This hotel will definitely be on the top of my list when searching for accommodation in Prague. Located right in the heart of the city (literally a 2 minutes walk from Old Town Square), with private parking and modest prices, it also gives you a kind of high class feeling with its rooms and furniture. Breakfast is also excellent, and to our surprise, they actually change the menu every morning. What a pleasant surprise not to eat the same boring scrambled eggs every day. If there is one negativity I should mention is maintenance. Outlets are simply scarce, really not suited for the 2020s. Also the door of our fridge did not work properly, so it was running constantly and developed a very thick layer of ice. We had to mention this at the reception twice until someone came. They fixed it in a way that they removed the ice layer, but the door was never fixed. So I guess the next guest will experience the same thing in a couple of days. Highly recommended though if you want an excellent location and nice hotel experience in Prague.

Booked 3 nights in a triple room for three adults (mom and 2 adult daughters) inspired by the positive reviews that we saw here. The room was huge, the hotel was clean, with an excellent location central to the Christmas markets and old town square. The hotel staff were kind and accommodating, and very attentive. The breakfast buffet was great too - impressive array of croissants, fruit, hams, cheese, muffins, breads, sausages, eggs, etc. The menu even varied on the days we were there. The coffee was great too and though it was busy at times, it was incredibly well stocked. Would highly recommend.

My two adult daughters and I stayed in a triple room at the hotel in September 2023. The location of the hotel was perfect - everything was within walking distance - restaurants, shops, Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and the Jewish Quarter and so much more. The room was great, much larger than expected. It was well maintained by the staff throughout our stay. The daily breakfast buffet was absolutely terrific. The front of the house staff was also very accommodating and personable. I highly recommend this hotel. - you certainly won’t be disappointed! My daughters, and I loved it.

Great place in the city center of Prague, excellent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. We had a great stay and everything is in walking distance to discover old town. No need to take the underground or taxis 👍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! We got the two bedroom, two bath suite with rooftop terrace. The staff was very helpful, the buffet breakfast had good variety, and we were able to park our car in their garage right in the city center!!!

We had a horrible 2 nights of stay in this hotel due to a smelly bathroom that made the entire hotel suite smelling bad. I myself was struggling to breath in that smell. Imagine what my kids were going through. We notified the hotel and they sent the maintenance guy quickly. Maintenance guy located the smell coming from the drain pipes and sprayed something which worked for 20 minutes and then the smell came back again :(. The hotel didn't offer to relocate us to another room or compensate us for the suffering. Breakfast was not good either. I hope this review helps folks thinking about staying in this hotel.

Great location in the heart of Prague. Nice and functional common spaces and services. Rooms are spacious, clean, well insulated and with very comfortable bedding. Very favorable value for money. Parking space is a little tight. Also it could use a slight facelift in some spaces. Overall very good experience.

We enjoyed our four nights at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. Most everything you would want to see is within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The included breakfast is by far the best breakfast I have seen offered in quite some time. If we are in Prague again we will be booking this hotel again.

It's not for everyone! If you don't like old stuff, like myself, you would find it difficult to get the water to your own suitable temperature. The fact that the sinks and the bathtub have the rotating knobs limits the one-hand-use. The presentation is good, but I just didn't liked it...

Hotel is located in the heart of Old city, location is unbeatable. The interior is a bit dated, yet everything is well kept and clean. Breakfast was really good, choices for different dietary restrictions.

I loved the location and breakfast spread. Its right in the heart of the city just nxt to old town square. The bridge and everything else were within walking distance (5-10 minutes max) and Hooters sports bar is just 2 doors away same row. The staff are friendly, speaks good english and super helpful. I did not experience anything weird/off as im a hijabi muslim woman. They were soooooo kind! Highly recommend 👍🏻

Awesome boutique hotel in the heart of old town. Easy walking distance to almost everywhere you want to go in old town. The room was very big compared to other hotels during my trip. Hotel staff were great. The mini bar was an impressive perk and it was cheap. Highly recommended staying here if you’re looking to explore the best of Prague and old town.

This hotel was nothing short of amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was courteous. Location was incredible. The walk to the square and astrological clock was roughly 2 minutes. About 5 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. Hotel itself is older, but was well taken care of. Breakfast buffet was included in the price and had plenty of options to choose from. Despite being so close to the main tourist area, we had a peaceful night. Hotel was safe and silent.

If I hadn't given the incident with the hotel reception I would have given the hotel a better rating. We booked a double room and a twin room for 4 people. The two beds room is larger than the double bed room. Positive, the rooms are very spacious and clean.👍 Positive, the hotel is in the middle of the center. 👍 All sights are 10-15 minutes walk away. 👍Positive, you can have in bathroom hairdryer, enough soup and toilet paper.👍 The breakfast is super good.👍 There are 5 different types of cheese👍. There are two coffee machines and hot chocolate👍.There are salads and muesli and croissant. There is fruit and various juices .So, the breakfast is really great. Class.👍👍 The check-in is from 2 p.m (14 o'clock) . The check-out is 11 a.m (11 o'clock). The breakfast is 7:30-10::30 a.m ( 7:30-10:30 o'clock) . What I disliked is that I don't have a bathrobe in the bathroom👎. There are no slippers.👎 I'm doing a city trip here. I don't bring my whole household with me for that. The slippers must be available. The TV is there, but it doesn't work or the signals are so weak that you can't watch TV. 👎 I booked a parking space. The car park costs 30€ per night and is underground under the hotel. I was told beforehand that I will block another car with my car. For that I should leave my car key at the reception. That's fine. When I asked reception what proof I would get for handing in the car key at reception, they told me at reception that I would not get anything as proof. I then explained to the lady that tomorrow she can simply claim that I hadn't handed over the car keys. She didn't like that. The solution was that I should leave my phone number with them. Then one of the ladies said maybe we'll call you in the middle of the night.👎 I didn't like that kind of saying. Let's continue with the negative points; I should say if my car is big or small. Because the parking spaces are determined according to the size of the car. I drive an Audi Q2. An Audi Q2 is smaller than an Audi Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7, Q8. It's only slightly larger than a Q1. That's why I wanted a small parking space for my Audi Q2. When I saw the allocated parking space on paper, I realized that the space for my car is too small. That's why I wanted to change my mind. Then the lady at the reception got angry and told me that I should make the right decision. I must note here that there were no other guests standing behind me so no queue. When I showed her my car on the smartphone, she answered very snotty that she doesn't need to know all the vehicles. I hadn't asked her to do that, and it wasn't my question. She should use the photo to estimate the size of the car to the parking lot.

Hello friendly staff! Thank you for being wonderful during our stay here in Prague. The service, staff and cleanliness on this hotel was fantastic. Not to mention what a fabulous location but the girls working the front desk were very nice helpful and sweet. You all did an amazing job making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Until next time from your chatty American couple!

I stayed in this hotel in September 2022 with my family and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, near everything and the facilities are beautiful. But the most important thing I want to mention is the integrity and honesty of all the staff members. We made a mistake and left a travel envelope with our money in the safe box of the room, all cash. Not only were they who reached us (before we noticed the error), but they also did a great effort to send our money back (till the last penny). We were (are) incredibly thankful to them for this (it would have ruined the trip if they hadn´t acted like this for sure, because we could not prove that we left any money), so I would recommend this hotel to everyone that I know who is going to Prague!

Excellent location. It helps that there is a parking garage (at extra cost), but be prepared that it is a bit tricky to drive in. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast had a great variety. It was a plus that our dog could stay, and they even let us have a bowl for his food and water. Note that you may have to walk a bit to find a grass area for the dogs, though!

Great location, excellent service. Being in the middle of the old town, it is so easy to navigate to the major tourist attractions. Staffs are all very welcoming and service-minded. Room is nice and spacious with kitchen. We got a room towards the city which had beautiful view 🙂 Their breakfast is amazing too. Highly recommend for anyone!

Great location, clean rooms and basically everything you need in a hotel. We were a family of 4 and got a large suite. It comes equipped with a little kitchen which was handy the day we ate dinner in our room. Rooms are quiet, and breakfast is included. Quite a large variety of food including salads which I found quite delightful as the city had really rich foods.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the city - but still quite. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide range of food for breakfast. Rooftop rooms are a hit with a breathtaking view over Prague. Only the very loud aircondition fans on the roof are annoying.

Great hotel, even better reception staff. I can only recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague! We had a big spacious room, with a balcony. There was also a coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea in the room. The cherry on top was the chair in the elevator!

The hotel is very nice, with spacious, tidy rooms and a great location within the city old centre. It’s also ~15 minutes walking distance from the central railway station. The breakfast is pretty rich.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR and book this property! Amazing service from the friendly, knowledgeable, amusing and knowledgeable front office staff. Beautiful and spacious suite with phenomenal view from the terrace and a short walk to everywhere plus the best Euro breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Already recommended to a friend for their stay in Prague and will keep recommending. Thank you!

We spent a long weekend here. The room was tremendous, (such a comfortable bed) light and airy, with a small kitchen too. Bathroom was large - with a bidet (have to get one of those at home). Only slight niggle was the shower: a bit under-pressured. The breakfast was very good indeed. A large selection to cater for all tastes. From warm croissant, panne chocolate, through full English to a brief continental. Coffee machines worked overtime and very well, and the waiting staff were very attentive, helpful and cheerful (not something we're used to). All in all a first class stay. And finally a mention for Marianne on the front desk. So helpful: she made our stay. We will return.
