The lady in the front desk said that the hotel is closed after 7pm and I should not have arrived after 7pm. And she is very rude. This is implausible... No email mentioned it ever during my reservation and this "rule" itself is ridiculous for a hotel. After check-in I found the bed is terribly uncomfortable and any noise from outside is clear to hear. I had a terrible night. Strongly not recommend.

The experience here was quite bad. When we went to check in, we met a grumpy lady at the desk. She wasn't friendly at all an didn't understand english well. The communication wasn't good and she became angry with us for no reason. Then about the rooms. The rooms were big but very basic. The bathroom was really dirty and the shower was half-broken. The only decent thing about this hotel was the breakfast.

For the price the place is really good. Even it is a bit far from the city center you have a tram stop that gets you to the center in 20 minutes, and also a metro station for the red line, which also takes you to the center. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and the crew is helpful. If you wanna save money you definitely should consider this option. Keep in mind it's a simple place.

Nice place but, too 'humble' for the price we paid. The recepcionist kept talking to us in English, even when we speak in Czech. That was funny. The parking was not included in the price. That increased the full price. The rooms were not comfortable. The beds were covering the plugs, one towel was wet. The high point was the breakfast. The personnel was amazing and we had all we needed. They should work on the place. Humble does not mean dirty or uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel clean and in a very calm area , plus it is near the metro 350 meters only ( second entrance where the supermarket) , rooms are sound proof , made from stones not like other hotels. Also there is a mini market with the normal prices 20 meters aways , plus the supermarket 350 meters aways . Their breakfast in good. Also our room had a view to gardens and trees was so beautiful . Plus the price is not that expensive. I believe it is a choice where a professional traveler take as a budget hotel with maximum quality. But wish if they put a fridge in the room would be excellent .

A modest but nice and cozy hotel on the outskirts of Prague. We slept here one night with a young man and a friend. A little lost before finding this hotel, but it's from ignorance of the city. The bed linen was clean, the blankets were soft. In the bathroom everything worked. The breakfast was included in the price, quite good. It is located near the metro, near the grocery. Staff courteous. Claims to this place do not, for their money, everything is fine.

Honestly not bad, clean on budget accommodation away from the city actions. However my biggest disappointment was unusable Wifi in rm #204 no signal. Thirty years old 17" TV set with broken remote with only 3 cz channels and 3 German stations. Breakfast was pretty good after they thought me how to use the coffee machine. In room no air exchanger so in the summer the window is your best friend I wonder how one will do in winter with two people and a kid in that room. Very friendly and helpful front desk and kitchen staff. Bottom line is, okay for low budget travel.

The hotel room was quite clean. It is quiet, out of the city center and convenient transport connection. Good breakfast. But slow wifi speed and quite old stuff. Suited my purpose of staying cheap this time.

Location perfect for my needs. To the tram 1 min, metro very close too. Room very basic, uncomfortable materac, no TV in the room ( didn't bother me that much but it was on the list while I made the booking)

Miles away from the centre of Prague. Rooms was very basic the carpet was rough that when you walk on it bare foot it hurts your feet. Beds really uncomfortable and the staff that worked at the hotel seemed very rude and unhelpful.

Good hotel in close proximity to public transport. The hotel room was adequate for the price and pretty clean

The hotel has a good location and it's pretty confortable, there are only two bad things: - from 7pm there is no recepction services and you need to insist with the recepcionist to be able to enter in the hotel. It's not warned anywhere. - there is a long hair old guy who takes care of the breakfast and he was rude and sarchastic cause we went to the breakfast at 9:40. He said we should have come earlier and complained with us. These sort of things makes not wanting to come back to this place!
