Very
very
bad
hotel,
period.
This
hotel
is
not
like
the
4-star
hotel
as
they
claim,
originally
booked
five
nights
here,
and
we
were
arranged
in
a
room
on
the
top
floor.
During
check-in,
the
service
person
at
the
counter
said
that
because
their
hotel
is
a
historic
building.
There
is
no
air
conditioner,
but
as
soon
as
I
entered
the
room,
I
saw
a
machine
look
exactly
like
an
air
conditioner,
but
it
can't
cool
down
the
air
at
all,
it
can
only
send
air
out,
the
weather
is
hot
in
the
summer
and
I
had
to
open
the
window,
but
there
is
no
curtain
to
shade
the
sunshine,
and
I
was
woken
up
by
the
sun
very
early
every
day.
I
couldn't
get
a
good
rest
at
all.
After
three
nights,
I
finally
couldn't
stand
it
and
requested
to
change
a
room.
They
changed
us
to
a
room
on
the
first
floor.
It
also
had
an
air
conditioner,
but
this
one
didn't
work
at
all,
so
the
room
was
stuffy
and
I
had
to
open
the
window,
but
the
room
is
just
beside
the
main
road,
it's
so
noisy
when
you
open
the
window,
therefore
it's
hard
to
sleep,
this
is
the
worst
hotel
I've
ever
stayed
in,
I'm
very
serious,
please
try
to
avoid
this
hotel,
especially
in
the
summer.
I
can't
take
it
anymore
after
4
restless
nights,
I
asked
for
a
refund
and
left
early,
but
because
I
booked
through
other
websites,
I
can
only
ask
for
the
refund
through
the
booking
website,
but
their
service
staff
did
not
apologize,
nor
did
they
propose
any
compensation
plans,
such
as
complimentary
breakfast
or
anything
they
can
possibly
do
to
please
their
customers.
Their
responses
were,
like,
our
hotel
is
just
like
this,
if
you
don't
like
it
just
leave.
They
have
is
no
service
spirit
in
the
hospitality
industry
at
all.
They
did
not
propose
to
refund
the
city
tax
for
the
last
day,
and
I
finally
left
early,
when
I
returned
the
keys(yes,
they
still
use
real
keys),
I
thought
I
would
hear
an
apology
from
them,
but
there
was
nothing!
Really
bad
hotel
and
service
staff,
please
avoid
this
hotel!
