Nice gym, but overcrowded. Hordes of stinky teenagers monopolising the machines for hours, in packs of four. Impossible to train here, a nightmare. They should have stopped to sell subscriptions a while ago.

I went to this gym for a few months before the Covid pandemic. The gym is fine, it has all the basics, however their management and policies are terrible. The gym was closed through most of the pandemic and they insisted in charging us, even though we could not actually go the they gym. At the end of the pandemic, I had to pay them over 7,000 czk, even though I didn't go for almost 2 years... Terrible. Be very careful before you sign a contract with them, because you will pay for a whole year even if the whole shopping disappears.

I had originally agreed for a 6 month membership since I was living in a residence nearby who had an agreement with them. I paid every month and even paid for an extra month since I had to leave Prague early. Three months after leaving, I am now being asked to pay for more months than we agreed upon. Staff is being extremely stubborn, rude, and inconsiderate. Do not recommend.

Overcrowded, managers feeling all high and mighty, I highly recommend not coming here. I have a yearly membership and regret even stepping foot into this gym.

Great gym, spacious, clean, new equipment, and friendly stuff. You have to pay a little extra for the showers, but it is still a bargain compared to other gyms in Prague. Other gyms in my experience do not have the same quality equipment in fact. I feel like the gym is only missing a hack squat machine, a sissy squat machine, and a few steps for leg elevating exercises. Otherwise it is awesome and I highly recommend.

I like the size of the gym, number of equipment and machines for cardio, opening hours are big plus. I don't mind paying 10czkr for shower but what's disappointing is you can't adjust water temperature and stream, so you're getting out as greatly steamed shrimp 🦐 that's not what you want after great workout. AC is quite good and staff is helpful. Contact is for one year,... It would be nice if half year or shorter permits were available. I would highly recommend first free entry, or at least take a look at 3D visualization on their website to know what you're buying.

Decent gym, membership, great location Naturally it’s busy. But I got here at 15.20 and got in a queue for a bench and its now 15.48 and I still haven’t benched. Would gladly pay double to halve the wait

Terrible treatment of customers. Due to their error in the system, they could not find my payment. Knowing that I paid everything, I didn’t even worried about the debt, but today I found out that they handed over my debt (which in fact does not exist) to a collection agency. They didn’t even apologize for this huge mistake. So disrespectful… Never comeback to this gym

Located upstairs in Centrum Stromovka (head past the food hall to enter), I used this gym for a week or so while staying in Prague - the price was reasonable. Overall, impressed with the facility equipment and spacious layout. Great for fitness enthusiasts and bodybuilding training. The power racks with platforms were very tempting, yet I was stopped by a trainer from deadlifting (with bumpers and on platform) because of noise complaints. Would go back for a pump, however.

Gym equipment is pretty good. Gym space is organized well. The dressing room is small, the shower is very small and not comfortable at all.

I had a great experience at this gym! The facilities are of a moderate level, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the variety of equipment and classes is impressive. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay fit and motivated!

Showers are paid extra. I couldn't believe my own eyes.

I’ve been visiting this gym for more than 1 year and I like the modern equipment, there are some friendly personal trainers and also they have a private part of gym only for woman. What is the biggest flaw of this gym though is that especially in the evening it’s super crowded. And unfortunatelly they do not accept Multisport cards, you have to buy one year membership.

The fitness itself is great, but their pricing inflexibility is horrendous, you either have to buy a full year membership or if you want a daily pass they force you to register your address email phone number gender birth date etc. every single time you enter, annoying you into their yearly membership, given its 2023 I find that ridiculous.

It is a clean space, with used and rather old equipment. They don't accept Multisport card, but the prices are rather low. Also, there is a separate section for women, which is small but apreciated. Showers are paid additionally or you can have them in the pro subscription, but they have mild temperature of water and last only 15 min. For me the water is too cold, but I guess it is normal for majority. Working hours are convenient.

Modern gym in the shopping center, new equipment, friendly staff and doesn't usually get overly busy. Also great price for membership

Very tiny space for women, but overall a pretty comfortable training venue.

Visited here a few times on a recent trip to Prague. I've been to a few FitInn gyms now and as chain gyms go they are really quite good. This one was not quite as big as the others I've been to - but still pretty large. Staff were great and my first visit was totally free even though I only wanted a day pass. On my next visit the day pass was only about 6gbp - much cheaper than the FitInns in Austria.

Well equipped gym. The presence of platforms for heavy lifting is nice. Nonetheless you may have to wait for them to get free. This place has only two downsides. It's getting crowded at peak times and you have to get membership for no less then a whole damn year.

Great fitness center with new machines for a great price (standard membership for 499Kc/month), only the membership contract is signed for a year.

They make you sign an agreement and if you don't cancel it is automaticaly renewed. Many people don't speak Czech so don't understand the contract. They make you sign another small paper on english . They are not kind, the place is very small. You pay extra for showers. Shower is very small. The worst gym I have ever seen

Terrible relationship and problems with payment. Once, due to an error in the system, I had to pay again because I lost the receipt. And when I wrote that I wanted to cancel the contract, they refused (Although they said that you can cancel at any time). Since I was leaving and couldn’t go to the gym for the last month of my contract

I go to "fitinn" for 4 months. today I invited my friends to "fitinn". when we went there. the girl at the information desk treated us very badly. At "fitinn" the conditions are good but the attitude of the staff is very bad.
