The service in this hotel is absolutely 0, you call the reception and no one picks up the phone, all the staff have disgruntled faces, I have never seen anything like this! The hotel remained at the level of the Soviet Union, it is very clear how they save on everything and look flawed 🤢 We did not go for breakfast, after we saw that it looked like a school canteen, the products are very cheap, we decided to have breakfast in a beautiful small bakery opposite. The room was not clean, the mirrors were dirty, and the wall in the bathroom was littered with black hair, apparently from past guests, not a single bath accessory was given out. I have been to many hotels but this is the first time I have been disappointed. I recommend starting to work for people, and not just to be.

Book if budget is the only factor for you. We booked for our family of 2 + 2 children. * Parking lots - too narrow for even an average size hatch back cars, so many cars were occupying the adjacent parking lot. If you are not lucky then you need to try to squeeze in your car and there won't be much space in between to open the car door. * Air conditioner - Rooms are air conditioned, but switches off automatically every one hour(cost cutting), you get sweat out, awake and need to switch on every one hour. * Swimming pool - There is no mentioning that need to pay extra for using swimming pool(cost for other facilities are mentioned). * Breakfast - We used to be earlier to breakfast, one day went after 8 Am and there was no tables, we were waiting with our smaller children next to the table which got emptied and being cleaned, once it was cleaned another guest came faster with his plate, sit and said I was faster :-), so expect cheap silly guests. There was no fruits in the breakfast, that is ok since there was other options to fill our tummies. * Staff - I don't want to blame the staffs for being rude(we too faced when asked for tables in the crowded breakfast hall), but we feel it is because of they are under staffed and pushed to work for huge no. of guests. * Cleanliness - Rooms and other facilities we used were maintained clean. * Loudness - like many others mentioned lot of students groups stay here. In the night after 10 there was huge noise made from outside in front of the hotel and also in the above rooms. Overall if you want to sleep well and being treated well during your stay better avoid this, only if budget is your primary concern then you can choose. Even for business and staying alone I won't prefer this hotel with the 1 hour air conditioner.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. COS IT IS THE WORST ONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD. unfriendly staff in information. Very small rooms. The worst bed I ever slept in my whole life. The mattress was sink and I during 5 nights stay at This Hotel everyday I asked them please change my mattress or bed, the answer was“we don’t have extra mattress or bed in Hotel“ i asked them ok but you can change my room at least, they said "all Hotel rooms are booked". But I saw with my eyes guests left their rooms in our floor and 2 days there were no new guests. If you wanna use swimming pool you have to pay for it and its like 10 euro for 1 and half hour. Funny part is jacuzzi is not part of swimming pool so you have to pay for gym and jacuzzi again to be able to use swimming pool with jacuzzi which cost you around 30 €. In restaurant there is no fruits at all but in Hotel photos there are nice photos of variations of breakfast. They don’t Turn toaster on when they don’t have enough guests regarding not to pay electricity. You can find nice hotels close to city center of Prague with the same price and don’t need to pay transportation which I found out very late.

Hotel room is good enough for 1 night but there is no kettle. Breakfast is absolutely terrible. Long lines, cold and awful tasting food, no place to sit, no scrambled eggs. The breakfast couldn’t have been any worse. Wouldn’t reccomend at all. Location is great though.

Hotel is great overall, <30mins walking to old town or some minutes by tram. Surrounding area has many nice restaurants. Rooms are quite large and comfortable. You can even get a lunch here (low prices) our eat at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is the biggest minus. It's international breakfast of average quality, rich choice but not so much fresh fruits or salads. But ok from that point of view. What was really annoying however is that you sometimes have to wait in line for breakfast (depends on how many conferences are taking place and starting roughly at the same time in the morning, it's easily 10minutes wait) and the breakfast room is very packed and you would not find always a free table directly. And it's not a pleasant atmosphere here, very loud. Overall, breakfast I would rate with 2.5* and the rest of the hotel with 5*

Nice and clean rooms, serviced everyday.. would of loved a fridge and better coffee in the room.. location is great if you're happy to take the trams into the city, stops just outside. If your looking for a great Laundromat, recommend Andy Laundromat, close by, qood value and has free WiFi.

Clean room and hotel. There is no refrigerator in the room. Ample breakfast. 5, 15 trams stop in front of the hotel, so you can easily reach the castle and the old town.

PROS: -The location was ideal, close to the city centre but also kind of away from it, giving you a sense of calm and proximity to nature as well. A great plus is that right outside the hotel there's a bus/tram stop that basically gives you access to anywhere you want to go. -The lift was fast and the acquarium next to it, full of shrimps and different kinds of fish became our favourite stop. -Also, we didn't have any interruptions by the cleaning staff, which was a fear we had since it has occurred in the past. -Breakfast was adequate, not terrible, nothing fancy either, served on time. -The shop inside the hotel was cute and full of interesting souvenirs. -The check out was really fast, although it happened in the early morning hours. CONS: -Our room had no fridge and though it wasn't mentioned while we were booking that specific room, we didn't check because we thought it's common sense to include one, especially when we pay a fair price for a standard double room. -It took as approximately 3 (out of 5) days to figure out how to turn on the AC in less than 15 minutes (basic instructions that don't actually mention the trick to placing the card correctly so it does turn on). When it would finally turn on, it kept lowering the temperature on its own to 22 degrees (always) after half an hour and after some more time, it would just turn off completely causing us to sweat in the middle of the night and constantly wake up to turn it on again. Upon mentioning this to staff, we were told that's how it works in order to save energy and there's nothing they can do. -The firmness of the beds and the broken frame of one made sleep difficult and our bodies ache. The pillows were very uncomfortable and I had to use the decorative couch pillows so my neck wouldn't stiffen up (in the closet there were no extra pillows or slippers). -Breakfast was served in a room that can't accommodate all of the visitors and sometimes we had to sit with strangers at the same table. Trainees were a bit invasive as they would at random times grab empty glasses/mugs and plates that were right in front of us and that we sometimes wanted to reuse, without asking. The mugs were also not the cleanest, having many coffee stains. -Wi-fi connection was often poor, disconnecting multiple times per day. -Noise wise, there was a construction site across the street and also workers on the 3rd floor where we stayed, working from 7am, depriving us of 2-3 hours of sleep and Staff seemed miserable, lacked basic english language skills and didn't seem happy to help with any questions. They claimed they were available 24/7, yet when we called them,

Pros · The hotel's location is within walking distance of various public transportation, making it very easy to get around Prague. The luggage storage service is very helpful. The hotel provides several extra accommodation facilities but I didn't have the opportunity to test them. Cons · There is a room to store luggage pre-check-in or after check-out, however, the key is provided at the reception desk and guests are free to access other luggage without any supervision. The breakfast is varied, served in a relatively shady room, but it is far from the typical continental breakfast, for less adventurous people it can be difficult to eat, even so there is a wide and varied offer, clearly more traditional with the Czech culture. The worst part of the stay was the interaction with the staff, which although too brief, was always not very empathetic. It culminated with the fact that I left a gadget in the room, reported it immediately via booking, but they only responded the next day with a short "we didn't find anything". This is clearly a hotel more for the masses because of its connection to the conference facilities adjacent to the hotel.

The checkout time 10 is so early it should be 11 like most places. Some staff (not all) at the reception behave like like they own the place and let you stay there for free! On my checkout no asking about how was my stay or anything close to usual hotel checkout behavior. The man was sitting there not even looking at me just said thank you. if they are under the weather let them take a day off. We're all human beings and we may feel bad somedays but why should we pass it to other people especially in a 4 star hotel? The breakfast was so poor for a 4 star hotel. In my recent stays in other countries like italy and germany and even in 3 or 2 star hotels the breakfast quality was so much better Most channels didnt have signals And finally, i understand maybe when getting a room with lower price it's not something deal breaking if you dont get a mini fridge... but not even a trash bin in the toilet?? That was realllly odddd, Overall, with all the respect, im not coming back here again. I wish you the best.

Room was ok. It did not have a fridge. But for that price it was really good. It was close to the city center. Just breakfast was horrible, basic choices and the pastries were probably few days old. I had breakfast elsewhere in the end.

Pretty nice, close to public transportation. Rooms are fine, the staff tidies up rooms every 2 day. If you don't want them to get in your room just hang the red thing to your door. Breakfasts are various. Good job!

My room was very nice, even though one heater wasn't working properly but it was fine. Location is a bit far from the center but you can take the tram (5or9) to go in old town easily.

People at front desk should definitely watch their mouth when talking to each other in front of foreign customers. Customer might speak Czech language, yet prefer to communicate on English,, right ? Breakfast is just like basic Czech breakfast not bad, not good.. I liked the idea of using security cards in order to have access to the floors. They're asking you to pay city tax upfront, do not pay it by Euro or Dollars.. I mean, hotel has terrible fixed rate.. Just pay it by credit card. Overall it was a basic experience.

The Hotel is okay, for the low price absolutely fine. Rooms are hot and the air ist bad, fortunately we could open a window. Bathroom is even hotter. Everything a bit old, lampshades were dirty. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was a bit strange for us. A lot of salads with mayonnaise and cakes. If you want to have a cheap stay in Prague, we can recommend it. Only three stops with the tram from the main station.

The hotel looks like it escaped from the 60s. Very old and outdated. The rooms are okay, nothing fancy. The staff are not the best in terms of friendliness. Breakfast is the absolute worst I ever had in a hotel, to the point I didn't bother to take it for the rest of my trip. The breakfast area is also full of people. Location is okay. Overall, mediocre hotel. If you're looking for shelter, it might be a good option.

The location is perfect for either taking the public transport or taking a walk to the city centre, there’s also supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is quite old-fashioned but has some modern features which I liked. The breakfast is nothing more than average, with long queues. The swimming pool was good and comfortably packed. The two biggest disappointments were the parking and the reception desk. Receptionists were generally rude and not so welcoming. When I asked the lady how parking actually worked in Prague (trying to understand if there was for example an application for it), she kinda got upset and told me she doesn’t know as she doesn’t use the parking outside. I completely understand that she does not have a personal experience, but being a receptionist at a quite big hotel close to the heart of a major European capital… by the way, she suggested using the hotel’s parking, where the hourly rate was double of the on-street parking… So if you’re looking for a quite reasonable stay without any expectations, choose this hotel. If you want a better experience, go somewhere else.

Family room for 4 persons has 2 rooms with a common hall. It was spacious and clean. Good breakfast choice. It's a little bit crowded in restaurant during breakfasts. Hotel indoor car parking is available for 16 EUR/day. Behind the hotel there is a street parking, free during weekend. Good wifi. 3 km to the historic center of Prague.

Its a good option to stay for a few nights. Great location, tram stop next to the hotel. Kettle, TV, hair dryer in the room. Shower needs a bit renovation. Also I've seen some spider web in the bathroom and smeared mosquitoes on the walls. Uncomfortable pillows (probably its just in my case)

Hotel was nice clean. Unfortunately long waiting at the reception and I booked king bed and paid for it extra through the internet and when they asked me if I am only by myself and I said yes they gave me 2 small beds. When I come back and asked them if they could change the room because I paid for different service they said to put the other bed together with the other to make it bigger. I found it quiet unprofessional. Disliked completely communication and unprofessional beaver of the receptionists. Definitely not returning back.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in when in Prague. Not the most beautiful one, but certainly one of the best. :) Reception staff have been very helpful and accommodating, when I realised the lamp in my room didn't work/had no lightbulb, it was replaced within minutes. The room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Great price, expectations have been exceeded.

Much better than it looks. Underground parking was great. Good breakfast options. Also enjoyed the pool. Location is good as the tram stops in front and takes you directly into the old town centre.

We only had a 1 night stay in the hotel. We loved that we had separate rooms for the parents and the children. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. If ever in Prague again we would stay here again. Only thing that was strange was that there was a string cigarette smoke smell downstairs in reception and bar area. Breakfast was buffet style and coffee was good.
