin on my head just burns, I never had it before. Maria also proposed to me to fix everything next time but I said "no", how could I trust my hair to this person again, and she just gave me paid money back.

I went to this salon to completely change my current hair style. I left the decision up to the hairdresser and got a very modern, chic makeover and styling with the REDKEN Rewind 06 hair paste. The staff is friendly, professional and I would return.

I am extremely happy with my experience in this salon. Lucie did a beautiful job, I can't thank her enough! For any foreigners reading this, I totally recommend their services, Lucie speaks in English, she is very professional but also very kind and welcoming. I have very dark natural hair color, Lucie managed to create a beautiful blonde balayage and my hair looks very healthy. She is an amazing professional and made sure that my hair wasn't damaged with the bleach. I love when hair professionals take into consideration the integrity of the hair and Lucie definitely did it. I trust her 100%! I will choose them every time, they gained a new client :) Very grateful for your services and professionalism.

Perfect except unreliable appointment times, the 3 of 3 cases the hairdresser was late 20-40 minutes

Best haircut as per your expectation...I am an expat and it's difficult to find a good hair dresser or salon if you dono the language but the website booking was easy and the staffs were great too...Petra specifically managed her time well and gave a detailed perfect hair cut.. Highly recommended!!

They promote the use of nano-plastics which are terrible for the environment. It will end up in your drinking water too.

My appointment which I had arranged in person at the salon 3 days upfront seems to not have been recorded by the staff although I had been confirmed it was - salon was fully booked when I came. Very disappointing level of service.
