I
always
come
here
and
receive
great
customer
service,
however
I
guess
the
cashier/bartender
that
was
there
today
didn’t
want
to
work
on
this
beautiful
Sunday.
She
gave
us
a
hard
time
in
the
drive
thru
stating
she
needed
both
mine
and
the
passengers
Id
for
one
medium
daiquiri.
I
told
her
the
daiquiri
was
mine
(the
passenger)
but
she
stated
she
needed
both,
cool
no
problem.
We
drove
around
and
I
came
inside
alone.
I
gave
her
my
id
for
the
SECOND
time
now
because
she
didn’t
check
in
the
drive
thru
(I
GUESS
well
that’s
what
she
stated
but
she
checked
it
enough
to
notice
the
driver
ID
had
just
expired
on
yesterday)
my
thing
is
this
handing
my
id
over
for
an
age
check
was
never
the
problem
but
if
that’s
protocol
do
that
EACH
time
and
check
correctly
like
the
other
locations
(WITH
YOUR
SCANNER
and
not
your
eyes)
it’s
crazy
to
have
an
attitude
with
a
customer
supporting
your
business.
She
(
I
wish
I
had
her
round
face
name)
needs
a
class
in
customer
service.
A
smile
goes
a
long
way.
Blessings
to
the
energy
she
took
in
slamming
the
mixer,
the
cup
and
forcing
the
lid
on.
Going
forward
we
will
go
to
other
locations
who
ALWAYS
have
smiling
faces
and
good
vibes.
