We spent a few days in Prague during a trip across Europe. In all honesty, Prague wasn't our favourite city we visited BUT the Segway tour was the BEST experience we had! We ended up doing the tour on our last day in Prague which was a huge mistake because our guide George had some great information and recommendations about the city, where to go, what to see, etc. but we didn't have the time to explore as much as we wanted to. He's clearly passionate about the city, he shared interesting facts about its history and covered a lot of ground in a short period of time. He even surprised us with a lock to place on the bridge and took us to the John Lennon wall to leave a quote and sign our names, a really nice treat. We really enjoyed the private tour, it was comfortable, fun, personal and educating. Highly recommend the company and George!!

This was my second group tour with Prague on Segway and it could not have been better. We signed up for a 3 hour tour and the guides kept with us for 4 hours. What a perfectly glorious day. Thank you to Prague on Segway for making our stay in Prague special.

Having taken Segway adventures in several other cities, we were looking forward to a fun experience and were not disappointed. When we booked this "custom" private evening tour, the email communication was excellent, leaving me feeling confident we would get the tour we wanted. Upon arrival at the meeting/departure point, we received a hearty greeting from ELLIE and GABRIELA, a pair of friendly and capable young ladies (local University students), who were our Tour Guides. That's right, TWO guides for our group of four adults! We knew in advance from the website that tours went on in the rain, unless it was very heavy, so arrived with our own rain gear, but were offered more by Ellie and Gabriela, who did everything possible to make us comfortable. Then, after some training for the less experienced in our party, we were off to see Prague by night. It was fantastic! As expected, the city looked very different by night, and very beautiful. Our wonderful guides did a great job of keeping us safe, while providing a running commentary on the history of the city and its landmarks. During our 4-day stay in Prague, we saw a number of other Segway operators, and are quite confident none of the others could have done a better job. Many thanks to Prague on Segway and especially to Ellie and Gabriela for exceeding our expectations.

Best experience we had at Prague. This trike tour is a must if you want to see the city and also have fun while doing so. Our group was smaller-4 of us plus our guide Nick. We had fun going around the city and learned the history as well. Nick was extremely friendly and informative. He also didn't mind to take our pictures and videos and was great at doing so! We were able to go see views of the city without the walking which was super nice. Definitely would recommend. Do not skip this it is worth the money! Also if you are unfamiliar with the trike do not worry they give you a lesson and make sure you are able to drive it properly.

We booked the 9:30 am tour on the trikes. We arrived at 9:20 and no one was there and the door was locked. Around 9:25 someone showed up to open the door and another couple arrived shortly after. After 15 minutes of us standing around the woman who worked there finally informed us our tour guide did not show up and asked us to come back at 12 and she would try to find us a tour guide and would fit us in with a larger group or we could cancel and get a refund. We chose to come back at 12 and she managed to keep our small group for the tour, which was really great of her! We arrived back to the office around 11:45 and the trikes were set up and the tour guide (different from the original guy who did not show up) was pretty much ready to go. To be honest, i originally expected to write a horrible review because the entire experience in the morning left us feeling uneasy and ready to scrap the whole thing. I’m glad we didn’t!!! The tour guide was really great and made up for the whole situation. On the tour- You get to see all of the main spots of Prague while learning really interesting history and folklore along the way. The company did everything they could to make up for the bad employee not showing up. I would not recommend booking with them though. Go with a more reliable company.

Max and Miki were our Segway guides. They did a fabulous job of training all eight of us quickly and then taking us on the castle tour. They were patient, funny, helpful and safe. Best two hours of the day. Highly recommend.

We loved touring Prague on Segways. We tried to take the Segways out without a guide the way we had in Vienna and other cities, but Prague on Segways wouldn't allow it. Trike through Prague was the highlight of the trip. The professional approach of Vladimir and Prince’s knowledge and focus on customer satisfaction were outstanding. While the trip was supposed to be 2 hours they made sure we saw all places and understood their history and significance. I even saw Prince focus on Asian speaking population (Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi). We had a brilliant time on the Segway/e-bike joint tour. Tippy was an excellent guide and we had loads of fun whilst also seeing parts of the city we may well not have been to otherwise. The views of the city from Letna and Petrin are brilliant. The Segway part is not scenic due to local rules but if you enjoy the fun of a Segway and are confident on one then it’s still very worthwhile. The 3 hours flew in, which is a good sign that you’re enjoying it. Easy booking process and joining instructions, with an easy location to find close to Charles Bridge. Thanks!

We did the e-trike group tour and it was super fun! Got to go around prague and see all the sights of the lesser town in 2hrs. Worth the price & worth the experience. It's super fun to do just make sure you hire your own trike it's more fun that way. The trikes are super safe and go fairly quickly too, you just have to use your common sense when on the road and follow your guide. You get a quick 10-15mins of safety briefing with your guide on how to use the trike then a quick test drive around the block then off you go with your tour group. Our guide Hogi was really cool, super chill & fun. He offered to take photos of us on the sights and made sure that we had enough time to take photos if we wanted to. He was also really informative about all the things we got to see & overall a really nice guy. Would definitely come back & recommend to others!
