    The environment is catastrophic, feeling like somewhere in Russia on the area. The orientation system is crazy, the arrow to the children's surgery to the right, then info that from the other side of the building, there the Slovak woman from the reception barked at us that they are not children's, let me go to the first floor, but it was not entirely clear where. On the first floor we found that there was an entrance. From the original sign to the left. Inconceivable. We've seen several similarly wandering and the staff navigated us by themselves, so they're obviously used to it. The nurse or whatever it was at reception, unpleasant, made it clear that we had ruined her day. So far 1* and that's only because 0* cannot be awarded. But then the nurse, the X-ray and the doctor are reasonably pleasant and competent. I give 3*. Average, 2*. But I'm afraid I'd need something more complicated than checking if my daughter's arm is bumped or broken. Protect Nature, I probably wouldn't sleep in terror if I had to leave my child there. I do not understand that in the 21st century in Europe, a hospital can still be in such a state of chaos and decay. It gives the impression of complete disinterest, burnout, ruin... Zero interest in taking care of the patient, in any way to accommodate him. And if you've (surprisingly) already found us, then show us, well... I'm not writing this to complain. I'm writing this as feedback for those responsible for this condition. Please think about how a medical device can work. How the information system, patient reception, environment can be solved. Look at it with new eyes and say - won't you be horrified? I understand that funds are scarce and so on. But this isn't entirely about the money, it's about the management system, about figuring out how to make it work. Thank you and I hope you find the strength to improve the situation, I will definitely go elsewhere with my children next time.

Seděl tam jen jeden pán a paní s dítětem. Naprosto arogantní sestra nam řekla, že syna neošetří, protože úraz není z toho dne, a když jsme mohli čekat do teď, tak to není akutní a objedná nás. Tohle jsem opravdu ještě nezažila, aby odmítli ošetřit malé dítě? My jsme přijeli právě proto, že se to nelepšilo, tak abychom věděli, co s tím má. Neřekla bych půl slova, kdyby čekárna praskala ve švech, ale byla prakticky prázdná!! Ale nedej bože, aby je někdo obtěžoval, že jo.

    MD Yesterday, Judita Králíková treated my son (2.5 years old - suturing a split forehead) with an incredibly gentle and kind attitude, which every doctor should have. I would like to thank her once again. I also thank the nurse who assisted with the treatment for her kind attitude. It was my son's first visit to the hospital and thanks to the doctor and the nurse, my son has a positive experience without fear of a possible next visit. If you are lucky to have MUDr. Králíková, you will leave with a smile and want to come back. In general, we waited a long time in proportion to the number of waiting patients. In the waiting room, there are interactive whiteboards for children and a table with books on the walls.

No ale tím to neskončilo, na dítě se nikdo asi nepodíval dokud jsme se po hodině nedostali na řadu. Zákrok proveden dost necitlivě, desinfekce peroxidem do otevřené rány a použití nevstřebatelných stehů. Proč? Rád bych si připlatit za méně bolesti...Opravdu tragická vizitka českého lékařství, které je dle mého jinak na dobré úrovni. Ale evidentně jen někde...

The first experience from the night emergency, when the child was left to cry for an hour in the corridor and then the doctor came out of the medical room! The second case - a child with abdominal pain, we at home suspected appendicitis, definitely not a virus, we did not know, and the doctor scolded us without examining the child, just right in front of the door, what are we doing for surgery because of a sore abdomen. Without a son, he ruled out appendicitis by palpation alone. Another doctor then performed the sono immediately. Today's third issue - probably a broken toe, swollen, blue, painful, and the nurse at the reception practically kicked us out, telling us to go somewhere to a polyclinic. Je možné, že jsou tam výjimky a my měli pouze 5x smůlu. První zkušenost z noční pohotovosti, kdy dítě na chodbě nechali hodinu brečet a pak vyšel doktor z lékařského pokoje! Druhý případ- dítě bolesti břicha, my doma podezření na apendicitidu, rozhodně ne viroza, nevědeli jsme a doktor nám vynadal, aniž by dìtě vyšetřil, prostě hned mezi dveřmi, co z bolavým břichem déláme na chirurgii. Bez sona pouze pohmatem vyloučil zánět slepého střeva. Jiný lékař následně sono okamžitě provedl. Třetí dnešní záležitost - pravděpodobně zlomený palec na noze, oteklý, modrý, bolestivý a od recepce nás sestra prakticky vyhodila, že si máme zajet na někam na polikliniku.

    Dr. Králíková's approach was absolutely wonderful. Professional, patient, kind, nice, non-violent and last but not least, careful. The nurses were also nice and we can't complain about anyone or anything. We can only recommend and thank the doctor and the nurses once again. :)

    Yesterday we were forced to arrive with the little one, she had a blocked hand. The doctor, like a shaman, groped and corrected. The biggest fighter. I just felt sorry for him as he looked tired.     Na dětské chirurgii jsem nebyla a nemám to ani v plánu chodit. Ale na chirurgii pro dospělé se nám stalo, že dvakrát nás neošetrili o víkendu. (Pohotovost) Personál protivný, zlý a povýšenecký. Mám zánět v palci a paní na recepci mi jasně dala najevo, že mě neošetří, nebo až jako poslední, že si tam počkám celý den. Dostala jsem vynadáno, že jsem tam přišla o víkendu. Ikdyz nevěděla o co vlastně jde a neznala ani mě osobně. Už tam nikdy nepůjdu, ikdyz to mám nejblíže. Nedoporučuji. Pravděpodobně vás tam ošetří, jen když budete bez končetiny. Člověk si pak říká, kde se bere ten strach jít k lékaři...

    Chci ocenit práci MUDr. Teslína, který byl velmi profesionální a vlídný k mé dceři, kterou jsem přivezla s úrazem hlavy a zvracením. Dostalo se nám potřebného vyšetření, péče v ambulanci a dohody, jak postupovat dál, abychom s Aničkou nemusely zůstat na JIP a mohly jet domů. Jak pan doktor řekl, tak se stalo😁. Děkujeme
