The staff was very friendly an flexible! We arrived kind of late but they made no problem. Price was accurate. Bathroom and shower were pretty new. Also a lot of options for preparing your own food… thanks again!

Location right by train station. The service from Jacob and the other ladies is really great. And the room was great too nice bed and a great shower.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can get pretty much anywhere very fast with the tram and metro stations nearby. Staff was friendly and even let us park the car a little longer than we booked. Parking is nearby and you pay the fee at the hotel. The room we had was a small double bedroom which was ok for two nights. If we were to stay longer i probably would like something more luxurious. But if you don't look to closely the rooms are fine.

We enjoyed stay. 4 of us took a room with 4 beds. Really friendly staff and always there to help. Just a walk from metro, tram and bus station. Happy to go again 😊.

The place is in a very good position also the rooms are clean and the price was verygood i can say cheap , also for 30€ i got way more than i expected ,they had a little problem with the sockets but didnt bother me. I will. Surelly return here

The most tragic thing I have seen in a room, dirty floor from stains, broken sink, dirty curtains, windows with moisture. No cleaning lady came for 4 days to clean. We paid for breakfast but they didn't recognize it. Outdoor parking 300 meters away. A lot of dirt and we paid 140 in the evening, Visiting period December 24 to December 27.

Pretty ok hotel. Nothing to write home about but also not filthy, with good access and parking. Recommended.

Really nice Hostel with Clean facilities and exceptional breakfast. Some rooms can be quite noisy as the trainstation is right across the street.

Very unpleasant service. They promise to charge my card in EUR, but it was charged in CZK instead. They advertise themselve as a pet friendly place, but definitely don't bring your pet here - they will treat you in nasty way then.

As far as I'm concerned - I spent a very good time in this hostel. The host is very friendly and polite. Rooms that we stayed were cosy and clean. Breakfast tasty and diverse - really recommend staying there. In short - good residence at a reasonable price.

Great place to stay. I liked their rooms. They gave us a double room since we had a baby without additional cost. Very clean and the shower was really updated. Breakfast was great and the staff was very courteous.

I would never recommend staying here. I booked 2 nights and left during the first night to find alternative accommodation. It was my worst stay I'd ever had anywhere. My experience was that it was dirty, smelt of sewage, walls were paper thin and i could hear *everything* in the room next to me, noisy, no air con and a very long way from anywhere. When i compare it to what i paid elsewhere for clean, quiet, quality rooms with room service and very friendly staff - this was not good value for money, even as a pension/ hostel.

My experience was not as I expected. When arriving we did not get the room we booked. Also the room was not as clean as it should be. For example there were hairs in the bed and in the shower. Also on the higher beds the wood was covered in dust. Furthermore a kitchen was promoted on the internet. But the only available thing to cook was a microwave. As well the staff was not very friendly. There was no apology for the missing kitchen & they did not ask if everything was fine at check out. I would not recommend this accommodation.
