As a person who is picky about being late, I arrived a full 25 minutes early. The lady at the reception told me that the doctor will finish earlier, so I should just wait. A short conversation in the waiting room made the wait more pleasant and I was received by Dr. Forgáčová. I have to commend her pleasant and professional demeanor. She explained the procedure, walked me through it, and then performed it right away. The procedure was much less painful (both in terms of pain and the duration of the procedure) than equivalent procedures in other clinics, where I had to keep coming back because of a skin problem that repeatedly appeared again and again. I recommend the clinic to everyone who wants to communicate (reception) and be treated (doctor) with an intelligent young and professional team.

The doctors are really nice and they seem very professional, BUT it is a nightmare to book an appointment (for the office in Prague). I have called month and a half before to book my next procedure and they told me that there are no places left for the whole month and that they are opening a new consulting room, so I should call at a certain day (in 2 weeks). I called on that day, the lady was sick and she wasn't working (which is totally fine, but some information on their website, FB page would have I have been appreciated). I called on the next work day, and the lady told me that I should call in 2 days, as they are not making appointments yet for the new consulting room. I did that and I already made more than 10 calls, 5 to 20 mins apart, and nobody is picking up. It was a bit challenging to book an appointment the previous times, but this is this is just crazy and really frustrating. I have never had that many difficulties to book an appointment. After my procedures are completed, I won't come back, just because of this booking issue. Or maybe I will return the vouchers that I got.
