What a place! If you are lucky enough to find a room here, absolutely book it. You won’t regret it. The staff is so sweet, breakfast is great, and the bed is super comfy. Only gripe is that the wifi randomly drops in the room but the annoyance is eclipsed by the stay overall.

Very good hotel with helpful staff and a delicious hot breakfast. It would be excellent if more attention was paid to the cleaning (ie. hair on the shower wall upon arrival, dust on the window sills, minor debris on the floors in the corner of the room, cobwebs in the light fixtures etc.).

Nice room with very nice and clean bathroom. Maybe the television can be closer the bed. But I understand it Is complicated in under-roof room. Hope next time I will have a time for the wellness.

Nicely done (very cute), clean and the SPA is a must. *the only negative was that their hairdryer didn’t really work! It was the same issue in the room and the spa! It would work for a couple of second then switch of for like a half minute or a minute and back to couple of seconds of blow! It took almost an hour to dry the hair

The room was fantastic and comfortable (with great heating, very important!), it's in a perfect location, and it has so many great amenities! But the main thing that really makes a difference is the service- we were greeted by Matthew at check-in, and it really is exciting to be given tour advice by someone who clearly loves their city and what they do. Great start to the day!

Clean, safe, good location, quiet, good breakfast, nice helpful staff :-) *I left an expensive pair of earbuds in the safe - I contacted the manager (Mirka) who was very kind, she collected the earbuds and is shipping them to me here in Canada :-) :-)

I stayed here with my fiancé for 2 nights. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The room was very clean, spacious, had a beautiful bathroom, and high ceilings. My fiancé loved that there was a bathrobe and slippers. The spa experience is definitely worth it overall. Hotel is very centrally located to most attractions and the old town. The breakfast is of high quality for hotel breakfast. Unfortunately there is no parking garage but there is street parking and parking across at the Ibis Hotel.

We stayed for three nights at Miss Sophie's and overall had a wonderful time there. There are a few minor flaws, such as the fact, that there was only an improvised floor lamp working in the bathroom and the water from the tap was either cold or just slightly warm, depending on what time of the day it was. Also the Sauna in the Spa was rather a box to keep you warm than get you sweating. But besides these little flaws we were convinced by a hearty breakfast, a very cozy bed with fluffy pillows and clean room, nice little extras such as slippers, bathrobes and a coffee machine in the room and the (very young) staff was without exception super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. And having the possibility to use the Spa (the Jacuzzi and the spacious rain shower were lovely) for 90 minutes all by yourself is a huge plus! The location of the Hotel is perfect, quiet and within walking distance from all the tourist hotspots. So if you are looking for a cozy and inexpensive way to spend some nights in beautiful Prague, this is definitely a spot we would recommend!

Amazing stay, central location just 8 minute walk to wenceslas Square. The staff were superb so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and great knowledge of the local area and places of interest. We had an amazing 90 minutes in the wellness facility. I would definitely recommend you book when you arrive or even before if you want to pick the best time slots. Comfy beds, soft and clean pillows and duvets are bedding was changed after 3 nights automatically. I wouldn't hesitate to return to both Miss Sophie's and beautiful Prague.

Great hotel in the city centre near I.P.Pavlova metro station. The stuff was very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was consistent and diverse even though no cooked dishes were available (only boiled eggs). The rooms interiors are very original! I loved the mix off vintage and contemporary styles! And during our stay the price per night with breakfast was a really good deal considering the location!

I used their spa. All was good, only Sauna was only 60degrees and in my humble opinion, it is not high enough. Yeah also, floor was dangerously slippery.

This hotel has everything you need to have an excellent stay in Prague. The location is perfect regarding the city centre because you can get there by a nice walk or taking one of the several trams next to I. P. Pavlova (metro station too). Then, the rooms are cozy and comfy, even offering Netflix TV. The coffee machine and tea pot, simply the best to feel like at home. Breakfast is delicious and varied, offering salty and sweet options to be eating in another lovely atmosphere. But, really, the best part is the staff. All the people working there are welcoming and helpful in terms of solving any doubt or problem. They even have umbrellas to lend in case of rain (our case) and are attentive to any suggestion made. A perfect spot to discover and enjoy this wonderful city.

We have not been accepted by the hotel because the dog, we were travelling with, was "too big". During the reservation we stated, that we will come with a Labrador, and reservation was accepted including a note of the costs of a dog per nigth. So, we were quite surprised. Nevertheless, we found a very dog-friendly house, even larger and cheaper in the center (Hotel Golden Deer).

Miss Sophie's was a nice quirky place. Fun decor. The staff was top notch and went out of their way to help with whatever you needed. There are no room phones, so if you need something from the front desk you have to go down and ask. Bathroom lighting is mediocre, at best. The A/C remote turns on TV when used. We had to go and ask for towels when none were left after maid service, but were supplied when asked for. Location to old Town is about a 25 minute walk. Their Hostel, across the street serves food and is well kept. It does have an elevator for those who over pack like me.

Location 1/1 Star Perfect place to be close enough to visit the city and far enough to enjoy outside dinning as the locals do Rooms 2/2 Rooms are clean and properly equipped also the Wellness area was always a joy Service 1/2 Most of the staff was rather not interested or created a quite fake conversations to simulate an interest. This would usually lead to 0 Stars for that section but Mirka and William saved the day since both had such a big passion for their job and really kept up with the spirit aß it has been praised on their homepage. It was highly motivating to visit Prag based on their imput and emphaty for the establishment and the City. If All staff would be trained/qualified like that it would rate it 5 Stars. Nevertheless it still is a great place to stay and everyone needs some possibilites to improve. Thanks for the great time!

We read the great reviews, and were not disappointed. The hotel is so cute. Full of unique decorations, updated and modern, yet hangs onto the old charm. Comfortable pillows, instant hot water, windows that open for fresh air, and plenty of lighting and storage with a cute sitting area. Everyone of the staff are so pleasant, helpful, and multi-lingual. We never got bored of the breakfast. It had so many options that anyone should find something they like, even without hot food. Their coffee machine is fabulous, plus the rooms have a Nespresso type machines. They provide main-fridges, robes, slippers, hair dryer, soaps and lotion, and complimentary water and snacks. Public transportation is right out the door but we walked most places because old town, Vysehrad Castle, and the Main Train Station are all within a 20 min walk. Lovely place that I would recommend to anyone. Made a wonderful city even better for us.

We stayed here as a family and we loved every bit of it. The hotel is small and pleasant, quaintly decorated and very welcoming. It is located in a quiet lane accessible easily via public transport. One thing that makes Sophie's different from others is the personal level of attention you receive. The staff is eager to help and always pleasant. I would like to specially mention Mr. William the very friendly and helpful person at the reception. The room was nice with comfortable bed and pillows and a fully loaded coffee station. They even left sweets and chocolates in the room with a handwritten note! The breakfast was pretty decent with plenty of fruits and cheese. The lovely staff packed us nice breakfast bags to go as we had to check out quite early in the morning to catch an early flight. Best wishes to the entire team at Sophie's!

This is an excellent Hostel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they do all their best that everyone enjoys a stay at this hostel! The bar is open until 4am with very good prices for everything. The rooms are clean and spacious and under each bed there is a locker available for which you can get a lock at the reception for free. Also a locker room is available which is very nice for the day you have to check out so you do not have to carry your luggage with you all the time. Highly recommendable!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Great for couples looking to compliment their weekend in Prague with a visit to the hotel's spa/wellness - it was one of the highlights of our stay! And did I mention the breakfast? Don't hesitate, just book your stay in this wonderful hotel!

We stayed for only one night this time, due to a cancelled flight, but we enjoyed our stay here. We had room 4, a double with shower room. We could not get the cooling to work, but I imagine it's turned off over the winter. The shower is nice, but the shower head could have done with a descale, and also the water splashes onto the toilet roll holder, so you end up with soggy toilet roll! The curtains are also not quite wide enough so you get woken up by a stream of light in the morning. It is a nice place to stay.

What a wonderful wellness! Highly recommended this place! The guy at the reception was really kind and warmly welcomed us to spa. You'll have this room, including jacuzzi, toilet, shower and IR sauna. Also there is a resting place and some fruit and water to refresh yourself included.. Additionally, there is a mini bar with some champagne, beer and juice! Really cozy place to have some rest! Cannot wait to come back to this special place 🔥😇✌

Good location. Room is big, bed is comfortable. Bathroom is nice with plenty of room and a big shower. Very clean. Check-in was easy. Staff provided a map and helped get us oriented with the various parts of town and they made recommendations on things to do. Do take advantage of the free walking tour. Sofie's has a hostel across the street where you can get breakfast / brunch and in the evening have a drink or two. The hostel was so nice that we may consider giving it a try next time we visit. And the best touch of all was a handwritten welcome note. Definitely recommend a stay at Sofie's!

I stayed for 2 nights last December and was sad to leave. By far the most spacious and atmospheric room of my trip. I’ll definitely be staying again next time I’m in Prague.

Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I stayed with my partner for 5 nights. It was extremely inexpensive, had friendly and accommodating staff, a great breakfast buffet, the room was beautiful, and the wellness center was gorgeous and SO cheap! Would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect get away in Prague.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff is very friendly, the bed is very good and the room is equipped with everything you need. However, our room was equipped with an AC and everytime when turned on, it started leaking on the floor. After 3 nights, we requested new bed linnens. When returning to the room, we noticed multiple stains on the fresh sheets. That didn't give us the feeling that the sheets were properly washed. Overall, this hotel was fine and pretty close to the city centre.
