This is the review regarding Original Barber point at Centrum Chodov mall. The name should be seriously be changed as "arch enemy barber point" as the staff has no courtesy towards the customer. When I walked inside the shop, they were not expecting me even though I've booked the reservation online and at first they refused to service me until and unless I've showed them my online reservation. Even after that, they have a very negative attitude towards me and treated me like I'm an extraterrestrial being looking for a cut. Very disappointed by the shop. Unfortunately, the option of ZERO stars is not available otherwise i might have given that too.

Ok, for an emergency cut. They don't wash your hair as no facilities to do it. The both is small and not as it shows on the website pics.

My barber did not show up so had to wait 30 minutes - had reservation Haircut took 20 minutes, without washing but still paid full price. Haircut quality was OK
