    The worst and most humilliating experience I have had in CZ. On march 16th I requested an appointment with a pneumologist, after a polite and kind email communication I was booked for 4.4 13:30hrs with MUDr. Krenarová Jaroslava. I arrived half hour before to organize all regarding payment, as I have pvzp I agreed to pay the complete service. After few minutes a nurse received me and not even offering me to be seated an old and rude lady (the doctor) checked the medical documents I provided, and she started yelling and screaming that I needed to go to my previous doctor. I tried to explain that my previous doctor has no appointments available and that my asthma problems are getting worst. When I tried to explain that my current treatment is not helping me, she just interrupted me and kicked me out of the office. This is another example of the discriminatory and racist treatment of old czech doctors (proud to be member of their CLK) towards foreigners. First time I see a place where a ''medical doctor'' denies medical atention to a sick person. Please if you are foreigner and do not want to be humilliated, dont even try NextClinics.

Po 35 minutách, kdy mě měl předběhnout další člověk, jsem se vytočil a dost důrazně jsem paní doktorce řekl, že toto skutečně není v pořádku. Pak mi konečně potvrzení vydala. Nedokážu pochopit, že v dnešní dob se doktoři stále chovají tímto způsobem. Skutečně poslední návštěva této instituce.

    I totally agree with all the bad comments from everyone who visited this clinic. My personal recommendation - DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. If you have options, please use other option. I had to wait nearly 3 months for an appointment to allergy tests. 5 days before the scheduled date, I receive a call from the clinic that the doctor is ill and will not be available for the test (its a different question I have in mind that how do they know that the doctor will be still ill 5 days later... never mind). I am given next date 6 months later TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I said if the cancellation is because of doctor and not me, then they should call me when any recent cancellation takes place and I can replace that slot instead (fair ask right). But they out rightly denied stating they don't contact patients like this. This is total violation of a patients rights to medical care. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC unless you want to have a similar experience.

    This clinic doesn't deserve to operate. It has some of the rudest doctors. The general practitioner I saw was extremely rude and would not listen to me. I think some of doctor's at Next Clinics are xenophobic and don't like foreigners. I'm never coming back to this clinic ever again.

    After I registered with this clinic they requested that I provide them with my medical history from previous GP. Doctor offices should communicate between themselves, I was supposed just to provide the signed request for transfer. Two months passed, they called my previous GP after numerous emails, but did not provide them with contact email address! I never visited the doctor in this clinic after the registration, but they did charge my insurance for those two months, even that I didn't have any care because of their neglect.

    Easy location. The reception staff speak English. If some doctor doesn't, then you'll be accompanied by an English speaking nurse. Emergency walk-ins are accepted by calling ahead. Dr. Horký speaks decent English and is very methodical. Prefers not to prescribe unnecessary medication.

    S fungováním kliniky jsem naprosto spokojená. Vše jasně označené a přehledné, téměř jsem nečekala. Při dnešní registraci jsem vyplňovala souhlas se zasíláním výsledků elektronicky, tudíž problémy zmíněné níže už nejsou aktuální.

    Good service: quick results of analysis , employees speak English. But sometimes they have small issue with reservation (not too often) as unexpectable cancellations/changing time of appointment or doctor can came later then appointment has been booked.

    I wouldn't recommend, first visit doctor said would call if results needed attention, didn't call,...on next visit months later doctor mentioned that there were important results I should have known about and called me back next day for tests, and then messed up the pathology order. Appointment with dermatologist cancelled as I was waiting at the clinic. 3 visits, 3 examples of incompetence. Looking for new doctor.

    The doctors are Okay, some of them have a good patient approach and are somehow precise. 2 stars because of the receptionists. They are lazy and indifferent to patients, and unable to do their job properly! Booked appointments clashes with doctor's vacations, and you go to the clinic many times in a row for nothing! They do not even apologise, they just dismiss you with "I did not know that doctor was off", usually blaming some error. Doctors never bother to call you back, even. E-mail communication is very poor, when you ask for another appointment, they just say 'it is not available'. They do not even make the effort to come up with another date to accomodate your needs. It is like they do you a favour!!! I do not know if this happens to foreigners because they are foreigners! or if it also happens to Czech people! Anyways, customer service is 0 ! You can't communicate to doctors by phone or e-mail, only with the receptionists and because they are so inefficient, then it is just a big waste of time! AVOID!!!

    I was very happy with the service and expertise at this clinic. All of the staff, both doctors and nurses, I encountered so far spoke good English. Sometimes waiting times for appointments can be long, but if you have an urgent matter they will make sure to see you earlier or refer you to the right places. I recommend.

Z Next clinic na Smíchově jsem odešel bez vyšetření a už se tam rozhodně nikdy nevydám.

Dnes dne 24.06.2020 dopoledne jsem přišla na kliniku s příznaky Anginy (zvýšena teplota, silná bolest při polykání, mandle pokryté šedobílým povlakem). Na recepci mě informovali, že moje lékařka už tam nepracuje, ale že mě přeřadí k jinému panu doktorovi, který mě přijme. Po příhodu k němu do čekárny a čekání 15 minut, pan doktor vyšel z ordinace a řekl že mě dnes nepřijme, že má hodně pacientů a na mě nemá čas. Bez ošetření a jenom při konzultaci v čekárně mi sdělil že asi opravdu mám anginu. Poslal mě na ORL s důvodu že mají lepší přístroje a udělají mi důkladnější vyšetření. To pro mě znamenalo, že si ORL musím vyhledat sama a s nemoci cestovat do jiné polikliniky. Nemít doprovod s autem tak by jsem musela cestovat MHD, kde by jsem mohla ohrozit nákazou další lidi a v mém stavu s teplotou a bolesti.
