Great rock bar...with really good live music!

Great music club in the center of Prague with live music almost every night, in particular revival bands (but not only). I have experience with RHCHP revival named Paprikacze (Czech rep.) and it was great! After midnight there is rockotheque every night. And of course it all with great Czech beer🤪

Lida and Martin are the best barpeople in the whole city of Prague, would recommend the pub because of the atmosphere and the beer.

Great pub, especially for little concerts and such. Unfortunately they only have Star*pramen on the tap, which is a shame. Otherwise expect normal to slightly expensive prices. Music events are imho for a great price, though.

Good rock music, dance floor is good size and areas to sit too. Beer is good price. The staff is too notch and very professional which was the best part imo. Staff can Make or break it and these ppl are absolute professionals. I'm going back.

I went here on a Monday night. Everyone was over 70 years old, the guy selling entry tickets could have warned us we were probably not the demographic. Tried to have a little dance but an old lady got very upset with me apparently getting a bit too close to her 🤣

Really nice old club in Prague, prices are very good for city center average. For me I do not like staropramen much, but that is my personal opinion, nothing to do with place as itself.

Came back after 5years... Good vibes... Good music.. good beer.. what more can you ask for.

If you like live music and good tribute bands, I would recommend this place. The Ozzy/Black Sabbath & AC/DC revival bands sounded great! I felt a good energy within the crowd. Around midnight, the place gets packed with a lot of young kids, DJ throws in some old rock n roll tunes and songs which are so worn out, you just don't want to listen to them anymore. His playlist doesn't seem to change. It is a complete atmosphere spoiler. But hey, everyone has got a different opinion. The kids seemed to be happy bouncing on the dancefloor. Generally, the place itself is missing this feel good vibe.The barstaff is not so friendly.

This is a hidden gem for rock music lovers. It can be pretty crowded at the time but you will definitely enjoy the music selection as well as the live performances.

Went three times in a seven night stay, friendly & efficient staff, cheap beer obvs and cheap admission. Mainly tribute bands, but they were all pretty good. Had good times here 🍺🙂

It is a good place and probably you will love it the first time... the only problem is that they have always the same playlist. Not that expensive.

Nice bar in the center of the city and amazing cover bands play everyday, except Sundays because it is closed.

Good music but you will not get your deposit back.... after waiting for over an hour on the bar, the workers just ignore you as soon as it is obvious that you want to leave and get your "cup deposit" back

Rock'n'roll and punk are not dead here ! Definitely recommend. Don't forget to bring cash though!

A legendary music club at a great location in the Prague city center, not far from the main junction of all night tram lines - so perfect for late night events. The acoustics could use some softening up of the echo, though. Cash only, no cards accepted.

The ultimate retro club with live music, awesome soundtracks and hopefully swing dancers who you debate if they've been hired but actually they're just a couple. Don't expect quality wine, but great prices (cash only)

Mostly classic and metal songs, good atmosphere and great dance floor with great vibes and great people around, not like the other overkill pubs

Terrible beer - Staropramen is the worst. Great concerts. Questionable customer treatment. No card payment - very impractical and illegal.

If you don't mind listen the same songs over and over again..they have the same playlist as 10 years ago. You will rarely listen a song produced in this century. I hate it because this kind of places and clients killed Rock... But honestly there are some pros: it is cheap and in the center

Hoorrible experience - my Portuguese friend lost a paper from the lock room and even after very politely explaining the number of the ticket, the specifics of the jacket and the content of the pockets they didn’t want to give it to her and she needed to leave it there not to miss a flight- thiefs - go to other place instead!
