Definitely the worst experience ever... I have ordered from the ordering screen which is supposed to give me receipt after payment but it didn't give me.... anyways that's not the only problem after the order was ready and once the woman called for it someone else came to pick it which is absolutely horrible to pay 200+ without getting your meal and then I told her that it was my own order then after long time of trying to convince her which is not my responsibility that she's just not focusing she accepted to give me a meal after 25 minutes of waiting and the food was so cold + I had to rush as because of this stupidity I was going to miss my train worst experience ever highly unrecommend.

It's a Burger King! If you want a somewhat tasty burger on a bun with not-quite-warm-enough-to-melt cheese on top, this is your place. But when you're exhausted already and just want to eat in 15 minutes before getting back to your hotel to collapse for a bit, it works just fine.

Very good French fries and the burger has tomatoes ... free internet and lots of plugs to charge devices which are great!

Good location, but it's so hot inside. The service was fast. The burgers and wrap are ok, but the fries with bacon & bbq sauce was too salty. Unlimited/ self service drinks are not properly filled - softdrinks are just like soda water.

They give you cold food pretending it’s according to standards. If so then it’s terrible standards.

Bun used for my burger was really stale. Never experienced something like this in a Burger King before as if they used buns from 3 days ago. Although I paid extra for larger fries in my meal, I got a really small size of fries would be hardly enough even for a kid. Maybe it was a genuine mistake and mistakes can happen. Only thing I liked about this restaurant was the cleanliness of the tables. Although it was a busy day, cleaning staff was attentive and cleaning the tables really quick. This is the only reason why I give 2 stars instead of 1.

Ur Employee Was rude, I asked him Last weekend about simple order, however he can not listen. Yesterday same situation Idk what kind of emolyees do u have, but not everybody can listen or even make simple order :(

The food is so good, they have even vegetarian options for burgers. It only took couple of minutes to prepare the food. Super fast service. They speak multiple languages including English, if don't wanna wait in queue we can use the digital board to order the food. The place is little bit rush and crowded other than that it's really good place to relax.

Horrible experience ! They tried to trick me and refused to give me the mayo sauce even if it was included in the menu (had to call the manager). Food almost cold and coca cola simply water.

Scammers - it is relatively standard that the meal in fast food doesnt correspond to the presented pictures, however these guys are specifically trying to fool customers by "smart" playing with the numbers and pics. Small portions, high prices. Try to avoid unless in real need.

Be careful! They are trying to scam people. They have a different price of Big King menu on self ordering kiosk and normal cash desk with cashier. Also there is no option to use discount coupon from the website on the kiosk. I wonder if it is some strategy against foreign tourists!? I overheard some conversation of crew member with customer and the young lady handling prepared orders was so arrogant and unpleasant, unprofessional..
