Cool Look is a really Expat friendly place, most of the staff will speak great English, I'm a crying and annoying patient, and the Dental Higynest, Miss Jirsová, and the Dentist Dra Bělíková were really kind to me :)

I like the English speaking receptionist, friendly and open doctor, detailed consultation, visibility into prices and treatment plan. Had just good experience.

Urgently needed root canal treatment and this place was recommended as having the necessary equipment. Sent them an appointment request explaining my situation, and was tersely told that their clinic is full - despite there being nothing on their website to suggest this.

I had a filling replaced here. I found the staff very professional and friendly. Speaking English was a bonus. Highly recommended.
