I don’t know what happened here. Other reviews are excellent, so I assume something bad happened to this establishment recently. They do not serve alcohol, the locales seem somewhat dirty and unkempt, there wasn’t even a lock on the bathroom door. The only reason I don’t give this place just one star, is because the girl who worked there was really nice, and she deserves to work a nicer place than this.

Great shisha bar for friends :)

The coffee house looks a bit shady. We entered at 6:30 on Sunday evening, and you can feel this time is pretty slow for customers, although opening hours are long. The server was really friendly, turned on lights in the lounge, music background cool. Toilets deserve reconstruction. Overall nice visit, not sure I would come back without a group for shisha. Cards are not accepted, but you can pay by QR code. Enjoy. 😉

Starting with the location, its good and not underground so you actually have a space to breath, calm yet lively ambience, authentic and suitable for gatherings, nice middle eastern music and not too high so you can actually enjoy a chat there, very tasty fruit cocktail. Shisha tastes really good and the owner actually recommends some nice mixes. There is backgammon, which is awesome😄 And the best thing is the decent polite service given. Was really nice experience definitely going back more often.

I was looking for a relaxing shisha place in Prague, and Hey coffee lounge was a great find! The shisha tastes amazing and fruity which I like, and their smoothies are the best in Prague (I couldn't find great banana and mango smoothies except here). They have different atmospheres for seating, like a green vibrant room, a blue dim room with a PlayStation (great for night outs), a central cafe seating area, and outdoor seating for the summer. The owners are also really kind and friendly and provide great service. Pros: Best shisha flavors I ever tasted and I smoke shisha regularly + great quality shisha without breaking the bank.

My girlfriend and I have been living in the are for sometime now and we just discovered this gem. Pleasant atmosphere, great fruit/ice cream/ chocolate bowls(they are biiig) and very good shisha
