Best thing about the hotel is the location. I am somewhat disappointed in the rooms, they are a bit tired and old fashioned. I don’t know if that is where the ‘boutique’ label comes from. They are clean though and the beds are really comfortable. The shower is in the bath, it’s OK but I do prefer a proper shower.

Good room if you take city view, you also have a balcony, house keeping wake you up at 8AM every morning and kick every door they can, no room service for 5 star hotel that's strange. No help with my luggages for my arrival. But it's the best spot for an Hotel !

The location was very central and convenient, but if you do not like crowded areas, this hotel is not for you. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers around this place which made our stay enjoyable. The suite we booked was spacious. The room decor I would say is not modern or contemporary. Furniture and fabrics, all seemed dark, but the bathroom was well designed and spacious.. The only downside with the suite was it faces backwards of the hotel and the view is not appealing at all. The balcony is a waste because of this. If the suites were facing at the front, this hotel would had been a total package. But rest assured the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel reception and entrance also looks very old and outdated. They should maybe give this place a new look! Breakfast was good and they had a good spread. Overall I would recommend for the location and price value.

Perfect location for exploring Prague, had a fantastic breakfast, a bar to unwind in downstairs, and the staff was very helpful with recommending some places to go explore! Rooms were clean and bathrooms were stocked nice.

I visited the restaurant today and was very disappointed. It used to be high class place with well trained waiter service. Now the service is very poor, hard to tell the waitress mostly ,from the guest. Was totally ignored, had to wave at waiter and then ,when ordering drinks I was asked if we want jug of water , presumably tap I was assured, but we were charged expensive price for tap water which was pushed on us. We never drank it but had to pay for it. Walked out without food as menu was not impressive but very expensive.

I stayed at this hotel on August 22th 2023, two female employees at the reception told me that, this hotel is the most beautiful in Prague, which wasn't truth. Besides that, you as a TOURIST who comes from the West, pay in EUROS and they give you your change in czech crowns, when Czech Republic belongs to the european union. By the way, it happens all over Prague... most people try to SCAM YOU at the restaurants, business, ATMS, Banks and EVEN IN THE TRAIN from and to Berlin. That is the main reason that nowadays this city is receiving only the 50% of the tourism that it used to receives since 3 years at least (two taxi drivers said it to me).The HONORABLE EXCEPTION are the taxi drivers, they charge you a FAIR PRICE and give you your change in EUROS! I took a look to other hotels and in comparision to Jalta hotel... they are way nicer and cozy! I was thinking to spent one more night at this hotel, just because of the ubication. I went to unicredit bank and withdrew 150 euros, this bank paid me a VERY LOW exchange rate and the WORST, they made the convertion to US dollars and not in EUROS. I had to talk to the only executive who speak english for two hours. I changed my mind and I decided to leave Prague, as soon as posible! I got back to the hotel around 1:30 pm. the young girl at the front desk (White and Black hair) wanted me to pay the other night, because my check out was at noon. I said to her: "okay I understand that, however I was trying to get back to the hotel at 11:30 am. but I had a BIG PROBLEM at the bank that took me two hours trying to fixing it. I showed the ticket of the bank and the presentation card of the executive who Attended me. She REFUSE to understand my arguments and showed a very ARROGANT ATTITUDE! I was Lucky that other male recepcionist heard the conversation and he told me that I could get my luggage from my room and leave giving me my 50 euros cash of the deposit I left at the check in. This female employee has to have more common sense and hear the arguments with PROOFS that the GUEST explain to her! I upload the bill of the operation at the bank, the presentation card of the executive and part of the receive of the hotel, that I used to write down my things to do in the rest of my journey in Europe.

I was expecting much more from the pictures. The room was very old stylish. I don't say dirty but it is the feeling u get when u see it restroom was new but the shower is in the bathtub so not comfortable to access or use. Breakfast was a bit poor. Not really inviting. Internet not very fast. Definitely not an hotel I would suggest

What can I say other than exceptional. From start to finish we had the most welcome stay at Jalta Hotel. Rooms are serviced every day, very very clean. Breakfast was beautiful with a large selection to suit everyone's tastes. Reception staff all excellent, very welcoming and attentive throughout the week. Concierge Robert would go out of his way to help, he was very polite, friendly and attentive. Barmisa in breakfast room was very welcoming with a smile, she would always ask before removing used pots, very courteous. I was in a courtyard room and it was very quiet. Pillows and bed very comfortable. Bathroom toiletries were L'occitane, luxury. Cocktails on an evening were served in Soul Love bar/ restaurant which is rated TOP on Trip Advisor. Would highly recommend Hotel Jalta.

Great hotel and awesome location. Got little loud at night but we knew that since it’s in the middle of Václavské náměstí. Great view from the window. There is underground bunker you can visit. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I paid extra for a balcony room, with king size bed but the room smelt musty and had plenty of dust accumulated. The location of the hotel is great, but the street noise till 4am doesn’t give much restful sleep. The staff are really lovely and hospitable hence 5* for them. I’ve stayed previously at this same hotel in a much nicer room, but this stay wasn’t to my expectations. Breakfast is nice

The location of the hotel is good for a short stay. Everything is accessible on foot. But that is where the positive note ends. Service is below average, the room's design looks like you are in the 80s although the bathrooms are modern. The breakfast buffet has more variety but the flavors are ok, not amazing.

A stunning stay. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Also the newly refurbished Love restaurant, with it's Asian themed decor and food. Fabulous and highly recommended!!!

Spent 3 nights here in December 2022. For the money we paid my sister & I were disappointed ☹️ - no complimentary anything, not even water on arrival. The staff were friendly, the room decor & reception area were very standard not boutique at all. The restaurant & bar area were beautiful and boutique but the prices were more than double of an outside restaurant. The breakfast was beautiful and if you can't find something tasty on offer, I don't think B&B is for you. Would we stay again, no, would I recommend it, no, do I think it's worth the money, also no.... It's noisy, cleaners banging & slamming, no warning of evening live bands vibrating the floor & windows or road works outside, no complimentary anything and a hair in the lid of our kettle, which by the way, took an absolute age to boil (minus the hair of course). Why for the amount they charge they can't provide clients with a decent full size (not tiny travel size) kettle is beyond me? (It was old & well used) Maybe a packet of biscuits too. I don't think I've ever been provided with so little for so much? Did I complain? No, I could see we were all in the same boat and was able to cope for three nights. Don't be fooled by professional photos that lead you to believe the boutique section is the hotel foyer, open to all customers because it isn't.

Inside the basement of this hotel is the fabulous Cold War Museum. This is a fantastic experience, however unfortunately the museum is a complete inconvenience to the hotel staff who treat museum visitors waiting in their foyer very poorly when the ask for simple information about the museum. Very rude staff ! You make your living from tourists to Prague yet you treat them like idiots? We weren’t the only ones. Other people on the tour had the same experience. Why not simply put a little sign or brochure up in the foyer so that museum visitors actually know they’re in the correct place for the tour, and don’t have to ‘annoy’ the very busy hotel staff?

Lots of little thoughtful touches to the room and the stay really made the difference. Great bathroom and luxury toiletries, balcony, facilitated early check in, nice thick towels and bedding. Couldn't have asked for better when combining price, location, and quality! Highly recommended.

Location is fabulous, but thats about it. This hotel is 3* at best. The website photos for the hotel are nothing like reality, rooms a damn site smaller than on the pics. The rooms were not cleaned properly on a daily basis, the bed was loosely made and the towels were replaced but that was it. The cups and glasses were neither cleaned or replaced and the tea, coffee and sugar weren't replenished either... on a daily basis as you would expect. There was no communal area to sit and chat before retiring to bed. The lobby and restaurant staff were very friendly but the room maids need to up their game considerably. There were 15 of us (all family) staying at the hotel, we all had a fab time but would not stay ar this hotel again.

Great location, 15 mins walk to astronomical clock. Service is good. The place had a funky restaurant as well. The room was a good size , this may be a prague hotel general issue but tv was definitely biased towards Germans, at least an English speaking film channel would have been good. I would still recommend this hotel.

This place is lovely and staff attentive. Asked for a balcony room on arrival and was told we hadn't been allocated one. No attempt to look for one either but overall a lovely stay. Breakfast amazing too!!!

Good valet service my cars fit SUV and could charge my car. However last time it was not possible and they could not help me. Reception is good, but not perfect. Sometimes it takes longer than usually. It just depends who is working. Big thanks to the manager, if he is around it goes fast and with experience. Rooms to the Wenzelsplatz are super (balcony). Breakfast: it got all I need and more. No complains. Dinner in the evening is very nice, eating and watching people. To bad smoking is still allowed (-1 star). The hotel is located to almost all sightseeing. It’s my nr1 hotel when visit Prague.

A lovely hotel with superb location and great breakfast. You might want to ask for a refurbished bathroom, as some of the rooms were significantly renovated in that aspect. Other then that, do notice that even the water in the rooms costs money (and if course also the chocolate and drinks in the fridge and cabinet). I'd so remind the avid reader that when you checkout a price of around 100 ck per day per room is requested as to account for city tax!

The localization is fabulous! There is so close to the city center, and to the railway station. The accomodation process was very long and strange. We wait ca. 20 minutes to get the keys, they written down all data from our ID, I have to paid caution 500 CK (?) from my credit card. The room was pretty cool with brilliant bathroom. The noises from corridor was awful, it was very noise here, we hear everything from corridor and another rooms, they were many people from Russia who shouted at 7 AM. The breakfast was good not awesome. The Service was very helpful and kind. Air conditioner works well. Mini bar but also water on the table is extra paid - 70 CK for bottle of water. Free is only a pack of tea and coffee

Very attentive and friendly staff. Great view from the balcony. Surprisingly quiet given all the noise outside so it's construction is well insulated. Looks a little dated but minor quibble. Felt safe and was clean. WiFi was strong and shower water was hot. Location was good as well.

Very nice hotel, not a great breakfast selection and the curtains are not wide enough to block all the street lights. Good bed and pillows are available.

The hotel is very clean, hand sanitizers are everywhere, and the staff is super friendly. The room was spacious, bed big and comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure :) and L’Occitane products. Perfect location to explore the city with all the landmarks within walking distance. Loved my stay here and can’t wait to come back.

Hotel right in the centre of the new town. Very clean and staff very helpful. Rooms spacious and huge double bed. Shower also good. Staff very helpful and food in restaurant was excellent and more than reasonably priced. 10 min walk to old town. We had a double balcony and didn't really notice any noise at night.

Hotel is neat and clean, and the staff were nice, but didn't feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. Perhaps a nicer 4 star hotel standard. They also have an underground soviet nuclear bunker, which was fun checking out, but no deal breaker to choose this hotel only for that.
