Unfortunately, I noticed that the juice given to me by ladies was expired, but I only realized it after I had already consumed it. Nobody clean the tables, very dirty

It’s Paul branch from the famous French bakery company so we expected more. The sweet quality is good as always. But the point is that they use paper and plastic material( dish, fork and…) which is very unpleasant. The worst part is the cap on my tea cups as you can see it’s wet and you taste paper on your tea. It was really bad experience.

Selling now UNCOOKED BREAD!!! enclosed 3 pictures shows the soft bread crust cracked out by the grey crumb of bread uncooked. De facto, today, Does Paul Bakery have a serious quality issue? and brand reputation? The czech direction of the franchise network is seriously damaging (intentionally?) the brand including the whole national bakery network invested locally by serving such product in the hands of their customers (does the direction have may be Bigger strategic interest in Bagetterie, the local competing brand from Krocodile?)

I only visit here max twice a month. Always polite, always put my tray away after finishing. Despite this, the staff still try to bully me, both here and in the Paul across the road outside Novy Smichov (same staff). I assume it's because the sadistic M2C security guards of Roman Bašta have encouraged them to do so, as they have staff in other restaurants, cafes, and shops both in Novy Smichov and elsewhere. BTW, I saw a member of staff sneeze into the soup when she was stirring it earlier this year.

Excellent baked food and coffee. But not environment friendly. They are using only throw away plates and cups, inspite of having food at the location.

Insulting woman at the service in Andel today! First she skipped me in the line and after I paid to her colleague she asked that colleague three times of I paid already or not ( implying I am a thief or something) even though I've showed her a bill, then she thrown my bill away and didn't give it back to me and all of this with angry face even though I was with my 6 yo daughter...just wow...

Crazy blonde girl gets aggressive whenever I say 'cheers' politely after being served. Does it mean something rude in Czech or something? It happened to a friend as well. I Don't know what her problem could be, but best not to say 'cheers' to her.

Avoid. Absolutely awful service today. Czech staff telling off customers, being really abrupt. Do not come here! Put me off my cake and coffee.

In France Paul had a bad reputation, as an industrial pseudo-bakery. When they started expanding internationally we saw that the quality was better abroad, and this branch used to have decent croissants. In 2022 it's not the case anymore and croissants are at least as bad as the french Paul.

Unfortunately it was evening at the airport with the limited menu because it of the COVID so not so many choices. But the food was great. The staff member was super polite and very helpful. It is not my first time to eat at them so I know they are great even with the limited menu.

Small and you have to eat standing up. It's good for a quick coffee or takeaways. The location is great though very noisy and there's no WiFi

Paul is by far the best pastry place in Prague. Their goods are not overly sweet or fat but the taste is always there. I usually order to go and love the minimal paper packaging which can be recycled afterwards. I also appreciate that everyone speaks English there and I never had issues ordering.

I usually like this bakery, but I’ve just bought few items there, and the cashier was insanely rude! She definitely ruined my mood. She asked me if I need a bag, I said yes, but she didn’t gave me one. Then I asked twice for a bag cause I have bought a lot. She loudly sighed and said that I was not clear enough. She said it was my fault. Well, I believe if I wasn’t speaking clearly enough, you could ask me to repeat and not just ignore your job. Pastries was fine as usual, but after such genuinely terrible behavior my experience as a customer was blasted.

Today I want to eat at Paul nearly the strain station … But I was quite disappointed with the service here of the staff, and also a bad experience of my friends before.. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, there were 3 female staffs passing by and talking to each other. , but no one asked me what I needed… Then another man came in after me, just stood and watched for 1-2 minutes, there was a staff member who said hello and needed something… And of course I was still standing there. wait, the other staff member passed by just looking at me and then left, without a word of greeting… I ended up leaving in my displeasure and not buying a single cake.
