The staff and availability are fine. And that's the end of it. The app doesn't work (from the beginning), logging in via the web doesn't work either. The biggest mystery to me is the reason why some wise head removed the arm rests from the chairs. So you have a needle in one hand, and you have nowhere to put the other. And not only your hand, but also a mobile phone, a book or anything else you want to use to save time during collection. So you stack everything on your feet, which is damn comfortable. The three colors of the self-adhesive bandage are great, but I would appreciate the armrest more.

I started in Chodov, about 11 years ago. For the last 4 years, I have been going to ČM because it is closer to me. Both centers are always great. There was never any problem with anything.

I will write a blank review. Because I applied there, the tests came out positive and I was not able to go there for a whole month. But what I have to praise is the very friendly staff.

I am a donor with several years of visits. I get to Chodov as a priority and great. But in the last few months I have visited the Černý Most branch several times and .... I don't plan to go back there. Repeatedly the nurses at the reception are reluctant, I quote the tip approach from the last visit: Nurse: you are not booked, so go away. Me: Ok, so I would order right away and for today? I see on my mobile that you have free places. Nurse: Our system is already full. Me: Can I order on my mobile right away, in about 15 minutes? Nurse: order at home! Me: ????? bye ???? Unfortunately, this was not an exception at Č. Most. But if it gets to collection, you have a 90% chance that you will catch the staff who are on the hook and think that they are stabbing a bag of potatoes....a slap in the face just like at the reception. 10% cool sisterly, pleasant cool (mainly borrowed from Chodov). In summary, dear Č.Most plasma staff, especially the rotating reception staff ---: Your work is mainly communication with people, helpfulness and willingness. I have not met even one of you in several visits. So I'd rather lose an hour and a half or more on the way to CHodov, but definitely NOT to you.

I wouldn't give a single star, the doctor was very unpleasant, she accused me of stinking - let her look at herself. I have a clear conscience, except that I am a smoker. Today I was at the plasma sampling, the unnamed nurse did not prick me and it really hurt. I have been going to plasma for 7 years and I have never experienced such pain. I shouted that it hurts and said what are you doing it hurts. She apologized but it really pissed me off so I told her that I don't want to talk to her about it. Then when the subscription ended. .. in time her superior came who didn't explain anything to me and only started arguing with me about the fact that I screamed in pain. Her goal was to confront me and make me look bad. I wasn't in the mood to argue with the dreamer about it when she was historical and obviously wanted to provoke. The management approached it in such a way that her behavior was fine. I think that as a liker they should explain to me the reason why it hurt so much before arguing with me. Because an explanation would unravel my belief that she did it wrong. I would even apologize. Another thing is that the nurse who stabbed me probably doesn't have an occasional license and other people who weren't there are interceding for her. I think that next time Dan's person should come to defend his work and not send other people who will then invent in the finale that I insulted him in the hall. It would require a professional approach and, above all, to learn to let people talk and not jump into their conversation. I give it a star. For not handling the situation. And for the childish behavior of the leader. A client comes to you to donate plasma and would like more understanding, and when a problem arises, don't solve it with an argument, but rather explain things around and around, not solve personal attitudes towards clients
