Nice rooms but nothing works. I mean internet box, bath plugs, air con, half the light bulbs, room safe to name but a few. The place you have to walk to was shut on Sunday the receptionist forgot to tell us till Monday. We left the windows open as it was hot, came back after a downpour to the whole living room flooded. Three cleaners appeared after I called receptionist on my mobile as internal phone didn't seem to do anything. I assume they were the cleaners because I'd never seen them the previous 2 days when my room had allegedly been cleaned. Had flooding because obviously rain never happened before. If it had, a warning about it would've saved half my clothes getting wet. The receptionist just shrugged her shoulders as if to accept its how it is here then went back to chatting to her boyfriend on Skype. Shame cuz it could've been a great hotel but total lack of maintenance and attending to customers ruined it.

This was good some time ago. However, this time the internet wasn’t working 80% of the time, the shower was clogged and overflowing with water to the floor after 1 minute of usage and there was a loud music playing from other guests at midnight. Edit: I actually did tell this at a reception the first day and was told the clogged bathroom is an issue in the whole Prague in every home (not true) and there is nothing they can do about it. Because of this response, I didn’t bother mentioning the other problems that came later on.

Great place to stay. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean, the rooms looked very good and had all the utilities. Also there was WIFI in every room. The only downside was that parking wasn't possible at the location. But the staff provided some options nearby. The location is close to a tram station and a station away from the subway. Also in a 20 minutes walk you could get to the Old Town.

Good place to stay in Prague although it is not close to the old city center. The hotel is for the rest up to date with large and clean rooms.

Sehr schöner Altbau, modern und neu eingerichtet. Große helle Zimmer. Alles is sauber und gepflegt. Kostenloses WLAN. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Ruhige Lage, 3 min zur Trambahn, und somit in 15 min in der Altstadt, wo man super zum Essen, einkaufen oder etwas trinken gehen kann. Leider nur parken in der Nähe auf privatem Parkplatz möglich, gegen Gebühr. Kurzes parken vorm Haus zun be und entladen allerdings möglich.

Lovely rooms and well connected to the old town and other parts of city by tram. The staff is friendly and our one bedroom apartment was HUGE. The rooms are modern, wifi is great, in room safe, daily housekeeping and a convenience store right next door. Loved the place.

Excellent instalations and crew, clean room, good comodities, beautiful views of Praga from room 602. Around 20 minutes from center of Praga on tram line 17 or 6. Absolutelly we recomend it.

Ein schönes Appartement ca. 55 Quadratmeter mit Küchenzeile und Wohnbereich mit Sofa und separatem Schlafzimmer sowie nettes Personal. Lohnt sich und nur ein Sprung von der Stadt entfernt. Hab ein paar kleinere Mängel gefunden, wie Krümel im Küchenbereich oder Kot auf der Klobürste. Jedoch unabhängig von diesen Kleinigkeiten ein Top Appartement um seinen Urlaub und entspannte Tage in einer schönen Umgebung zu verbringen.

Its excellent! Perfect location! Clean , comfortable, very central, huge amazing park for walking nearby and especially if u have a dog 🙂! We recommend to anyone who would like to spend a great , safe trip to visit this most beautiful capital of Europe/ Praha ! Lovely ! Thank u and we looking forward to come back ! 🙂

Ignore the stereotypical 'eastern bloc' facade, these apartments are modern, spacious, clean, quiet and great value. The area is a quiet part of the city but still an easy walk to the centre if you are generally fit. Good pubs/eateries nearby and if you want to self cater, a small supermarket a couple of blocks (200 metres) away although there are two well stocked corner shops at either end of the block.

Hi first of all you shouldn’t call your guests problematic As any guests that stay at your hotel has paid for it and is expecting good customer service especially from the manager.And 2nd I’m pretty sure you didn’t give those boys a warning knowing how you are a manager.i understand you have replied because you are triggered and are in the wrong and please do not compare me to the other boys as I was here a couple of weeks ago not now.please do not try to lie on the reviews as people are looking for good hotels.and stop lying because you have raised your voice before thank you.

Such beautiful apartments really makes you feel at home everything you need is there dish washer washing machine is great known all my washing is done and don't have to do it all when I get home. The only thing bad I can say is the mattresses are brick hard and only one pillow so for myself this was a no as I suffer with arthritis in my back and was weakening up every morning stiff as a board but that's a fault of my own as I should have informed the receptionist of the when 1st arrived.
