From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. This is one of "THE BEST HOTEL" experiences I have ever had. They accommodated us with even odd requests as we needed a wheelchair for my daughter who broke her leg in 3 places. The Hotel smells fantastic the rooms are with exceptional quality bed linens and pillows. Worth every penny so I would highly recommend this as the best option to stay at. The staff was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond. Lots of food options depending on your budget. I will be back! Thank you, The Inn at Meadowbrook! If I could give you more than 5 stars, I certainly would.

My family and I had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at the spectacular The Inn at Meadowbrook. The setting is beautiful and we had a room overlooking the lake and fountains. We enjoyed watching the sun glistening from the surface of the water on evening walks through Meadowbrook Park, which was immaculately clean and full of friendly people enjoying the scenery. The facilities are excellent, the staff friendly and professional and the rooms extremely comfortable. The decor creates a modern, farmhouse, but chic vibe and we think that this is a perfect setting for a wedding or business event. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and we struck up conversations with different families when we were sitting out by the fire pit, or enjoying brunch in the cafeteria. I highly recommend this hotel; it's the best option that we've seen if you're staying in the Overland Park area. Special shoutout to the lovely staff, especially Anna who made our stay smooth even though we arrived at midnight with a fussy baby!

Absolutely adorable. I felt so cozy and safe with my daughter. From the phone call making the reservation with Emma, to check out with her as well, everything was perfect and clean!! We had a balcony and the room was very spacious. The Inn smells so clean too! We bought the scent for our home. We will certainly stay here again if we find ourselves in that area but we would have brought different attire. We felt under dressed, country club/New England vibe! We worn lulu and t shirts and felt a little under dressed when we dined in the restaurant. Very friendly staff there too! The cocktails were Superb! Overall it is the perfect spot and the gorgeous landscaping was a relaxing sight

Our stay at The Inn at Meadowbrook was amazing! We stayed for our 1 year wedding anniversary and they were very accommodating. The room was gorgeous and the view outside was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved having our own balcony to spend time together. The staff was very friendly as well. We will definitely be coming back!

I wish I could bottle the smell as you walk in the door.. the rooms were gorgeous, the attention to detail is amazing. I love the mobile concierge. The restaurant (Verbena) on property is delicious. Try the steak! We had the best bartender with red hair who invented a drink called sweater weather- amazing. I will never stay at another place when I come for work again. 10/10

Loved everything about our stay! The entire property is stunning, beautifully decorated and perfectly maintained. Our room was large and magnificent in every way. The amenities were first rate. All of the staff we interacted with in the inn and restaurants were professional, friendly, happy and accommodating. The inn is our new “go to” hotel during our visits to KC.

The Inn, first off, is quite appealing visually. Well decorated but subtle, and comfortable. The rooms we have stayed in are spacious and well-stated. Coffee and beverages we requested were put in the room, along with everything advertised before booking. We ordered takeout for three from the Market for dinner and I have to admit that it was just perfect. I had beef short ribs and they were cooked perfectly. My fiance had roast chicken which she loved. The front desk was impeccable and helped us with a couple unique issues. That kind of service makes the stay feel smooth and so much more enjoyable. It's really exactly what we're looking for in a hotel stay, so of course we'll be back.

The Inn At Meadowbrook is absolutely fabulous! From the moment you walk to wonderful smell, friendly reception greeting to our room so spacious and CLEAN! Restaurant was very tasty and the bartender Joseph made fabulous drinks! This was the second time we stayed there and will again. Highly recommend.

I chose the Inn at Meadowbrook to host my family for my wedding in the KC area. Rob was SO easy to work with. I got a room block and was able to secure 26 rooms for my guests. I was also able to book the courtyard and put up a tent to host a dinner and breakfast for my guests. Rob was SO EASY to work with. He made sure all my requests were accommodated and was so quick to reply back to me. The Inn is by far THE BEST HOTEL IN THE KC AREA. It's not even close. The property, the surroundings, the service are all immaculate. The hotel staff accommodated all requests my guests had. The surrounding park was amazing for guests, and the nearby park Clubhouse was useful to host another welcome dinner right across the street! Everyone complimented the hotel and said it was one of the best they'd ever staid at. This was a true 5 star experience. I could not have imagined a better stay. Seriously, this hotel is amazing. Anyone that needs a nice place to stay, and/or needs to organize an event doesn't need to look elsewhere. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. My wife and I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

We were so pleasantly delighted with this hotel. The customer service was excellent. Loved being able to walk around the lake in the mornings and evenings. Location was ideal - close to everything we wanted to do. The Marketplace was ideal for breakfasts and snacks. We also had dinner there. The front desk staff - Anna and Emma went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I give the a 10! I would stay here again and again 😍

The Inn at Meadowbrook exceeded our expectations for our anniversary stay. The room was immaculate and the atmosphere was both inviting and relaxing. The attention to detail in the decor was appreciated. The hotel had a well thought out design with charming common areas. We highly recommend this hotel for your next getaway.

Visited Inn on two occasions while visiting relatives in the area. Each time we surprised by the lack of sound proofing in the room. The first time we heard the apparent enjoyable activities of a couple in the next room. Recently after driving for seven hours, our attempt to sleep was interrupted by a thundering herd of children. Beautiful property that lacked acoustic considerations.

My husband and I have stayed here 5 times during the last 18 months. We have stayed in the King room, Queen Suite, Family Suite, and Grand Suite. We keep coming back because it feels like our home away from home and we know we will have a relaxing experience and that we can also easily bring family with us and they will have a good time. The location is perfect and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

The Inn at Meadowbrook is amazing!! This is one of the nicest hotel stays we’ve had in a long time. Everyone was so friendly and the entire place is spotless and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, the restaurants (Verbena and the Market Cafe) are incredible- so fresh and flavorful and the drinks are the best. Our room was so comfortable and spacious, the bed was dreamy and the shower luxurious. This is 5 Stars all around!! Emma (front desk) was so kind and attentive!! We felt so spoiled and cannot wait to return! Highly recommend !!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Inn at Meadowbrook has consistently provided us with a five-star experience. It's our top choice whenever we're in the KC area. The service is impeccable, and there's something genuinely heartwarming about reconnecting with Ramona and Lydia during our visits. Staying here is akin to returning home - comforting and familiar. As for the onsite restaurants, they never disappoint. From the delectable dishes to the finely crafted cocktails and outstanding service, it's a gastronomic delight. Highly recommended!

This boutique Inn is beautiful, with large, clean rooms that have nice furnishings and high ceilings. There are extras such a bike to ride, waters in the fridge and caramels at turn down. The service was great, especially by Anna who was very kind and courteous. However, when I think of a luxurious hotel, I think of a bed that feels like a cloud...the bed at The Inn was as hard as a ROCK! I had to schedule a chiropractic appointment after sleeping in this bed. The pool was also VERY small, with not enough loungers, which was a huge disappointment as I had hoped to bask in the sun. Also, we were awaken by screaming kids next door running down the hallway, so obviously the walls are not well insulated. And perhaps parents whould be more courteous to other guests staying at a special hotel such as this.. Overall for the luxury price, I was disappointed.

Meadowbrook Inn is by far one of my favorite places to stay. Rooms have high ceilings, are very clean, and service is excellent. There’s always water and soda in the fridge of my room and I only have to ask the front desk for water to get more. I love the grounds and walking trails. I love the bakery where I can get a latte before heading out for a walk. It’s absolutely beautiful there. The Verbena restaurant is excellent as well.

My husband and I just stayed here for 3 nights for fall break with our 2 boys, 11&8. It was INCREDIBLE! We have been to many nice 5 star hotels and this was definitely a favorite for all of us. The setting is gorgeous and we loved having the food & coffee & treats so close by. The bikes were a plus and the park was phenomenal!! Even for older kids, they had so many options! I wish they had more throughout the US because I’d stay at them all! The service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and eager & happy to help which is VERY hard to find in any kind of work right now. We HIGHLY recommend! Thank y’all for such an amazing trip!!

Your website photos are lovely but nothing compared to the elegant interiors we were excited to see upon our arrival. All were enhanced by your courteous, professional personnel and excellent restaurants. I can't say enough about our beautiful room, the views, all pure elegance. I urge potential guests to select your lovely hotel. Thank you for a memorable visit.

We stayed 3 nights at The Inn at Meadowbrook and cannot say enough good things about it. We loved our spacious room. Our son lives in Prairie Village. We came for a weekend visit and some of our family stayed with him and his kids and we stayed at The Inn. We always used to stay on the Plaza when we visited, but Meadowbrook is now our place of choice. The staff is so helpful and pleasant, everything is very clean, the grounds meticulously kept. We ate at each venue there and they were all excellent. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also. It is one of our very favorite hotels we have ever stayed in. Thank you to the entire staff ... they are all friendly and professional.

Our stay was absolute phenomenal! It was just a quick one night stay for our anniversary, but we couldn’t have been any happier with the room and service. We did a couple’s massage right in our room, had a good sleep on the comfy beds, and then had a delicious breakfast at The Market the next day before heading home. We will definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed for one night and loved it! The room was beautiful. The champagne and chocolates were a delicious treat after our wedding. We could not have asked for a better stay!

The Inn at Meadowbrook is an absolutely stunning hotel. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in outside my own, the fixtures were beautiful, the rooms were quiet, and everything smelled amazing. The shower was huge with full sized toiletries. Streaming to the televisions in the room was very easy. Verbena was absolutely delicious--if the duck meatballs are on the menu at Verbena, GET THEM! The atmosphere is upscale, yet comfortable. The Market is as cute as a button. The food and drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the grab and go section provides great to-go meals and snacks. I can't recommend the Inn at Meadowbrook enough!

Seriously one of the nicest if not THE nicest hotel in the Kansas City area. The hotel is beautiful and adjent to a lovely body of water. I came after my wedding with my bride and we felt very comfortable walking into that lobby in full suit and wedding dress. They were even nice enough to make special accomodations on our behalf, per the occasion, without any request. A 5 star experience.

We had a delightful stay here for our 10th anniversary. On Friday we enjoyed live music and drinks on the patio at The Market. The courtesy car took us to and from dinner, and we capped off the night out by the fire pit with drinks from Verbena. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast from The Market (try the bread pudding!) and explored the park on the bikes which guests can use at no extra cost. John and Lidia at the front desk went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Wilmer, who drove the courtesy car, was friendly and fun. We plan to come back, and we highly recommend The Inn at Meadowbrook for a peaceful getaway or to celebrate a special occasion.

Honestly one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at outside of Vegas… in Vegas this is a $900 / night hotel. In Dallas this could easily go for $600. I just paid $220 to stay here! Blown away. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful with the big lakes. I’ll be back!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The grounds were peaceful. The room was very big, super comfortable and beautiful. Tall ceilings. Beautiful finishes everywhere and very classy. The staff were super helpful and kind! Just such a wonderful experience all together. I would give it 10* if I could!

I am in the middle of my stay and just have to leave a glowing review for The Inn at Meadowbrook! I am a bit hesitant only because I don’t want it to be insanely crowded next time we stay, but it probably will be matter what! Helpful staff, beautiful rooms, clean facility, and great amenities! The pool is very nice and relaxing and there is even food/drink service poolside! The two connecting restaurants are yummy and have a great aesthetic! When talking to several other guests at the pool, we all agree that we just don’t feel like we are in KC while here! It truly feels like a European escape 5 miles from home! We didn’t bring our kids, but would also be fun for kids at the pool and the park nearby. They even have cute cruiser bikes you can ride around the park! Totally coming back, absolutely love being here! :)

Our stay at The Inn at Meadowbrook was absolutely fantastic!! From making the reservation on the phone to checking in to the excellent poolside service to the cozy yet spacious room to to the turn down service to the balcony view to the delicious on-site restaurant to having breakfast on our balcony to the outstanding cleaning service…..(I could go on and on) was beyond amazing. I spoke to one of the cleaning staff one morning. She said she was so happy to be working. I said you are happy to be at work. She said yes happy to work at this place. I was very impressed. On the first day, we did have an issue with our shower being clogged. Someone immediately came to the room and corrected the problem. The entire staff was so very professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you to everyone, and a special THANK YOU to John!! We appreciated the excellent customer service, which is getting harder and harder to find. We are planning to come back in just a few months. Look forward to seeing everyone again.

My family and I were looking for a place to stay as a “pit stop” on our road trip from Minnesota to Texas. I googled the safest cities near KC and Prairie Village was it! We enjoyed it so much we booked 3 nights on our way back home. Our kids loved fishing on the lake as well as the playgrounds across the way. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We liked that a room key is needed to access other floors. Room was spacious and smelled amazing, the lake view was cozy. Great location, too! We felt right at home.

My husband and I love to travel and this is probably the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. The finishes even down to the hardware were top notch. The design was so good. Very comfortable bedding and we loved the shower and even the drain in the shower was cool. I never use the products that the hotel provides like shampoo and conditioner but my husband and I wanted to take that lotion home. I liked the bottles that they had product in. The whole hotel has unique elements and smells so good. We had a fabulous check in experience with Emma. It was our anniversary and they gave us a key chain and champagne. Emma checked on us and answered any questions. She even loaned me a pair of scissors to fix my dress and girl to girl she assured me that I looked beautiful. We can’t wait to stay again!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at; this is more than a hotel it’s an experience! From the moment you walk in there is a wonderful calming scent and hotel staff are very informative, kind, and welcoming. I had an odd request and staff were very helpful! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the grab & go item offering available for pickup and was able to eat after a long drive after the 2 restaurants were closed. The shower is gorgeous and the toiletries provided smell amazing and good quality. Also The Market has great coffee and pastries. Overall I highly recommend and wish I could’ve stayed longer. I hope to be back in the summer to take advantage of other hotel offerings and the beautiful surroundings that the hotel is in.

We had our wedding at the Inn, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff here are extremely professional and accommodating, and it was very easy to work with Rod to get everything planned and ready for the day. The rooms were beautiful, and all our guests who stayed at the Inn were really blown away by how nice the hotel is. The hotel is next to this lovely and massive park, the food at Verbena and the market is top notch, and everything about our stay and weekend there was just perfect. Literally my dream wedding, and the folks at the Inn made it happen. Thank you!

I couldn't speak more highly of the Inn at Meadowbrook. The entire property is incredibly beautiful and relaxing, full of little details that makes it truly special. The employees also go out of their way to make you feel valued and make your time spectacular. A few of my favorite things: - The special touches like my favorite drinks in the mini fridge, a Keurig in the room, and a shower head with adjustable settings. - The super fun cruiser bikes you can ride around the property. - The cleanliness of the room — it looked like no one had been there before me! - The incredible views, along with the window seat that was perfect for relaxation. - The cafe, restaurant, and food truck on the property that made it easy to grab something to eat. I'll definitely be back!

I booked a room at The Inn for Memorial Day weekend. I was excited to visit Overland Park because it’s been 5 years since I lived there. I was shocked by the new developments in the area. Part of the new developments included The Inn. I was blown away from the the park area outside of the hotel. The service and food is amazing. I felt like I was living in a mansion when I checked into my room. I have stayed at 5 star resorts before, but The Inn is hands down the best! I will definitely be back here again in the future. I would highly encourage local residents to stay here to celebrate a special occasion. This is truly a special place that your not going to find anywhere else. I didn’t want to leave the next day. I can’t wait to to go back to The Inn!

From the moment we walked in the doors of this gorgeous establishment we were met with [masked] smiling faces. Everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew to the restaurant staff was the epitome of professionalism and service. We cannot wait to return to this hotel and the restaurant! What an incredible experience right here in our backyard in KC!

Beautiful hotel and great property. We enjoyed having several options to eat it. The market had a grab and go section so a larger fridge or a microwave in the room would’ve been nice. Not a big issue though, would highly recommend. There was a large post wedding party at midnight in the room next door and by the time I dialed the front desk they had already resolved the situation which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again if we’re in the area.

We recently stayed at the Inn at Meadowbrook for around a week and all I can say is that it was absolutely magical in every single way. The rooms were gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were having a wonderful stay. The amenities were amazing and the food options were delectable. The staff made us feel completely at home and even brought out small gifts for my toddler who was over the moon. It was simply magical and we will never forget our stay! We have many staycations already in the works for the upcoming months and we couldn't be more excited. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone, its top notch and you will have the best time ever!

Our Queen Suite was very spacious & comfy! The large foyer, balcony, livingroom, impressive bathroom, including the toilet that actually lights up at night, nice touch so we didn't have to turn on the lights late at night, and the beds, wow! Verbena was delicious, everything we ordered was seasoned perfectly and we loved every bite. The Market is so adorable, charming, and welcoming, and had lots of yummy choices including in the "Grab 'n Go". The entire property, including the ponds, fountain, cozy fire pit and rocking chairs, trails, bridges, etc, were all so beautiful & relaxing! We definitely will be back, thank you, Pam & Skylar.

If you are looking for a fun place to stay that is luxurious and finely appointed, the ln you have to book a night at the Inn. From the moment that you enter the lobby, you are greeted with a refreshing fragrance and beautiful fresh flowers. The staff at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating to make your stay. An excellent experience, the attention to detail in the architectural finishes is exquisite and richly done and way exceeded my expectations. It’s quiet and has a really fun market on the first floor the was perfect for a casual breakfast. Relax and get cozy in a super comfortable bed in your oversized room. It’s a rare find! *****

This boutique hotel was amazing. Me and a couple of girls friends had a Girl's Weekend in the Family suite. The only thing that huts my feelings is there is no microwave. We found that to be a downer all weekend. But again it was spectacular. The staff was friendly and courteous. Gersom and John had us covered. We had access to wheelchair so it was easy for my friend to look around the property. Just lovely and yes I would stay here again, and again, and again!!!!!
