We had nice staying at Almanac, well served and quiet location, Thank you Boulina for your kindness, we had a great early and easy check in process. And I would thank Mr.Ibrahim for his welcoming and service during the break fast time. The place will be our first option when we come again 👍🏼

Brilliant choice of hotel. Rooms are brand new renovated, you can still smell the fresh wood of the fine carpentry work. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. It was always quiet. Mattress was perfect! Location wise it's central, near shops, Cafes, and public transportation, walking distance to the old city. Service was personal and kind, they even let us make a late check out free of charge. Highly recommended and I'll be back if I come to Ptague.

Central, clean and nice hotel. Special thanks to Alan’s great service at the reception. He was able to find solutions to all my requests in a kind and professional way. Also enjoyed the talented Charlie’s cocktails at the bar!

The receptionist was good and helpfully and tried to follow our indications. The room service didn’t understand that we had an extra bed and we were lacking a third set of towels, which the receptionist got as within 2 minutes after our call. We had a big room even, after the third bed was put in (room no. 740) however the rooms to the back are exposed to a quite loud air-condition/ventilation. The Window only has tilt function, which we personally don’t like as we like to sleep in cold. The architecture inside and outside is very nice and there are a lot of small details to discover for architectural and design fans like me. The hotel was freshly renovated just month ago and now has a new operators. That is why a couple of pictures (and maybe even reviews) are outdated on Google. Overall I would say the service was friendly and good but not 5 stars in the end. Especially the young waitress in the small coffee incorporated in the hotel needs a little bit of training and understanding that if a client asks if he can get a smoothie (on Saturday) the answer almost everywhere in the world shall not be „No“ but maybe a „I am sorry, but…“. I would probably use this hotel again as I am not so picky on the (5*) service. It was very very clean, and the bathrooms are very nice. Enjoy your stay there.

The location is really perfect, walkable distance to everything in center. Stuff was friendly, nice. The hotel is good looking, new. Breakfast has a big variety and it was delicious. Everything else was perfect, except the point that l've mentioned below. There was a huge leakage in the bathroom. Just once. Shouldn't be that kind of stuff in 5* hotel. And the issue is, it seemed to me that it wasn't something surprisingly new for the stuff. Maybe, the hotel was fully booked, idk, but nothing was complimentary suggested. Even, nothing was mentioned like "sorry guys, bla bla bla...".

Urine stains and someone’s hair in the bed. Staff refused to recognize the toilet is dirty, acknowledged after the third attempt, left alcohol wipes while we were away. Pretty lame for a 190 Euro 5 star hotel. The entrance is under construction still, parking wasn’t available even though reserved upfront on the web page.

We loved our stay in the hotel. The rooms are great and the breakfast is one of the best we had. It is also located near the city center (old town square) The staff are very nice and generous. They provided us with a bottle of wine and they also have free mini-bar in the room with a selection of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). They occasionally sent us some wine/fruits/gifts to the room and in general it seems that everyone at the hotel really cares that you will have a great time. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel. Great rooms, service and location. Right in the centre of old town so you can walk most places. Service is excellent and the ruins are lovely. Would highly recommend

Great hotel, beautiful design of the room, I paid extra for Castle view suite and it was very worth it. Delicious food at Alcron restaurant and great service of Jan and Pauline at the reception. Thank you, will be back one day!

Would not choose to stay here again if we ever go back to Prague. Service was horrible, definitely not 5-star hotel standard, front desk and guest service did not speak fluent English. Shower broke on the first night, AC didn’t work and made loud noise in the room (still didn’t work when we checked out, but they said it was fixed), fake Nespresso capsule…… When we check out, front desk can’t even find our room confirmation form, really disorganized, and couldn’t find our deposit, it was unbelievable…. In the end, charged on the wrong credit card, I even need to call the bank to double check if the hotel had double charged me ….. we were super delayed to head to the airport because of their service, would not recommend to stay at this property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel travelling as couple! Ideally situated for walking into the city. The rooms were clean an in top condition. Breakfast had a good selection of tasty food. Only parking was a bit too expensive.

Hotel is in center of city close to everything. The rooms are newly remodel. I really enjoyed the new walk in showers. The name of hotel is changing. Staff is the same excellent customer service as I remember from my last visit.

Spacious rooms, great location and great service! Very cool bar area and cocktails (in the picture)! Only downside side it’s a bit old but looks as if that is been worked on!

Room is clean and neat. They provide nice coffee capsules and machine, and tees. One of the best thing is the location of this hotel. It's close to Prague central station and old town. You can use trams in which station is only a block away.

Loved this place. We stayed there for the 16th birthday of our daughter and had to drive after our plane got cancelled. In all honesty, we did not arrive in our friendliest mood around midnight but the staff were fast, funny, witty and made us feel right at home. And that pretty much continued the entire stay: great building, super extensive breakfast, friendly staff, superb valet parking...there is really only one thing wrong...too close to the shopping action for financial comfort;-)

My 5 nights at the Alcron were just what I hoped for. Excellent service in every way. Perfect location. Loved my room in the 4th floor. My only wish is that they will upgrade the flat screen tv service. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Lots of choices and nice presentation. Front Desk staff and everyone working at the BeBop Bar were 5 ⭐

Wonderful hotel super close to the National Museum. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious and all staff are nice and helpful. They even printed out our Covid tests for us before our flight.

The hotel is normal, but…The hotel is undergoing renovation work! We found out about this when we arrived, no word during booking, no information on the website. We were on the road for 7 hours and wanted to rest, our rest was accompanied by the sound of the drills. On Saturday morning at 8:30 the drill and hammer started working again! Dear customer service or service department: this is not the way to do it! You have to provide information about the lack of silence in your hotel (I will not even mention the lack of aesthetics, which you expect when you come for a weekend in Prague). P.S. But reception works really good and kind

Not a 5 star hotel at all. It’s modern and clean but definitely not 5 star. - fitness centre closed - items charged to my room that I had to dispute - rooms dated and old feeling (331) - lacking premium feeling - no support with pillows - charged for basic nespresso coffee pods in room Nothing wrong with the hotel but it’s not 5 star.

A nice hotel located in the center of Prague and about 10 min walking from the old town. The staff at the reception are super friendly and the lobby of the hotel is very beautiful. There is also a bar and a restaurant that I didn’t have the time to try. The room that we got was spacious with a very comfortable bed, a couch and a TV.

Great location. Air-conditioning didn't work and the nights were stifling. The staff where very apologetic but not able to fix the problem despite changing our room. Had several nights of very poor sleep, which unfortunately did impact what would have been a perfect break in beautiful Prague.

Everything was great. We arrived a day later due to delays at the airport but the staff handled everything neatly. Room and location were pretty good, and breakfast was nice and simple. Great fan of the beds!

Wow A+ Overall Location is Spot on walking distance to every main attraction in Prague. Will stay here again . Rooms very nice , comfy beds and soundproof walls which made us sleep very well. Buffet Breakfast was fabulous with a variety of options (scrambled egg was the one of the most tastiest I’ve had) Thank you very much to all staff members, especially , manager Marek , who made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable 🙏 Next time in Prague - no doubt, I am coming back to Alcron Hotel

Great hotel in downtown Prague. Excellent location, all important to see is within walking distance of the hotel. Very specious rooms, clean and comfortable. In the hotel there is a restaurant La Rotonde with delicious food.

Location was right smacked in city centre. Easily accessible by walking. Receptionist and hotel staffs attitude and service were brilliant. Would be good and hospitable if they offered a welcome drink in your hotel room of free mineral water. Instead of asking u to pay straight

Very nice hotel, conveniently located in the center of the city. The staff speak good English and always welcome you with a smile. Special mention to receptionist Ahmed who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I would visit again!
