No! Never again! Guys i can't recommend this hotel as it is very and very, and again very dirty. We decided to meet with our friends in Prague. We are from Germany and friends live in Poland. There are many options for booking but we decided to chose pension because of location and low price. But, sorry, does it mean that it should be dirty and so ugly? Bathroom is terrible, the room is not cosy and comfortable. Next time we will chose another hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights and this was honestly the worst hotel I've ever been to. Dirty, depressing, noisy, with no basic services (not even room cleaning) Breakfast not included. And no elevator btw. The receptionists were really distant too and felt like they wanted to just get rid of us. We asked for another blanket and got one without cover. Even though the beds were hard and bad, the only positive side was that they were clean. If you intend to spend your time seeing the city like us, I guess it might go for the price, but don't expect anything. We didn't come for the hotel anyway.

Nice hotel. The room was clean, the receptionist nice. The halls on the way to the room were smelly, but nothing horrible.

Very, very noisy !!! You hear everything what the other people chatting. The rooms not cleaned. I recommend only if there is nothing available in the city to stay and just for 1 day maybe max 2 days.

Decent hostel if you need a place to stay for the night. The hostel is split into multiple buildings, around the corner from each other. My room was decent for the price, but don't expect any degree of luxury, the furniture and bathroom is quite old, but gets the job done. Generally clean and quiet place for travellers on a tight budget.

Honestly for this price it was as good as it could be. The staff was really nice, good communication in English. What would make it perfect is if there was even a small kettle and if it would be a little bit warmer in the room. Overall it's a good place to stay for the night or two basically in the center of the city. There was shops nearby, tram station and most of the attractions were really close.

Small room, not very clean. Equipment in a bad shape, felt like a student dormitories from the 90s.

We chose this place for the location which worked out well. We got a different a room than originally selected but that was okay. The bathroom was severally damaged which water damage. The was meant to be wifi in the room but there was none and we checked earlier on before arriving to make sure it’s active as we work from home. There was a bath but no plug and then no even drinking water. Very substandard but for the price and location these are things we had to compromise on

The curtains are see through, giving very little privacy. They have a sign in the room saying towels and bedsheets are changed every 3 days, but after staying there 7 days, nothing was changed. Beds are exceptionally firm, but that might suit some people. Quiet times are listed, which is absolutely necessary as the walls are so thin, you can hear anything in the rooms next to you, or in the hallway/corridor. Above all that, they listed a completely different hotel and gave us directions to it, only to be told by this hotel staff that it's in a different location altogether. I'd recommend this place if you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep and shower. However, it is in a very convenient location, about 2km from the city centre, with the trams being outside the main road for your convenience. Overall, not great. As for your reply, we were not notified, and as for a "30 second walk" it was not, 5 minutes sure, but not 30 seconds. Rather than leading customers to a different complex altogether, you should have the common courtesy to guide them to the actual location.

Very bad experience and a deception from this hotel, first of all we booked a room with doppel bed for two person, we received however one little room with two separated bed, the room is located in a another building far away about 4 minutes in another street from the reception. The room smells completely of cigaret smell. Even after opening the windows for a long time, the smells does not go away. In the bedroom there is no hairdryer and heater does not work. I don't recommand this place to anyone .

I can only speak for my own experience but we had a clean, cozy room that had everything we needed. It‘s very good for the price of the hotel. Perfect for a party weekend in Prague. The hotel staff was always very nice.

Not much of a room. But what do you expect for 100 euros for 4 days with 2 persons. The toilet was gross when we came there. They immediately fixed it and cleaned it. It smelled like tobacco, opening a window and letting it air out was good enough.

For this price you will able to find anything much better. Old, partially destroyed furniture. Pillows and duvets are black of dirty under cover. No service at all. Reception will work only if you call them (95% of working time is nobody on the reception). One thing is good is location, no more

Our rooms were in 2 different buildings, and without a kitchen which was advertised. Other than that it was a fine stay.

The price and location are very good, just a block or two from a tram stop connecting to the center and metro. The room offers basic amenities, but you should only be using a room to sleep in when you are in Prague.

The accommodation as a cheap overnight stay is fine. Customer service there is not good. I asked them several times to separate the curtain and sunshade curtain in the room (see the attached picture). All my requests have been unsuccessful.

The pension itself is alright. The location is fantastic, after a 20 min walk you eill find yourself in the city centre. You are going to get a fairly clean room, which, although with questionable design and a lil' bit of mold, satisfies the average tourist. There is thin walls so you can hear almost everything from everywhere and the windows do not block sound from the outside it being an old house, which was a bit unpleasant because there was road work happening the week I was there. The service was alright, the owner is really nice, but we never actually got a sheet change even though it was requested after 4 days in the pension. I did not try the breakfast service so I can't say. The pension has it's own private parking lot that you get access to, looks sketchy tho. Anyways, I'd say a solid 2/5.
