Terrible I came here for a Brazilian and I had Amy. Amy wasn’t very nice from the beginning and hardly spoke to me. I don’t what was wrong with her but she didn’t even make sure I was okay during the process or make this experience a good one. She didn’t even remove all of the hair I’m not sure why but paying 60 um yeah no. I would definitely recommend to get someone else at least if you think 60 is a good price. Never coming back.

Andrea is wonderful. She makes what could be an awkward experience as comfortable as possible, she's very detailed, and professional. When I've had an ingrown hair she was fabulous about assisting. I appreciate her efforts to make the situation as comfortable as one can in the situation. Never been unhappy.

First of all, the spa is amazing! Every time I go there, I feel totally relaxed and I'm not even getting a massage. Andrea is wonderful! I was nervous about seeing someone new for waxing, after my original person moved her business to another state after 8 years! I'm so glad I gave Andrea a try. My go to place for Brazilian Wax. Andrea is the BEST. I have extremely sensitive skin and never had an issue after any service. Every session has been comfortable and I NEVER have spots that were missed etc. Andrea is perfectionist and an expert. The salon itself is clean and tastefully decorated. Great location.

I got a spray tan done. I paid for the premium tan ($55). I’ve received way better tans for $20 less. The tan itself lasted about a minute long. Not prep work done like covering nails, elbows, achilles, etc. No touch ups. After the tan I was directed to stand in front of a floor fan that was directly at my legs. The tan is super wet which is fine but a better fan is needed. She said she sprayed my palm and offered me a baby wipe to clean it off. I’m glad I received a wipe because I was able to clean my ruined nails and hands. Just a thought if you wanted to go here for a spray tan. $55 is not worth a minute of tan in my opinion.

I started going to Andrea for waxing when I moved to Kansas City 3 plus years ago because of all of her wonderful reviews on Yelp and have been a loyal customer since!! She is professional, efficient, and reasonably priced as an esthetician. Her schedule is flexible and she always makes time for me, even in a pinch! Plus, she is very easy to talk to and I would consider her a friend. Aside from waxing, I have used other services at Back 2 Body including hair, nails and spray tan. Everything is top notch! I have sent several friends and my husband to Back 2 Body and everyone has walked away a happy costumer!! This salon and spa is great!!

If I could give 10 out of 10! Just went and had my first time today with Andrea for a Brazilian and underarm waxing. I’ve had great wax specialists, but she by far did the most amazing job. And it was relatively painless, which I have not had! Will definitely continue to go back and see the others for their services!
