The worst doctor, she is rude. She will not offer chair, make you to sit on the bench, unsanitized, without any cover on it. If by mistake you ask rozumíte anglicky, she started talking rudely, it is Czech Republic, you should speak czech etc etc If you try to express your health problems, she is not even a good listener, she is like a strict teacher. She does not bother about your problems either. She is not amiable. I'd recommend you to not to go for this doctor. We opted for it because of good timings but receptionist does not pick up the call easily. I regret to choose them and until I find other doctor, I need to continue with the fear to meet that strict doctor again.

I can't book an appointment by phone. The receptionist is not picking up the phone. She also barely speaks English and wanted to charge me money for a confirmation that I visited a doctor for my work. I asked a receit and didn't any. 'The doctor 5 stars. Receptionist 0 starts

Zero stars to the receptionist, who seems to be making you the biggest favour in the world with the most rude face and attitude. A smile and words like thank you and please would take you far. The nurse could be nicer but oh well.. The doctor was great, very professional and sympathetic (guess what, not Czech, sad but true...). I'd recommend this place just because of the doctor!

Just walked into this place with a colleague who broke his arm after falling on ice. We waited 5 minutes - nobody was at reception. My friend had pain and fracture was actually open. I called receptionist (in Czech) and said we have an emergency - she said they don't work on emergencies and we need to call an ambulance. I don't see why they couldn't at least instruct the guy how to ease the pain while we were waiting for ambulance... So, really bad service

Terrible terrible services!! I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment to do a regular blood test and do a check up (and by the way they kept sending SMSs to schedule it, as probably they have some KPIs to complete), because the didn’t have earlier, and 1 day before it they sent an sms (due to absence of the doctor your appt. has been cancelled, please schedule another one). So, they don’t contact you to try to reschedule a new one. And when I called there myself, an infantile receptionist told that another appointment can be only in next 2 weeks, when I asked to then check and reschedule me to another moje ambulance in Prague, because I need to do my blood test as soon as possible, with “I don’t care” tone of voice she said, they are not connected and that I have to call myself and reajustar to schedule an appt. The worse experience!

If you’re lucky you get a nice English speaking doctor, if not, receptionists doesn’t speak English and they can make you wait all day without an explanation.

Nobody at the reception, even though I had an appointment at 12, I was waiting more than 20 min and the personal could see there are people at reception, but they simply didn.t care. Otherwise the doctor was very nice.

As a foreigner, they make an effort to understand me and the nurses are friendly and helpful which is not something you find very often In Czech Republic

Now I understand why it is so underrated here. I have a feeling that the appointment time has become meaningless. I have been here 4 times, only 1 time in the afternoon is they examined me on time, the rest I usually have to wait. The peak was that today I had an appointment at 9:30 am, I arrived at 9:15 am and had to wait 1 hour for the nurse to take the sample within 1 minute!!?? 🥴🥴🥴 Even though there were 3 or 4 people who came after me and were given priority by them.

Worst service ever, they give you an appointment and on the day they tell you you don’t have anything and blame it in you. No one takes pleasure in taking appointments by a doctor 0 services, 0 treatment & if there was a note less then a zero they’ll deserve it
