    Delicious and fast moving drive thru. You'll either not get the same amount of food that you ordered, or get someone else's order that is worth more. It's like a casino!!

    I can not believe the audacity of the wannabe manager in this place. We get off the school bus and go into this Popeyes. First there are what appear to be bullet holes in the window and walls. ... turns out there was a shooting here days ago. If I owned a fast food place I would get the bullet holes fixed before opening the lobby. It's no wonder with a manager like this. The store was filthy. The poor cooks were rushing like crazy. The kid up front was having to manage the front counter by himself. He was very polite, he was upfront apologized for the way the lobby looked and our food would take at least 10 - 15 minutes. No suprise there. It was around 3ish in the afternoon. Fresh chicken is better than old chicken. We appreciated him letting us know. This witch of a manager comes up screaming at this kid to "SHUTUP! IT'S NOT GONNA TAKE THAT LONG! SWITCH!" Making the kid go through drive thru. We started to leave because we still had to get back to school. The manager starts waving us back yelling come back it's not gonna take that long. Come on back I'll make your orders." She should have kept to herself and let the kid handle the counter. It took her over 30 minutes to fill our orders. She yells at this poor kid "SEE IT DIDNT TAKE THAT LONG!" He looked down at his watch and said "It took thirty minutes." He looked so tired and defeated. She told him it didn't take her even 15 minutes to fill our order. We as customers stepped in and told her it was thirty minutes. The kid was doing his job as he should. Being honest with us upfront. She gave this rude hate-filled look and stormed off. Not apologizing to her staff or customers. The workers all looked miserable. Picture people being held hostage, in prison orange. If I was treated bybanyone they way she treated those workers, BYE FELICIA, She can do it all by her rude demoralizing self. We all wished we could have done something. There is not a sign to contact the regional manager or owner. This will have to do. We hope they see it. To the workers you were working hard and as fast as you could. There are other places to work. You don't have to work for someone like that or at a place with bullet holes everywhere. Better yet, hopefully upper management see this and the wicked manager from the west has to find a new job. How long do you put up with being treated like trash. By the way she did not even get all of our orders correct. We sure were not going to Subject our students to her anymore.

    3 different visits over a 2 year span. Almost no customer service to speak of. Can't blame employees: management is not doing their job. Popeye's Corporate Office- Where are you????

    On 11/08/23 I drove up to the drive threw window at 10:25 and asked for a large red bean. The cashier told me “we don’t have NOTHING”. I then asked what time do you all close ? They responded 11. I will never go to this Popeyes again. And I will be calling cooperate in the morning

    I actually went to 2 Popeyes that day, this one and one that was connected to a gas station right outside of Gonzales. So if you see a Popeye's connected to a gas station, keep going. This one had everything that I ordered hot and fresh just as I ordered it. It was great. We had a large order and it was perfect.

    Eh, not the best popeyes in the world. Definitely getting better with the new management. We didn't wait forever for our order last time we went. It was hot and correct. Little pricey for what it is. It seems like most everything now. The new sweet and spicy wings are delicious!

    The new menu item, ghost pepper wings was in hot demand and the shift manager was ready. She lead the crew with direct but courtesy request, asking experienced employees to help out the newbies. Dinning area is clean and orderly though building is due for upgrades and redecorating.

    There is no such thing as southern hospitality at this location. This place is a disaster. All the tables were dirty. I had to clean our table before we sat down. We asked for water cups and we were being charged for cups. So we brought in our water bottles. The chicken was made fresh, macaroni was old, as were the biscuits. As we were finishing up our meal an employee emptied the trash and forgot to put new bags.

    Don't dine in here. They look at you like a burden and try not to acknowledge you, their only priority is the drive thru. I was in mid order and the cashier walked off to take care of the drive thru orders and ignored me after. One customer in line had walked off and so did I. If they were friendlier and communicated with me I would have been understanding and waited. Maybe drive thru would have been a better experience.

    Never had a good experience at the drive through. Asked for a sandwich said 40 mins changed it to strips 40 mins also. Everything was 30-40mins apparently as I could tell they had about 5 or so workers no one else in line or inside

    Sometimes the food is OK and other times it's cold the then your employees are so rude to the customs. We don't don't deserve to be treated like that and that's at all of the restaurants not just one

    The night staff went over and beyond for me. I run an organization for youth, and we were coming from a play last night. I called them at 10:30 to make a big order, and they kindly delivered. I've been turned down in the same position many times before, but this staff accommodated my group. I am grateful!

    Waited 15 minutes in line for some underdone nuggets and tea that wasn't even sweet and had hardly any ice. Gross waste of time and money the nuggets are hot but soggy with the breading falling off!

    Attempted to order Chicken sandwich, fries and a coke on 10-12-23 @ 2:06pm. Was told "We are out of coke, the fries will take 5mins, and I'll have to check if we have sandwiches" before I could say anything else. I left.
