Dreadful stay! The hotel room was dirty with chipped walls and faded patches. My bed had hairs in it when I arrived and there were black stains on the sheet. The modern corridor was clearly not built properly as an entire stretch of the wood laminate floor was loose and I nearly slipped when it slid forward. Breakfast staff were very rude to my group and even shouted at us on one occasion for entering the breakfast area a little early to grab a cup of coffee. Breakfast itself was abysmal, the worst I've ever had in a hotel, with stale bread and soggy scrambled eggs. There was a ridiculous policy of only giving out one room key, which was very awkward for an international conference group, and the hotel insisted it was impossible for them to give out a second room key. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in with such an absurd rule. Then they charged us 10 euro when we lost the room key! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The room that we were staying in, does not feel 4 star. The bed was too soft and a very thin layer of blanket was given. Plastic cups were given and no toiletries were provided.

For some reason there is no AC even if it is hot during the beginning of spring.( This was the case in every hotel we visited in Italy) The rooms were very hot and windows difficult to open. Breakfast probably great for Europeans but just ok for Americans.

The room in which we spent the night was very dirty. The ground was covered with the dust and walls were stained. There is no water in the room, bad and old furnitures. Unconfortable and small beds without any blanket. That was the worst hotel I stayed in Italy during the our journey.

It's a nice hotel very clean and just about 10 minutes drive from the Florence airport

The room is ok. It is clean and spacious. Bigger than other 4 stars rooms. The bathroom is modern. The breakfast is also good. The hotel has free parking. We paid 84€/night including breakfast and city tax.

Very disappointed with the room , it is not a room for a 4 stars hotel !It is also very cold, the heater in the bathroom doesn’t work and we cannot set up the room heater higher than 25 degrees , therefore the room is freezing ! Considering that we’re in winter that it is very unpleasant . The only good thing is the receptionist, very polite and friendly, to her I give her 10 starts !

The room wasn't modern and the food was terrible. If I could rate the food, it would be a zero. Someone became sick because of the dinner. Service was kind though.

Worst hotel in Italy. Horrible service. Rooms were not ready for us and it was 5pm. Rooms were dirty. Staff not helpful at all. Do not stay here

The room was pretty much ok, another advantage of the hotel was the close location to the station and easy connection to Firenze.

The hotel is fine if you assume it is a 3 star hotel from starting but as they claim it is a 4 star hotel then it is too much! The wierd thing is their Quadruple Room as they have just increased the big sized double room with a convertible bed 🛏️ which is sofa cum bed and on the rear end they support with pillow so it is kind of funny! They should get that changed and add an actual bed! The moment I sat on the rear end I fell down that is when I noticed that they have attached a sticker saying don't sit on the rear end! Breakfast option is okay and just fine and so is the daily maintenance and cleaning because they do it just fine! If you want to go to Florence city center then it will take around 40-50 € by car or just 3 € by train 🚂 the stop is around 800m from the hotel and brings you to Florence city center in around 30 minutes or so!

Check-in and check-out pretty fast. Nice room with comfortable bed. Good air-conditioning and WiFi. Breakfast was okay. Value for money.

It is a big hotel, every time I got lost in the hallways. When entering the room, it was very hot inside, sadly the airco wasn’t strong enough to cool the room down. The room electricity only works when the room keycard is used. The reception couldn’t provide us with a second keycard to keep the airco on to cool the room down. Breakfast was basic, the personnel was friendly.

A basic hotel to stay in during your Prato trip. I think it's been advertised as a 4-star hotel, which is very surprising. It is spacious and clean, though feels very dated. The wifi network is not great and even mobile data reception is not reliable. The staff for the breakfast are lovely, the breakfast is basic. The cleaning service for the hotel rooms are not always consistent (I regularly have towels that are replaced some days and missing on others). I did not have a kettle in my room, though my friend did (I'm sure you can request for one as needed). The location is quite close to the city centre and Prato Centrale, about 10 minutes walk in different directions. There are great restaurants near by - I would recommend Soldano. Overall, the hotel gets the job done but please manage your expectations.
