Worst staff ever, nobody speak english and they hate you if you don't speak czech, I was sent for cast control by nearest hospital. When I came there they screamed at me in czech, aggressively wrote a note and send me back to hospital. In hospital they said they don't make cast control and send me back to Prosek poliklinika. I was there 3 times, they never helped me.

As a poliklinik this one is ok. If you have a doctor's appointment here, you just go with it. But I recommend coming by public transport, since the parking lot is usually full, and they still let your car in, and you then wander about looking for a free place, before giving up and driving off.

Worst surgeon. After waiting for 2 hours they said we don't accept pvzp insurance, I said I am ready to pay. They told me to go to another hospice if we give money, it is too much work for us.

Well organized. If you stay for short time you don't have to pay for the parking. Walking distance from metro Střížkov.

We went to the surgery there. There was only one doctor instead of three. The nurse was incredibly unpleasant. We were waiting almost 2 hours for a 1 minute procedure of getting 1 stitch out. The doctor was not friendly at all. I don’t know why they went into the business of helping people. Maybe they were stressed there weren’t enough doctors but that shouldn’t take away your humanity. There was no system that they were taking people. we only went there because Bulovka told us to but I would go absolutely anywhere else next time and I recommend others to go elsewhere

I go to this clinic, because my psychiatrist has an office there, and I have appointments there, usually once in 3 months or so, sometimes less frequently, sometimes more. I can't say much about this whole hospital / clinic, other than it has Pharmacy inside, which is good.. And the nurses are usually friendly to an extent, or otherwise just not reacting much. And my doctor is ok, he does genuinely want to help me, I know that. The only thing is that sometimes he does not understand that what he thinks I need is actually what I absolutely do not need. That being said he does not force on me the medication that I told him so many times has bad effects on me, so he is agreeable to prescribe me the medication that actually helps me the most, so that is good...

It was a very crowded place. You have to go there in early morning otherwise you should stay in the long queue.

We go to a pediatrician there. He also speaks fluent English. We are very happy with him.
