We were late to check in and had mistankenly booked a room for two though we were four. No problem for the lovely receptionist Marek! The nicest most helpful man We’ve met in a long time! He helped us find some places to go to in Prague and they were all lovely! The room we got was spectacular and it was luxurious hotel level with a bathtub and a great kitchen. We had the time of our lives and wish to return! We loved Aparthotel Susa!

Good apartment.. Rooms are quite big but kitchen is very small. Parking is horrible. But staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast Ok. very near to náměstí miru (Metro station). Lots of groceries near by. Very good Vietnamese restaurant in neighborhood.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast. It's located a short walk away from the metro and has a tram stop literally right outside the front, so it's a super convenient place to stay. No AC though, and our bathroom ceiling sprung a leak. I would recommend staying here.

Cosy place, very close to tram stops and metro (tram 22 goes every few minutes and will take you right to city centre and beyond). Located in a walk distance from Old Town; clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast very tasty and varied. Friendly, helpful (English speaking) personel will help you even with parking (place offers car park - despite small, it's really good to have it in this part of Prague where there is almost no 'on street' free spots). The only down side we had - one of the beds was a travel bed, which wasn't too comfy. Bottom line is - great place to stay, very close to Prague centre, really well communicated.

This is a perfect apartment hotel. Very affordable. You get a lot for your money. Big room and a nice little kitchen, with everything you need. Fine bathroom, with a shower and a big bathtub. The hotel is in one of the best areas of Prague. Here is a big variety of Cafés and restaurants. There is a tram stop about 100 meters from the entrance. The metro station is also very close. Friendly staff, who are ready to help, if you need it. It's not a high-tech hotel. But here is good wifi, and everything works.

We spent three nights here and I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. The next time I come to Prague I will definitely return to Hotel Susa. Hotel owner at the reception is very helpful and friendly. He answered every question with a smile on his face and helped with every request. The hotel is not far from the centre, about 15 minutes on foot. There is also a stop on this street from where you can take the tram or bus. Next to the hotel is a 24-hour shop and a restaurant with delicious Thai food. I rate the stay and the atmosphere 10/5)

Spacious, clean, and located in a diverse neighborhood with numerous shops. The breakfast is fine: a choice of three types of bread, a kind of cake, yogurt and cereals and the usual fillings (including cheese, meat, egg, sausages). Tram 22 stops around the corner, and with that you come to the castle. Great to visit the city!

Nice room, warm, clean and spacious. The staff was polite and friendly. The metro station is close to the aparthotel, but you can easily reach the city center by feet.

The stay was really good, really good service and very kind reception workers. The room was very clean and it had everything I needed. The location is very near the city, it's not too much at the city center but not too far away, just perfect I'd say. Subway station is just few minutes away and the the tram-station just around the corner. It was save to park in the given location because the parking lots are locked overnight and they were supervised. The food was great, it had something for everyone. 10/10 - would visit again.

Brilliant! We didn't expect it would be so cool! We had a room for 5 people (with two bedrooms), though there were only two of us. It was the first time I lived in a place with our own kitchen. It was very convinient! Totally recommend it!

We booked the room an hour before arriving, we got a very nice room in a very good price. We decided to stay 2 more nights and although all the double rooms were booked, we got a 5 bed room for almost the same price. Clean rooms with full kitchen and bathroom,Nice breakfast and Private and safe parking lot for 10€ per night. The owner was very friendly and helpful with everything that we needed. I fully recommend it.

My girlfriend and I chose this hotel based on the photos and reviews, probably like most people. Negative reviews ranted about the mediocre breakfast or a careless looking room. Positive ones cheered the very polite and friendly staff and also the size and quality of the rooms. I totally agree with the friendly staff! They were really helpful and would always take time and put effort into helping you, so my compliments for that. They have a loundry service, which is 4€/100Kc per washing machine. I trusted them by giving our loundry and they washed it carefully and put it to dry on a drying fence in our hotel room, really liked that! The room itself was lovely spacious and simply designed. There were some minor cracks and other signs of age or use. The kitchen facilities were ok, but cooling supplies were kind of old, so would be nice if they put some new pans there. All in all, a lovely and central hotel (close to the tram line) I would recommend!

Beds are comfey. The interior is a bit old but intact. The water smells a bit like chlorine. The breakfast buffet choice wasn't great and the food not that tasty. Apartment is clean. In summary, the hotel is not bad, but not good either.

Was fine for the 2 nights we were staying and cheap aswell. Breakfast was OK for the price. However the room was not prepared when we arived.they fixed it quick. But dont expect room service like everyday. Beds were short. I am not tall but even for me they did not fit.

Every time I interact with the reception, they came up with an additional cost. Obviously hotel’s motivation is to get the most money from all the customers no matter what. I don’t find them honest and I think it’s a good idea to stay away from this hotel.

The perfect hotel for a cheap Prague trip. Great roomsize including 4+ rooms. A Chinese supermarket is right around the corner, the subway and bus just down the street. Featuring an elevator and a balcony. And all this for a very affordable price.
