I’ve never had any problems here. They are usually on top of it. The staff is always very friendly and they seem to pay attention to the order. Also, if you’re getting to go there pretty good at not messing up your order and having it ready when you come in to pick it up, which is very important for people on the tight time schedule.

Placed a mobile pickup order and it was ready quickly and tasted AMAZING. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back

FIRST and LAST time eating at this place. I got a tuna sandwich that was practically sliding offwhen I picked it up because it was so messy and the sandwich was soggy. I called to see about getting this rectified and the guy that answered didn't want to give his name . He said it was private . I should of known at that point how my experience was going to go . However after him giving the 3rd degree he proceeds to tell me he is a MANAGER. I explained to him I was a new customer and I was disappointed because my sandwich was very soggy . He told me that in " his opinion " his exact words ..that it sounds like I made a mistake because I didn't know what I was doing and now I'm calling to blame them. I said sir I never said any of that! He proceeds to be very combative and insult my intelligence rather than offer solutions ..and as I was trying to explain he cuts me off and says well " I have other people up here so I have to go or you can talk to someone else " then ask for my name and number . TO BE TREATED THIS WAY BY MANAGEMENT . let me just say I will NOT be going back !

Not as good as the Metcalf store. My Philly cheese steak was good, but the cheese was just laid on top cold rather than melted within the steak as it should be

First time ever trying a Jersey Mike's the staff a nice as can be very busy, but still smiling and getting along with each other such a bounce to see a happy staff. So many people showing up bitter to their jobs anymore. I really enjoyed my sandwich and the other two people I picked up for. You NOW have a new customer. Only issue is how small it is maybe get rid of one of the high-tops, can't imagine anyone wanting to enjoy their food while others standing in line at your table. But being New and going into a spot I'm sure your hands were tied. Looking forward to my next sub !!

It's a Jersey Mike's. Get a sub Mike's way and grab a handful of napkins, you will have an excellent time, and probably a small amount of heartburn. It's a sandwich shop, so theres not a whole lot so say about it. The staff was quick to prepare my food, and the restaurant was very clean. What more can you ask for? I'll be back for a #5 Mike's way.

I was so excited to have Jesery Mikes open up in my neighborhood. I went over today to grab my favorite #7 and found a line to the door! No problem, the line moved fast. The staff behind the counter was organized, super friendly, and they moved us through quickly...even with a couple of out-of-the-ordinary orders ahead of me. Took my sammie home, and it did NOT disappoint! Welcome to the neighborhood!!

Very knowledgeable staff and every sub on the menu is a delight. I'm currently working through all of them. My favorite sub so far as the number 8 i.e. the club sub featuring mayo and bacon, turkey, ham, and done Mike's way. YUM!

Nice little spot with a good view, the cheese-steaks are FIIIIRE. All employees are nice and smiling! Definitely will be returning.

I am excited to have a Jersey Mike's in my neighborhood. Dan, the owner has the best customer service skills treating me with kindness and respect. I will be back!

Person at cashier didn’t greet me when I went to pickup my order. However he greeted the 2 people ahead of me standing near the register and pick up stand. He also greeted customers after me. Everyone including the manager starred at me for several minutes as they helped and served 3-4 walk-in customers. The final person in the sandwich assembly said rudely to me was I waiting on something? I said yeah to be acknowledged/greeted and I need my pickup order. Oh boy I shouldn’t have said that they purposefully did a few more customers sandwiches out of spite. Common dominator was most of the other customers were white and I’m not. I see where my money is welcomed. I’ll be sure to let others know what I think of Jersey Mikes. Slightly better Jimmy John’s, just zero customer service and most likely racist. I guess that’s ‘Mikes Way’
