    A huge disappoinment. The goods I bought broke 3 weeks after the purchase, Datart made me pay for the service and they lost the charger for it. When I asked "What am I suppose to do now without the charger?", the stuff told me "I don't know, I don't have it." Very helpful indeed!

    Horrible service I have ever had!! I had quite a good image to the Datart before, but today, it all collapsed. I bought the folie for mobile (the life time shied), which cost 799kc a few months ago. If I have the receipt with me plus surcharge 99kc, I was supposed to get the new folie. However, when I got to the shop, I couldn't change the folie even though I had the receipt and was willing to pay the surcharge because I didn't bring the old folie which they applied at the store!!! I wasn't told to bring the old folie with me, and nowhere was it written on my receipt!! I explained this to the manager(Tomáš Hrdlička), but he said NO! Unbelievable!! Ok, I understand that his branch didn't make mistake. So I asked him if he could call the other branch if that shop where I bought the folie has missed out to imform the customers about the folie. But he refused to call them any moment of hesitation!!!!! WHAT A SERVICE!!!His attitude to the customer was absolutely hostile and unpleasant ever! With a straight face and keep saying that it is the policy. Wow! This kind of person is the manager of the shop?? What can I expect more from this kind of shop!! Be aware of this horrible store and also the Mr. manager. I wish I could give 0 star for this store, unfortunately I cannot.
