The service was great. The sambar really really need to be changed. It is too sour, no lentils and can not name it as Rasam also, but definitely not sambar. In short the sambar is not sambar. The spicy chutney was nice. Coconut no good, but can understand the dependency of import. pricewise also it is really high, should have to reconsider the price.

Although very hard to find (borderline impossible 😅) Like someone else wrote, find the door from the other review here and take the elevator to the gym. Professional and service minded staff. Tasty and delicious. The best dosa in Prague.

We had the Sambhar vada to start with, and it was hot and tasty and fresh. Excellent. We shared two plates of Masala Dosa(MD) and Mysore MD. The potatoes could have been a better breed; they were a tiny bit "earthy". If they hadn't been **** definitely 😁 The lime ginger lemonade 👍

Best south indian food restaurant in Prague. The dosas were soft, crispy and tasty. Mendu vada was very nice as well, however felt they could do better with portion size of the starter as the portions were quite small compared to the price. All in all a good restaurant for some delicious south indian food.

We went to have South Indian dishes in the heart of Prague but very much disappointed. Their service was not upto the mark. The quantity/ size of dosa was quite small. Even their cutlery was very bad. Prices were high compared to other Indian Restaurants in Prague. We do not recommend for the services you want to enjoy here.

Absolute gem in the midst of old town prague!! Was very surprised to find this dosa place, throughly enjoyed all items!! Limited items but all are very flavourful!! Taste is like homemade!! Do recommend if you are craving for dosa idli n coconut chutney in Prague!!

We got the spicy corn chaat, the parotta with coconut curry and masala and plain dosas. The corn was less i quantity but packed quite the flavour punch and spice so be careful if you don't like spices. The Dosa were quite nice but more home style than restaurant style and while the sambhar and red chutney was decent, the coconut chutney tasted weird and they charged extra for more sambhar. The parotta were crispy as nd delicious but the curry was conflicting and had a lot going on due to which it lacked any proper flavour.

A Small place serving south Indian dishes. I would say they are not bad but there is scope to a lot of improvement especially the Sambar. I liked the coconut chutney. I believe I had seen better dosas served before compared to what we got. Ours needs to be fried a little longer. The vadas needed to be crispy too. Overall the taste was ok. It is good that the menu is minimal and no nonsense and that gives you scope to cook better food each day. Good luck.

My brother and husband went to try their Dosa first for lunch and then all 6 of us went for dinner. We got the Mysore Masala Dosa,Pratha,Vadda and Normal Dosa. Everything was delicious and their chutney was good as well. After that we had coffee. That’s great as well. The server was also friendly and their place was cozy.I would definitely come again. Thank you for the great hospitality.

March 2023 Okay it feels bad to write a bad review because the server was very nice to us overall. But the food was so egregious that I am compelled to write this. The good part. 1. Sambhar was above average. 2. The tomato chutney was good. Well now let’s come to the bad part. 1. The Menu. There were a total of 5-7 types of main course. Mostly just Dosa. But I was like okay maybe that’s their specialty and they do really good dosas. 2. The dosa. The dosa was neither authentic nor even the North Indian styled. At best I would describe it as an amateur north Indian home cooked style. The dosa was fat and soggy, the opppsite of thin and crispy as it should be. The filling was just okay. 3. Coconut chutney. On a scale of 10, it would be a zero. I would say negative if possible. 4. No refills. Sambhar is served in small bowls everywhere because all South Indian places give free refills for sambhar and chutneys. We were served measly amount of sambhar with no refills, we had to pay for more. 5. Price. It’s a bit on the higher end, if the food was good I would happily pay but for the food it’s outrageous. For two people, without any drinks( they don’t serve beer !!!!!! In CZ!!!!) the bill came out to be 680CZK. No drinks. Two main course, one starter. Please avoid if you can.

The food is pretty good, nothing extraordinary, but fine. What was lacking was atmosphere though. I wouldn't mind it being literally underground but there was no music, no decorations, no incense sticks etc. However, I truly appreciate them being the only South Indian restaurant in the Czech Republic, thus 4/5 and will come again.

As much as the food is amazingly delicious, it’s a very hard find! The restaurant is on the4th floor of a gym building. Nevertheless they serve very authentic dosa and idli. You cannot eat there, but takeout is possible. The fitness Center staff were very friendly that they let us use their cafeteria to eat.

I would suggest you guys to sit in some park nearby and open your Food delivery apps like( Wolt) have tasty dosa and idly. Since its a start-up the dine-in option for a big group may not be possible and the location is tricky to find as its located on fourth floor together with fitness center. Entrance is beside Mark& Spencer store.

Very nice small restaurant right beside the Charles bridge. The food is delicious. The serving size is good. The price is reasonable. The only suggestion for improvement is serving should be done for all dishes together

After long time heathy but in the same time amazingly tasty food! even my boyfriend, which is not veg person really enjoy it. I really recomend this kind of original cooking to all who like, but are already bord with indian/thai/ fusion kitchen and want to try something new! The portion on menu seams small, but dont order too much. The meals are super fultfilling, I order portion for me, my boyfriend one starter and desert and we had more for dinner too! if you are not sure, ask stuff, they at the story to it. Only pitty that this place is so hidden, so I find it so late.

Stepping into this basement restaurant, the aroma instantly took me back to one of favourite dosa places in Bhubaneswar, India. While I thoroughly enjoyed the Vadas, masala dosa and the Indian coffee, I did find it overpriced. Two small Vadas with just chutney for 150kc, and two small dosas for 275kc ..price for satisfaction 😛

A hidden gem in the street of Prague. Food is amazing. Prices are reasonable. Services are great. We been there in no rush hours. Not only us but other also at the time we’re appearing very happy with the food. Ambiance is small but great. It’s in the basement and don’t have lift so sorry for wheelchair people. Have space to leave pushchair upstairs though or if you want can take it down too. We will definitely go again and again recommend to everyone to visit this small but beautiful restaurant.

Place is little hard to find. You can see the front door added in the photos. Get inside that door and take second elevator to reach the 4th floor. You can find the dosadum there. Food review: I was craving for south indian food during my vacation. I found this place through google map. Food is very good and i was very much satisfied with the taste. Chef is very polite and friendly. We had uthappam and Masal dosa, both are very good. You must uthappam and his chutney, sambar are so good.

They have an amazing uthapam platter.. we loved the dosa too.. we were craving for some hot food for breakfast and this was the best and cost effective food we had.. the sambar and chutneys were also mildly spiced …. You can try their bhel chat too.. it was very refreshing to eat in the morning ..
