We spend 2 nights at a capsule for 2 persons. It was very comfortable and modern. The air-conditioning was working perfect, even during the hot summer days. Everything was super clean. If you want to have a stay for only a few bucks but also some privacy, you're on the right address with this Hostel. We would visit here again. :)

AVOID!!!! It is in a basement, the capsule gets extremely hot at night, the bathroom was flooded, the capsule didn't work properly, and the staff cant manage the guest.....NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Die Klimaanlage existiert nicht. Es ist im Keller kein Fenster. Kaum Luft in den Räumen oder den Kapseln. Nicht zu gebrauchen speziell im Sommer wird die Kapsel super heiß. Bin sofort wieder abgereist und in ein anderes Hotel.

Almost impossible to speak to customer service of this place, and if you do their English is not the best so if you don’t speak Czech you’ll have a hard time communicating For me while I was here this one person had a nasty rancid smell that stunk up the whole place management couldn’t help me with that…

It was my first stay in hostel so I was afraid:)But this place is really nice,clean, quite!There are some small issues but for 10£ a night you do not expect to have 5 🌟 hotel:)I have never sleep better before.It is a great place and good value!

Good choice for solo travelers, very convenient location and low price. The capsule space was decent but not very soundproof and the toilets were missing soap

Very shady behaviour. I booked via Booking.com Then i was "informed" in a very unfriendly way, that i will be relocated to another worse place in a worse area for the same price due to covid19. I disagreed and wanted to cancel. Now it took me one month, several emails and calls to booking.com to get my money back. It was not the fault of booking.com, since they were just waiting for the confirmation of the hostel. So thank you for wasting my time. Dont pay in advance here. In fact, better dont go there at all.

Nice location and price, the bed is very comfortable, the service was great, there’s a living room with many table games. But when you take a shower, the water doesn’t go down, besides that, no big problem.

I booked one week in this hotel in September 2019, the day of my arrival they cancelled my booking and I had to find another solution. And 1 month later, they invoiced me for cancellation and now they don't agree with their mistake and they refuse to pay me back

Inak čisto, priestranné sprchy. Jednanie s vedením na úrovni, vždy sa všetko vyriešilo k spokojnosti. Naozaj odporúčam!

One of the worst places in Prague. I booked an apartment as well as the flight to Prague, and yesterday I've had the message that "my card was invalid" and they can't allow me to update it. The same day I've used this "invalid" card to book another place to stay.. no comment
