I
ordered
a
piece
of
equipment
from
OBI
online
and
came
to
pick
it
up.
When
I
went
to
the
information
counter
to
ask
for
it,
I
said
“good
day”
and
announced
that
I
came
to
pick
up
an
online
order
and
then
waited
for
the
woman,
Helen,
to
tell
me
what
information
she
needed
in
order
to
retrieve
it.
She
stared
at
me
for
a
bit
and
then
said
“what
about
it?”
(in
czech
“a
co?”)
I
repeated
that
I
came
to
pick
up
something
i
ordered,
and
somewhat
confused
I
asked
if
I
came
to
the
right
counter?
She
said
exasperatedly
“yes
but
you
have
to
give
me
your
name.”
And
I
said
“Ok,
but
this
is
not
the
way
to
ask
for
the
information
you
need
to
retrieve
my
order.
She
continued
to
act
rudely
and
inappropriately.
Later,
I
asked
another
sales
person
in
the
tools
department
where
I
might
find
nails
for
a
nail
gun.
He
said
“I
don’t
know,
nails
are
over
there”
and
pointed
indifferently
somewhere
to
a
few
aisles
over.
I
speak
Czech
fluently,
so
this
was
not
a
language
issue.These
were
the
two
worst
experiences
I
had
there
today,
but
the
general
feeling
was
of
a
very
unsatisfying
experience.
There
are
many
other
such
stores
in
Prague,
I
will
not
return
here.
