Knowing better, I decided to give this clinic another chance, despite previous terrible experience with the reception staff. My return was based solely on the fact that I really liked the original doctor I had met with. In 2018 I had met with a doctor, had a consultation and scheduled in for a breast augmentation in the summer of 2019. After finding out that I was pregnant, I later canceled the scheduled appointment to return a few months after I was recovered from childbirth. Fast forward to spring 2020 I came for another consultation as I was also curious about another procedure I later decided against doing. For this I was paired with another doctor and decided upon leaving that day that I take precedence over the first doctor I had originally met with for the breast augmentation. The next day I called to schedule an appointment with the original doctor for the following winter because I was told the waiting list was 6-24 months. Two days later, I was called to say I could not book an appointment because I was a Canadian and American citizen. It was strange to me because I am a permanent resident of the Czech Republic, I have lived here for many years and I have Czech health insurance. In the past, they also performed several cosmetic procedures on my husband as well as myself, a breast augmentation for my friend (also a North American), and allowed me to pay and attend a few consultations and even book my original surgery. As I was being told this, I knew immediately that this is not truthful, or the case. Within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone I had called another clinic, ordered a consultation and made sure that I had mentioned that I was a North American national to avoid any unforeseen confusion, to which I was assured that it was no problem and that they had never heard of such things being a problem in the past. They explained that each of them have performed procedures on many foreign nationals each year. I am very shocked by their lack of professionalism. The fact that they allowed me to book multiple consultations, make an appointment, and take not only a deposit, but the consultation fees, regardless of knowing upon my initial arrival that I was a North American National is so far from anything remotely resembling good business practice. They also run a company called bodyofdreams.de, which literally shuttle people from Germany to the Premier Clinic. Who, I will say do NOT have Czech Insurance coverage. So I'm 100% sure that those statements were not true. I should never have come back.

Apparently, it is pretty hard to schedule an appointment via e-mail. Upon checking their e-mail address on their website, I sent them an e-mail, received a response suggesting two available times, replied but did not hear back. I tried once more but did not receive any response. Pretty peculiar behaviour.

My husband and I have both had procedures done at premier clinic in the past and our experience has been lovely, however, the treatment I recieved this morning was shameful. I believe as a business owner myself, that your greeting, and the staff at the front desk who give customers their first impression should be pleasant & welcoming, it was not. From the moment I arrived this morning I was greeted by the absolute rudest staff, and worse yet when I was leaving and waiting to pay, I was rudely discussed right in front of me, by two employees who wrongly assumed that I did not speak Czech. I had a breast augmentation consultation prior to this and I appointment which I will not follow through with. I prefer to give my business to those who are kind and respectful, not brutish and rude. I will not return to this clinic, there are plenty of other MediSpa’s who value their customers.

They allowed us to come in, pay for a consultation and see a doctor all the while knowing exactly what my wife’s nationality was. They not only saw her ID multiple times prior, but she had to fill out a form stating her nationality THAT MORNING. If they had really known that this was the case, why take our money and our time? Cash grab? And we were told this morning that they have not accepted “Canada or USA patients for months” now you say it just started this month? So at the most 12 days ago? Strange. We were also told via message (which we have as proof) that it was the “law” and they can’t change the “law” but now you say after we called other clinics to see if it was really “the law” that it is your business insurance? So the story changed. And your business insurance covers the rest of the world just not these two specific countries? That is very strange, and somebody needs to get their facts straight. The fact alone that you let us come in and pay knowing she was a NA national just to say “whoops” we can’t continue with you and we’ve known about it for months/days, should be reason enough to never go to this clinic. Reply to the owner: Where were we ever offered a refund? Absolute rubbish. Send a screenshot, as to where this was ever mentioned. I have proof to all of my claims, where is yours please? Your company has not been honest from the beginning. And you have our banking information already from when we made the first breast augmentation appointment in 2019 and paid the deposit. You’re really not doing yourself any favors by lying more. Gross behavior.

I had a great experience today! The Clinic: smart, modern, immaculately clean. Also, nicely laid out, so no-one feels self conscious. Reception Staff: polite, welcoming, efficient and great English speaking. I didn’t have to wait long, even though there were several patients. The Dr: I saw Dr Votrubova, who gave me a lot of time in the consultation, definitely thought carefully about what she recommended for me, and gave me clear pricing options. I think the clarity of the consultation gave me a lot of confidence in their practice, and I went ahead with my first treatment. The Procedure: I had PRP in face and neck. Dr Votrubova and her wonderful South African assistant nurse were ultra professional in both the preparation and execution of the procedure. It didn’t hurt much (I’m a guy, so of course I made a fuss!). It went very smoothly and I’m already happy with the results. We also had a good laugh, and I never felt like ‘just a number’. Pricing is not cheap, but fair. The experience was 10/10 and I am going to book a few more treatments asap. Many thanks guys :)

Last tattoo removal procedure was done by a very inexperienced trainee, without notifying me. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I have no personal feelings against this girl. Training should be done somehow. But the problem is that clinic ( doctor/ reception) doesn’t have any problem using their client as a experiment object. They don’t even bother to notify. Imagine you have a bigger procedure with full anaesthesia and all of a sudden, they decided that their inexperienced trainee does the procedure on you. WITHOUT notifying you. It could be a crime. The clinic should understand that this is NOT OK for the customer’s right. They have right to know what exact procedure will be done AND by whom. Frustrating experience. I paid the full price. Didn’t ask for a discount nor was offered. Never going back again.

I have now used this clinic on 2 occasions and my experience has far exceeded my expectations on every level. Both occasions were organized by Svetlana at Medical Travel (who also booked my airport transport and hotel), and I couldn’t fault this service in anyway. The clinic itself is immaculate and beautiful, the reception staff all very pleasant, efficient and courteous as were the nursing staff very professional and courteous. The actual room was luxurious, remote controlled multi position bed, flat screen TVs, mini fridge, en-suite but all this aside, my surgeon Mt Sandera was the star of the show. I have minimal scarring following an abdominoplasty, the results are better than I could have hoped for, truly life changing and my breast uplift surgery has just completed everything I wished addressed. I am now happier and more confident than I have ever felt and I can’t thank him enough

I had good experience with dr. Jana Votrubová, but the receptionists are not taking their job too seriously. I had problems with booking multiple time, once I got booked for a non-english speaker doctor for consultation, other time there were problems understanding the name of the procedure correctly, also they are not very keen on finding an appointment for the next treatment, even though I am kind of a regular customer. They just gladly hang up if they are "fully booked", not willing to take a closer look on the schedule. I guess they are totally fine if you are taking your money elsewhere...

People often take the time to write a review either because they love the service provided, or they want to complain loudly. In my case, and my husband's - we've had wonderful care every time we've visited Poliklinika Na Narodni. Dr. Benes has been our GP ever since we arrived from America 3yrs ago. He is straightforward, thorough and helpful in explaining (in English) the course of therapy he recommends. We've had testing, consulting, and referals. The staff has always been kind and welcoming, and we've never had to wait more than a few minutes to see a doctor. You can walk-in for urgent matters or call ahead for an appointment. Prices are reasonable, especially if you're used to insane US medical costs. I urge you to not be dissuaded by negative reviews. If you need good solid health care, this is the place to go. Very positive experience ever time.

Went for last removal of the growth. Very nice, friendly and kind doctor! Everything went very smooth and fast. Satisfied with my experience with the doctor. I had a breast surgery done at this clinic about 2 weeks ago and I can only share my positive experiences! Everyone there is super helpful, welcoming, warm and willing to listen to your wishes. The nurses at premier clinic are truly the best, I had such a positive experience with all of them but I would likely to especially mention Paja who was so caring and she took my fear of needles very seriously. Probably just one improvement to mention - some of pre surgery materials are not updated eg. The info patient has to come to clinic day before surgery. Also I had to request the preop instructions myself (I wanted to know what supplements to avoid already 2 weeks before surgery). However those are really small details, otherwise this was really smooth journey and I want to thank my surgeon Mudr Šandera and all the personnel at premier clinic. Amazing experience!

Underwent almost 10 sessions of laser epilation: not even the slighliest change in the hair growth. Followed all the instructions. When I asked my master about the reason, she just said that I probably have some health problems and I should go see my doctor. Waste of time and money. P.S. I paid and received at least 6 full body treatments and 1 extra for armpits (the full-body treatments were indeed separated in 2 days each). Friendly English speaking receptionist. Had to see the ENT Specialist as had painful ear which was completely blocked, sore throat & blocked sinuses. She was super friendly & prescribed ear drops & pills. Four days later I called her from Spain as my symptoms had not improved. She was extremely rude & told me I cannot call her from another country & to wait for the meds to work, then promptly rang off. Eager to take 70 euros from me for the quick consultation, but not eager to hear from me afterwards. I find this behavior very typical of most doctors I encountered in Prague as I lived there for 3 years. They have zero concept of professional service!

I came to the clicic very very nervous. I am so grateful for the kind & professional staff who made their absolute best to make me feel comfortable and relaxed before my procedure! Found this place on some English website and decided to give it a try as another office I went to by the hotel I was staying was charging a ridiculously high price for a regular check up. The whole visit took about 15 min, including check in, examination and two quick tests to ensure I had no bacteria in my body. I paid 1800czh which was about $60. Happy with the service and price. Would definitely recommend this place!

Paní doktorka zvolila implantáty Motiva Ergonomix, které mi vyhovují i jsou cenově přijatelné. V rámci konzultace jsem vyzkoušela také 3D simulaci,kterou tato klinika poskytuje. Vyšetření je to zajímavé, ale samozřejmě není to realita – pro představu ale dobrá vvěc:)) V případě mých vytahaných prsou to bylo ale hodně orientační, věřím ale že když jde na vizualizaci žena, která jde jenom na zvětšení a ne modelaci prsou, tak vizualizace bude dobrá. Celý tým kliniky byl úžasný, nejvíce z personálu děkuji skvělé zdravotní sestřičce Marušce, která byla usměvavý anděl a samozřejmě paní doktorce. Paní doktorka Zárubová je opravdu profesionál, jak duší, tak srdcem. Na klinice jsem se cítila jako v bavlnce, koupelny co zde mají bych chtěla domů :)) Hojení proběhlo perfektně a výsledek je přesně to, co jsem celý život chtěla. Na kliniku stále docházím dále. They checked and told me they made a mistake and did not book the appointment correctly. Back in the waiting area, I am assured to see the doctor. 30 minutes later I do. She is nice and pleasant, took her time to discuss and gave treatment options. We decided to treat a small area with a particular laser ( not necessarily what I wanted but I was ok with it). The treatment is unpleasant but tolerable. Afterwards I am red and slightly swollen, as expected. BUT WHAT THEN HAPPENED within the next few day(s) up to this day makes me furious. I woke up the next morning with one eye closed due tremendous swelling. My skin was very very red, swollen and on several spots burnt so much that my skin was "oozing". I tried to be calm about it and took care of my skin the best I could ( I consulted with another doctor). After one week the swelling was better and the skin less red but I got worried since the downtime was said to be around 5 days. I called the clinic asking for a check up appointment with the doctor.
