Booked a visit of the private jaccuzi one month in advance for my mother's birthday. When we arrived, we were told that the booking is not in the system so they can't let us in because another person has already booked it that day in person. Absolutely amazed how this can happen at a 5 star hotel (they even found the email communication so they had proof). When we tried to negotiate, the extremely rude and unprofessional lady at the reception told us "it's not her job to figure out any solutions so we can call the manager ourselves". This left us completely speechless. I can't imagine being a guest at the hotel and being treated this way!!! I have not heard from the manager with any compensation either! This would never happen at any other luxurious hotel/spa.... what an utterly poor management. Never recommending this place to my friends ever again. Absolutely not worth the buck or the hassle.

I’m here now and the people who work here seem really nice and our room is great but the day before they had told us we had breakfast included in our stay. So we go and get breakfast and we are charged for it because they said breakfast wasn’t included. We just had fruits and a yogurt. We would have gone off to get breakfast somewhere else if we had known. The day before we asked to check in early and they said they’ll give us a call when it’s ready and never did. The city is beautiful but this experience is just strange.

Stunning, simply stunning, amazingly modern and beautiful. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and well designed. Amazing amenities include a rooftop Jacuzzi with stunning views of the city and a gym. Their restaurant is a phenomenal story on its own. Until my next time, I'll be back soon

Hands down the best experience we have ever had and it’s all thanks to Josef Salah Guest Relations and Concierge Manager! My husband and I went to celebrate our 4yr wedding anniversary. Prague and The Emblem hotel blew it out of the water. We are so happy we saved The Emblem Hotel for last as we would have been very disappointed because Prague is just amazing! The Emblem Hotel has the perfect combination that will be extremely hard to top! The room was so luxurious with the bedding and mattress. The location is the absolute best period. But, the personal touch and friendship like relationships you make with the staff is something I have never experienced. It felt like family! The way Josef Salah the Guest Relations and Concierge Manager instantly connected with us was more personable then any Las Vegas resort treats us. It started with the lunch Josef recommended. That restaurant was the best personal experience we have had and the best fish yes fish we have ever had! In fact, the walking tour we did even mentioned it is the best restaurant in the oldest square of the town. Josef would always say hi ever morning with true compassion and interest of how to make whatever we are doing the best we can have. On the way to coffee before a walking tour? “must go to sisters” no surprise it’s amazing! What truly toked it way over the top was when he reserved the roof top Jacuzzi for us on our last night in Prague. Normally I am not a hot tube guy and my husband and I are not the cheese romantic kind of guys but this was insane! We both hocked line and sinker for that sunset jacuzzi. A private roof top with Prosecco for an hour with just you in your loved one?! It felt like a 2nd honeymoon and something my husband will never forget, never expect to top it, and never thought it would have been that intimate. Josef, Robert and Ron will never forget you and we thank you for giving us something truly special to always remember. You will always be equal to family to us. We already want to come back out to just see you. You seriously made all the difference and why we pick to stay at smaller yet high level hotels rather then the four seasons. You gave us something no amount of money can buy and after 9yrs of being together we feel even more in love with each other that night. Thank you so much and so grateful for you! We are so honored for your friendship. Honestly, no thanks can truly express it how special that was for us. You touch our hearts.

First of all we need so say that everybody of the staff was very kind and friendly. But in some situations we were a bit surprised. The restaurant crew during breakfast seemed to be a little bit chaotic, the beds headrest had some prints from former guests in the room, which made it a little bit uncomfortable, well known this is a 5* Hotel The morning we‘re about to leave we brought all our luggage downstairs and had a last quick walk with the dog. When we came back 30 min later (it was 10 am, check-out is at 12am) the room service was already cleaning up our room although we hung up the ‚Do Not Disturb‘-Sign. Strange. Nethertheless you cant be more central in Prague. Great and Lovely!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were perfect and the manager was awesome. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The hotel has a valet service that picks up and drops off your car in the front of the hotel which is really convenient. The rooms were a little bit on the smaller side but extremely comfortable and clean! Couldn’t have a better room. Mattress was also super comfortable. The breakfast was always fresh and could custom order some eggs / omelet. They have a spa which is recommended The gym is big enough and has all the equipment you could need. The steakhouse is 5-star quality, some of the best food and wine I’ve had

This hotel has it all. The best service, nice and comfy rooms, and it’s centrally located to old town and pretty much everything in it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking about visiting Prague.

Very friendly staff. Welcomes you so you feel right at home. The rooms are very nice and even when there is a lot going on outside you cannot hear the noise. The hotel is located very central, you can reach may sights by foot. The hotel also helps you with booking restaurants and sightseeing tours. All together we had a wonderful stay in Prague.

This hotel has an amazing location in the old town just a few minutes walk to the center and Charles Bridge with a 10-minhte walk to the new town and shopping district. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and stylish with great sound insulation, shower and amenities like the Spa which is free.

Lovely quiet modern hotel in the centre of Prague, friendly staff, spotlessly clean and a super comfy bed. Good selection of continental breakfast items including scrambled egg or omelette. Roof top spa, sauna and steam room was an added bonus.

Stayed 4 nights in April and thought this hotel was fantastic! Service was outstanding, The moment we walked in the door they took our baggage and brought us coffee and water, which we enjoyed while they took care of checking us in while we sat in the lounge and enjoyed our cafe Americano. The rooms were nice and very clean. A tad smaller by American standards, but comparable with European room sizes (about 250 sq ft). Our host Josef and Shameer were very helpful and gracious. The location was great, about 200 meters from the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. And in the middle of the shopping district! Prague is a beautiful city and we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice boutique hotel, stunningly designed, espresso machine in all the rooms Spacious and clean rooms, excellent staff service with willingness to help, hotel spa and pool, although I didn't use it because it was cold. Excellent location .

Great spot! We really enjoyed our stay here. Our wonderful experience began with an enthusiastic welcome from concierge Josef who offered a glass of prosecco and a bite to eat then went on to provide hotel info as well as the immediate surroundings and must-see sites. Speaking of surroundings ... a block away from the main square and just a couple blocks in the opposite direction to Charles pedestrian bridge. Perfect location. Comfortable/clean nicely decorated rooms (a little on small side but enough space for all of our belongings). Delicious breakfast spread each morning and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel in a great location right next to the astronomical clock and town square. Staff were so kind and helpful. Spacious bathrooms. Only issue was that the air conditioning for the rooms didn’t work very well so it was hard to sleep.

In a lifetime of traveling the world, The Emblem will be one of the more memorable stays my wife & I have ever had. From the impeccable staff to the attention to detail in the design to the rooftop spa. & of course the walkability is fantastic. Thank you to everyone who helped make our time in Prague so special.

We couldn't have picked a better location to stay. The hotel was cute and had everything we needed. Rooms were a nice size and comfortable overall. Seems to be something about the pillows in Europe that are so flat. They offered breakfast which we didn't try, and wonderful Steakhouse we did eat at one evening. There is a spa and a little gym as well.

Location and service at this lovely boutique hotel is excellent. Every morning we looked forward to our beautiful breakfast which has a wide variety and tasty. Most of all the staff was the true highlight of our stay with special shout out to Josef. Overall, just an incredible experience. We hope to be back soon!

Great location, couldn’t have asked for any other hotel spot. 1 star off for the tightly sized rooms. There were common areas on -1 floor to lounge in but sometimes you want to decompress in bed.

Great designed hotel in the heart of Prague! Team could help me with all questions. Located at the very heart of Prague and perfectly reachable by car (which is not the case for all hotels in city center due to a huge pedestrian zone).

Cute hotel in the center of old town. Its just around the corner from everything. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. If you visit at the beginning of the week there is no Hotelbar and Restaurant since they work with the restaurant next door which opens later in the week. Other than that it’s a great stay!

Terrace Suite review. Last week of August: Arriving at hotel, staff are very helpful and welcoming. Everyone we spoke to also speaks perfect English (as most people in Prague). The location was perfect, being a 4/5 minute walk to Old Square and a 8/9 minute walk to the posh shopping area where Gucci etc are situated. Our room (Terrace Suite) was located on 6th floor. It was a really nice, modern and spacious room with big windows and loads of natural light. The room included a bedroom area, bathroom area, seating area (which you could close off) and 2 separate toilets. TV had access to You Tube which was great as hardly any English speaking stations apart from the News. We chose this room to have access to our own terrace which was also spacious but views were unfortunately restricted by surrounding buildings. We paid a slightly lower price than usual because of building works currently being done but still a lot more than other hotels in the area. However this was a suite with a brilliant location so even if it was full price, I would not have complained about the charge to be fair. 1 floor above us was the Terrace / Spa area. This has a great little hot tub with better views however we chose not to try this due to the high price they were charging (over €100). When you pay extra for a suite, we did expect to have access to things like this included - even if only for select time periods. However this did not take anything away from our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to experience a modern hotel in a great location.

The Emblem is, without a doubt, the best place I have ever stayed. The whole hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are beautiful and allow lots of natural light in - particularly those looking onto the main street. The downstairs kitchen and lounge rooms are incredibly well designed with the only drawback being you’re tempted never to get out into Prauge! That's hard to do though as the location is also absolutely perfect, each of The Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Staromestka metro/ tram station are within two minutes walk. There is no other place to stay as perfectly placed between those three things. The staff are also so lovely, and I particularly want to thank Katka, Jakub, and Petr who were so friendly throughout my stay. I am confident there’s not a better place to stay in the whole of Prauge, so enjoy if you ever get the chance to come here!

The place is definitely one of the best in Prague, by far. service is exceptional from reception, to concierge and to the restaurant. Location is also a huge factor to choose the emblem, makes it so easy to explore the city by walk. Prague has an amazing vibe overall and this place could use more of that. I think it really pleases the masses but it could definitely gain a bit if it risked on edginess on details. The menu at the restaurant (including the breakfast) is very safe and simple, nothing extraordinary. Also the room presents a good level of cleaning and comfort but does not leave a mark on your experience. I also wasn’t lucky enough to get a good view which is fine. I’d definitely choose this place again if going to Prague, i think the price is very honest to their quality and it would not disappoint.

I stayed one night at this hotel after missing my flight to Dubai. I found it last minute & was very happy that they could get me a suite on such short notice. I stayed at the terrace suite, which for me was a bit small, but still very cosy actually. It had a nice bathtub with window next to it and a big balcony, that for me is probably most important thing. The bed was also comfy. I had a really nice breakfast served the morning after to my room, but unfortunately they did not offer dinner from what i understood. I think the restaurant was closed the day i was there or something? I did go the gym they had, it was alright, you could find what you need for basic workout. Overall a good stay here. I also very much enjoyed the art in my room & in the hotel. Was really nice.

Excellent chic hotel slap bang in the middle of the old town. Walking distance to everything you need to see but not a main street so no having to fight your way through hordes of tourists outside the entrance! Cannot praise enough the professional and friendly team on hand to help out whatever the issue. The room we had was stylish, clean and warm. Will definitely try to book if we come back.

The hotel was amazing and plenty of room. The location was perfect and right at old Town Square where we could see the clock and the Christmas market right outside the window. The people at the restaurant below the room was very nice and always welcomed the children when we entered the building. The only part of the experience was that it took 45 minutes just to check into the hotel. In the 45 min we were waiting they only checked in 2 other people. After traveling all day with children and then waiting that long just to get to the room was a bit much since they were not overly busy. Other than the check in process the rest of stay was phenomenal and definitely recommend for large families.

We got a good offer to visit Prague that seemed to be perfect. The hotel looked nice and very well situated so it was a fantastic choice for us. But unfortunately, the reality is not always as good and even though it’s a nice hotel, it shouldn’t have 5 stars. The rooms are terribly small, and it seems they were more concerned with capacity than quality. Breakfast was not adequate for such a hotel and the idea of having to share the “M Lounge” with other guests because the rooms are like that is not appealing at all. Having said that, it’s a lovely place and their staff is fantastic which at the end is what makes the difference.
