Il Petit Hotel è un piccolo gioiello incastonato tra Firenze e Prato. Apparentemente l'ingresso è semplice ed "anonimo", ma non appena le porte scorrevoli si aprono il gioiello appare in tutto il suo splendore. Curato, pulito, essenziale, senza fronzoli, luminoso. Camere spaziose con arredi moderni ma non scontati. Servizi igienici perfetti e body set ricco. Letto confortevole con materasso comodo e smart TV. La stanza si affaccia sul giardino interno con piscina piccola ma graziosa e solarium con lettini. Colazione essenziale dal dolce al salato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

the ceiling is made of wood and you can hear every step above. after a tiring day, we entered the room at 12 at night and found the air conditioning on 18 degrees and the guy at the reception who does not speak English at all, failed to start the heating system and somehow during the night, the air conditioning starts by itself every 10 seconds making only noise without heat. Right now at 5 in the morning he does not know how to turn it off. the water tank in the bathroom, at least in our room, can be used 1-2 times and then stops charging, we also had this problem yesterday that I reported, but it has not been solved at all. well I'm leaving today. Pros: good mattress Overall I don’t recommend

Had a lovey stay at the Petit Hotel. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and very beautiful. We were surprised how beautiful the hotel was because in the pictures on the booking website the hotel didn’t look as amazing as it really was in real life. Aurora was a very nice lady and was very helpful she printed off a list of things to see and do in Pranto and Florence. The service was very good. I am very happy with my experience at Petit Hotel

Top staff service , fast connection with : Florence downtown station of Santa Maria Novella (10 minutes walk from Petit Hotel to Calenzano train station + 15 minutes train to Santa Maria Novella station ) ; Prato downtown (5 minutes walk + 10 minutes bus) ; Lucca downtown(5 minutes walk + 10 minutes bus + 25 minutes train from Prato Centrale station). And moreover this Hotel is located in a lovely small village , with 20 minutes walk you can find Travalle country, so relaxing. Salty and sweet breakfast (I recommend local Tuscan ham and cheese). Clean and scented rooms. Did not use the pool due to bad weather those days. Good job Petit! See you soon for my next trip in the area! Regards Simone

Very nice rooms and friendly staff

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questo hotel e dobbiamo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'abbiamo scelto perché è situato in una posizione strategica che ci ha permesso di raggiungere Firenze in treno dalla non lontana stazione. È un hotel molto luminoso e pulito con le camere (eravamo tre coppie) anch'esse molto pulite e silenziose. Ma quello che ci ha più meravigliato è stato il personale: tutte persone gentilissime e molto professionali tanto che di loro conserveremo un bellissimo ricordo. È stata una piacevolissima esperienza e meriterebbero più di cinque stelle. Bravi!
