During my recent visit, I encountered a situation that left me feeling quite uncomfortable. As a non-Czech speaker, I felt that the cashier may have been speaking about me in their language, which wasn't a pleasant experience. To make matters worse, I was wrongly accused of stealing and asked to show all the personal items in my cart. Such an incident can be very distressing and tarnishes the overall shopping experience. I hope the store management can address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their language skills and nationality .

As far as supermarkets go...THIS IS THE SHINING JEWEL OF PRAGUE! This poster child of supermarkets is what others should strive to be. The only exception to this statement being the attendant servicing the "higher end" wine/spirits department. His actions alone will not allow me to issue a 5 star ranking. Discouraged by our initial interaction- I chose to prolonged my shopping in hope that he would attempt to rectify his earlier actions. I stumbled across a unique whiskey. It would have been a lovely conversation piece in my collection, but I refuse to make purchase as a result of his actions. It is odd. I feel sorry for the salesman! Why did he think it was appropriate when he was both humiliating me and losing a sale. FYI- 1 of the 4 bottles I purchased (in one transaction) last month= $3000US! Cheers!

My sincere thanks to Albert for the Zero-waste section, for vegan hotdogs 🤩 for compostable trash bags of 60l, I personally also search for 90l and so on 😁. And last, but not least: thanks for affordable prices! I wish all supermarket nets would take Albert as an example and implement zero-waste sections, vegan pastry and compostable trash bags:)

This is a good Albert with a very decent fresh produce section. In the start of the day they also have great fresh bread selection which gets considerably thinner as the day progresses. The staff is generally not nice and it gets crowded, but the selection is good and you can find pretty much anything here. It's not cheap but they have regular discounts which tend to be pretty good. Definitely a contender for the weekly family shopping.

At the bottom of the Westfield mall is huge grocery store, and there are tons of smaller stores around this major store.

One of the biggest I have been in Prague so far. And shopping was easy with enough aisle space. Enjoy your shopping when you go.

Very wide selection of basically everything and includes section of zero waste food and cleaning products. Open 7am to 10pm daily.

Big shop, lots of specials, clean. Good prices on alcohol related products (cider comes in 2 litres :)

Well stocked, clean store. It is my main store to go shopping. I would appreciate if I would hear less loud Ukrainian (honestly they are loud) from the stockers and if I don't have to ask multiple times if I could take something - whatever I can't get to over them and their cart and they are ignoring me being in a middle of their conversation.

Clean place, fresh groceries, lots of vegetarian options, all fresh. I have never saw any expired products...👍

Good and big market with lots of variety of products. The self service machines(at least mine) was quite problematic. It called the assistant at least 10 times. I use frequently self service machines and I used it in other Alberts so problem is not me. This machine had a problem.

The store has everything you need. And even has full-size Lego fireman. They did a nice job on their wine selections. Check out was very fast

Just one blond very slim lady on the cash desk super nice, the rest I cannot say that nice, but possible to speak 😃 also you should control bills, because they will not put discounts, for example, yesterday we bought bread, after 21.30, they wrote there discounts, but it was no any discount in the cash desk😢😢😢 pay attention!

An sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt allerdings die parkplatzsituation ist eine wirkliche Katastrophe

Riesig, gut sortiert für den Wocheneinkauf, Alles frisch und optisch ansprechend. Die Gänge zwischen den Regalen sind gefühlt dreimal so breit wie in Deutschland, Daumen hoch, sehr gut.

Der Laden im Westfield (Chodov, auch U-Bahn) ist zu bisherig besuchten verglichen echt groß. Wer aber Citti, Plaza oder Real gewohnt ist, könnte etwas enttäuscht werden. Aber es findet sich eigentlich alles, was man so braucht, zu günstigen Preisen.

Sehr großes Geschäft, kann ohne weiteres mit Real oder Kaufland mithalten. Preise sind auch human. Westfield Chodov ist außerdem auch ein sehr großes Shoppingcenter das so gut wie keine wünsche offen lässt.

It is little bit more expesive in sense of prices. But offers fresh product grown there and bag free product you need your own one....

One of the biggest Albert in Prague, located inside Westfield Chodov shopping mall. We can find various daily needs products here. You can access this albert using metro C from Prague city center, and it needs only 20 minutes.

We visit this one quite often case it has great selection and is near. Plus Albert chain has one of the best point rewards I know of.

Lovely staff, huge sortiment and busy at slight level. Left the place with huge smile and warm feeling in my heart! Great thanks to guys that works and runs the place!

Inflation is crazy here, and the automatic casheeres write Czech messages even when user selects English language.

Perfect hypermarket. You can find there literally everything.

We love Albert, especially the hypermarket at Chodov. There are a variety of goods under one roof. The price is OK. Sometimes, there are good discounts on various items. So, we try to identify the products and purchase them according to the needs. We definitely recommend Chodov Albert Hypermarket.

I had a good visit to Albert. I like the fact that the self pay machines at this Albert (Chodov) accepts cash. Good discounts on clothing chemicals.

Albert is great if you have time to find the stuff you need especially in non-veg stuff and I will get eggs always at a cheaper price as compared to another market. Huge bakery products also who love to eat bekary foods, pasta, spaghetti always in cheaper price. 😇😇😇

It's big and seemingly has a lot more goods than ordinary Albert. But when you enter, you risk spending too much time here just strolling from aisle to aisle in search of some things or the other.

A very large Albert (from the Dutch Albert Heijn chain). It has improved over the last few years with organic items sold without industrial packaging, or vegetarian burgers that actually taste good. And helpful staff (when they are young, older Czech people are hopeless when you're a foreigner and they can be extremely rude).
