Very convenient location and cheap, hence the one star. However, really poor security, terrible beds, ALLL crammed in to a relatively small space with only one toilet and shower. Very cheap fixtures and fittings and ridiculously loud at night. The place itself doesn't feel safe, the main front door is barely ever closed, we had phones stolen from our room. There also isn't a safe to put things in

The place was big and very comfortable because it was in the center and everything was a few minutes away but it was dirty, and the restaurant is open almost all night so u can hear all the noise. I was there with my friends and we were all girls, on the third night there we heard someone violently knocking the door and yelling ( at 3 am) and it wasn't a good experience and one last thing... when we had to collect the keys for the appartment we had to go to another place and the girl who gave us the keys was a little rude because it looked like she only wanted us to pay and just go away, we asked her which line we had to take to go to our appartment but she was like " yeah, but the money ". But still we had the best days in Prague. sorry for my bad English.

Die Lage ist wirklich super, sehr schön zentral und es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafés. ABER die Wohnungen sind nicht besonders empfehlenswert. Die Bettenaufteilung ist okay, allerdings ist das Möbilar selbst nicht sehr stabil, also drauf setzten geht gerdaso schlafen muss man dort nicht unbedingt. Des weiteren ist die Waschmaschine undicht, Handtuchhalter im Bad fehlen, WLAN funktioniert nicht, Türklingeln funktioniert nicht und viele Türen lassen nicht schlecht bis gar nicht schließen (auch Wohnungstüren) und über die Ausstattung der Küche sagen wir Mal nichts. Das Frühstück ist das Geld keinesfalls wert, besteht aus Weißbrot und einer Art Käse und Schinkenimitat, dazu gibt es Milch und Apfelsaft. Man kann sich in der Umgebung für das gleiche Geld besser bewirten lassen. BLOCK A und BLOCK B sind absolut unempfehlenswert, nur BLOCK C ist halbwegs renoviert und vom Grundriss für mehrere Personen geeignet. Trotzdem kann man in Prag bessere Absteigen zum gleichen Preis finden.

The place itself is great, but to pick up the keys at a different location is ridiculous, especially coming from another country. The receptionist also could not explain properly how the keys and fob work. She said the fob was for the elevator, but instead it was for the front door and there was no elevator.... It's also almost impossible to get there because of constructions around the area. They should also mention upfront that there is no immediate drop off because it's in a pedestrian zone, meaning we had to walk with our suitcases for a little bit. They need to invest in a free drop off service from the reception to the "hotel" and/or mention all this hassle beforehand. As I said, the room was fine, but there is no air conditioning and it was extremely hot.....

What an awful accommodation - The furniture was falling apart, the beds were dirty with stains all over the mattresses, there were massive holes in the walls, the kettle was filthy, you also had to walk through the courtyard of the below restaurant to exit to apartments where you were stared at as you passed (extremely uncomfortable and off putting) ... The only good thing about it was the location as it was in the city centre! Definitely do not recommend this place.

For the protocol I talk only on the 3 rooms apartment. The place is clean, so close to everything. The only thing is the key. You should go FIRST to the other hotel to pick the key and then to the apartment it's not that hard. Great kitchen! Great rooms.

Great apartments central to old town and Charles bridge. We stayed in b23 which was a twin bed studio and had all amenities seperate bathroom etc. Only issue were the mattresses which were very hard, however we would request soft ones and woul return there again. Great bar, restuarant and garden downstairs with no noise carrying upstairs

Central and great location. Very good security and introduction to the place from the residence host. New furniture, good bed, new bathroom and even a good TV. The room has an expensive feel and quality over it. Connection with reception is good and the staff is A+! It's cheap too!

Provided residence or apartment had all the facilities including a proper kitchen. The apartment is in the old town and at a walkable distance from the Charles bridge. Please note the property attracts a caution deposit of 200€ or 500 czk so don't be surprised.

Very well located in the heart of the old town. If you just need a stay for some nights, this apartment is perfect. It is modest furnished, but totally fine. You just need to know that check-in is about 20 minutes walk from this apartment.

Wir haben ein Apartment über das Hotel gebucht. Es war groß und hatte zwei Stockwerke; Bad und Dusche waren getrennt. Es war allerdings nicht sauber und die Möbel waren kaputt. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, ein Bügeleisen, einen relativ neuen Fernseher, einen Fön und einen Standventilator sowie eine Küche. In der Apartment Beschreibung stand drinnen, dass es einen Parkplatz gibt, der allerings 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt war und 20€ pro Nacht gekostet hat. Das Hotel war direkt in der Altstadt weswegen es keine langen Wege gab, auf Verkehrsmittel jeglicher Art konnte man deswegen verzichten.

Für die zentrale Lage ist der Preis ok, das war es dann aber auch. Um den Schlüssel zu erhalten, muss man etliche Bezirke weiter weg anhalten, dort hinterlegt man zusätzlich noch 200€ Kaution ohne Protokoll und irgendeine andere zuvor nicht erwähnte Steuer. Am Check-Out Morgen steht eine sehr unfreundliche Person vor der Tür, die einen mehr oder minder durch die Räume schubst, die Kaution auf dem Tisch ausbreitet und einen dann rauskehrt. Sauberkeit und Funktionalität des Inventars sind eher mangelhaft.
