My laptop and backpack were stolen from a locked room!

I don't know how the hostel is inside. But the room where it is located looks like a shelter for the homeless. The smell of garbage, cigarette butts and beer cans everywhere.

I strongly advise you not to arrive in the evening: Trash bins in mountains in the hall of the building, no light in the stairwell and two youth hostels per floor. The Arzi is at level 5. Otherwise the rest of the day: The floor, toilets, and kitchen are clean. The wifi is good. The bathroom is cleaned every morning. Pay attention to its condition in the evening, there is no more hot water and it is flooded on its floor. The fault of the tenants eh. No one welcomes you when you arrive, you have to find your way alone. We leave your key in a box next to the front door. And above all, no lockers in the rooms! You have to lug your luggage around or pray that no one takes it. However, we have a key to our room to share with the other people in the dormitory. Only one outlet in the room awkwardly plugged into a power strip away from some beds. The location is good for visiting the historic city (everything is less than 5km away) so easily accessible on foot if you don't like transport.

Very correct apartment but a little advice, if there are 3 of you in a room of 4, avoid touching the unoccupied bed, or you risk calling into question the trust between the owner and you (they thought we brought in a no one extra, we had the right to questions and low words. Not great.)

Not bad

Horrible! 2 bathrooms for about 25 beds. Our stuff got stolen. According to the police, not the first incident like that. Not surprising with a locksystem where everybody can access the keycard easily.

I really like it and Olesya helped me a lot with settling in Prague. The room is warm, cozy and most importantly clean. Having hot water at night is a huge plus. I recommend the hotel, many thanks to Olesya))).
