The worst experience!!! It was our 1st atempt in this clinic. The coordinator was accurate and responsive. But the chaos started when we came to Prague. One doctor gave us the stimulation plan, but the other doctor was given to us when we came. She was employed for a few days in the clinic and she is currently specializing for the reproductive medicine. Out of 8 folicles that I had, 5 were "empty" - with no proper explanation. In the end, we had 2 embryos, and on the day of transfer, we were told that only one had left. Even though we paid for the Embryoscope, we had the photo of only 1 embryo. As if the other one never existed. After that, we were contanting the clinic for the explanation which we still didn't get. We only want to know why we were given the doctor with obviously not enough experience and why we didn't get the full documentation on empty folicles and embryos. The last message was sent today, we were told we will get the answer and nothing. Be very careful if chosing this clinic!

Dont go to this clinic,try to find another. When I sent my negative results (i have been two times) they have not even answered to say f.e. good luck next time or sth similar... Unprofessional!!!

This clinic is possibly very similar to many others, in a positive sense it offers quick access to programmes that seem to be very well priced. The downside is quick access does not guarantee success. Selling treatments with 78% success is enticing and provides an influx of business, but the treatments are one size fits, compromised due to numbers of patients, lack tailoring AND patient consideration along the journey. For cases needing investigation, I personally would look for a more experienced clinic with consultants/doctors that focus on infertility issues to a higher degree rather than the usual clinic add ons.

I had a very poor experience with this clinic in July 2020 when I had my IVF. I was treated routinely, without checking my hormones or the ultrasound until the 8th day of stimulation. I didn't see my assigned doctor until the day of my transfer. I was handled as a number, not an individual case. Later on, I found out with how much care and detail women undergoing IVF on other clinics are treated and was furious about my case. Needles to say, my IVF was unsuccessful.

I have used this clinic for my past two transfers with Donor Embryos. While I have not had success as of yet in staying pregnant, that isn't a reflection on the clinic. We plan on doing another cycle in June/July. I like how fast and efficient the clinic is at emailing me back (and trust me I write them a lot of emails) The clinic is clean and comfortable. Everyone is kind, there is no communication boundaries. Both of my transfers so far have gone without a hitch. My prior 5 fresh IVF"s in a different clinic were not so pleasant. They use the latest technologies, and offer a range of services.

We had a great experience with Europe IVF. The team is very professional, Marija was amazing to keep in touch with us and always happy to help / advice. Doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable, The biologyst was on point advising us an early 2 days transfer with our only one embryo . It resulted in our little miracle we waited soo long. Forever greatful for the team at Europe IVF💙

Highly recommend Europe IVF as their approach to their patients and treatments is just outstanding. We have felt super looked after and nothing was an issue. We are so grateful to Dr. Batkova and our lovely coordinator Marija for guiding us so well thought this process and being so compassionate with us. So let's start from the fact that before seeing my positive test I also saw a negative one (this doesn't depend on the clinic but only on our body and also a bit of luck). Having said that, I can only be satisfied, staf, doctors and nurses.. and thanks to Petra ❤️. In the clinic you will have a person dedicated to you based on your language.

I have to say that instead nice and gentle treatment by operators, who are not medical staff, I am disappointed. So I was attending the clinc for 2 years, and had 2 ivf, but I couldnt talk and consult myself with dr. Kult. They didnt controled all my hormons which is very important for woman in 40+... Second time my doctor didnt appeared and I was treathed by another doctor, without my acception. We have confidence with first doctor who treated you and it is very important that he is available for its patients

The best clinic for IVF, they are all so friendly and relaxed and professional in the same time, and make your stressful journey enjoyable. We succeeded with their help the first time( we only had 2 retrieve eggs and one made it reach blastocyst and we are now 10week with our little fighter), thank you for everything. I have very good experience with Europeivf clinic. I fell in love from the first sight with my doctor - Natalia Savelieva and immediately felt in the right place. She is gentle and nice, informative and positive. Due to her I had no doubts to start the process. I was able to speak my language, it was a nice bonus. While doctor had a small vacation, I was taken care by another amazing doctor - Bat'kova. I was also very happy and relaxed. All nurses are nice and gentle. All procedures were smooth and painless. All coordinators are nice and informative. Alexandra Luchian - my coordinator answered all my questions. I would not recommend any other place but Europeivf, though I am still in the middle of the process.

Caring, Professional, Clear. These are the words I would describe the experience and the process at IVF International and these are the most important things I was looking for when searching to find a new institute to support us on our IVF journey. After 3 unsuccessful inseminations and 3 unsuccessful IVFs I wanted to change from our previous hospital and look for another approach. Almost exactly 1 year later I’m writing this review 5 in the morning after our 3 weeks old baby girls is finally sleeping in her bed We had a great experience, despite COVID situation had a smooth and clearly described, fully supported process at IVF International. I would 100% recommend Europe IVF for patients going through fertility struggles. After failed IVF procedures in Dubai and the UK, I had a personal recommendation from a friend, and decided to travel to Czech Republic for IVF treatment with Dr. Darina Krutinova. Dr. Darina Krutinova is a superstar. My husband and I are eternally grateful to her, as without Dr. Darina we wouldn’t have our amazing son. Other IVF doctors had told me that it wouldn’t be possible to conceive, however Dr. Darina was persistent and found a protocol that worked. She is professional, caring, empathetic, and she didn’t give up on me. I honestly believe that if I hadn’t found Dr. Darina, I wouldn’t be a mother right now. Alexandra Lucian is a fantastic IVF coordinator based at the clinic and I would highly recommend her, especially to help overseas patients as she speaks a lot of different languages 😊. She really explained everything so clearly and held my hand throughout the process from start to finish, making me feel safe when things felt completely overwhelming and my goals seemed unachievable. Alexandra advised me on where to stay and made sure that my trip logistics were all taken care of. She really reduced a lot of my stress and it really was amazing to have such great support. I feel very connected to this clinic on a personal level. Dr. Jan Rapsa, Dr. Natalya Savelyeva, Dr. Irena Batkova, and Marija Aleksic were also fantastic. There is a real family atmosphere at the clinic. The whole team were so kind and seemed to genuinely care about what I was going through as a patient, and went the extra mile to help me wherever possible. In my experience, it has been the norm to have IVF doctors that seem a bit disconnected, but not this team. It was quite the opposite.

Good day, I will like to share my experiences with this clinic, and the Dr Natalia and her assistant Alexandandra, it is more then 5 star's. From the beginning Dr. NATALIA and her assistant make me to come to this clinic, for the experience of my friends and my self, she treats with respect the person and investigate where is the problem to find solutions. Alexandra she is all the time there with all the things you need and information helping you and caring for your. If you looking for a good Dr and coordonator this is the best clinic in Cehia.

We highly recommend the clinic! Beautiful, kind, professional people who told us step by step everything we were going to do, from treatments to risks. I did an embryo transfer on February 6th, and on the 15th I ran out of patience and took a test: positive! I didn't believe it, I did 3 more: positive! In 16 february, I did Beta HCG and it came out positive, pregnancy: weeks 4-5! We hope that everything will continue well from here on, but we recommend the EUROPE IVF Clinic! Thank you from the bottom of our heart to Dr. Tomilova Marina and of course to Alexandra Luchian who was always there for any question we had! You deserve 10 stars!
